Beautiful food, gorgeous location. Great for vegetarians. Definitely come again

Amazing food and the owners are very friendly. Was surprised and delighted to find this hidden gem, a huge range of really delicious food including vegan options. We had the vegan platter which was plenty for two people, and gave us room for dessert. And it's BYO.

This is a gem in Cullen Bay. Beautiful food, extremely tasty and well presented (even in our takeaway). Probably one of our best meals in Darwin (not that we had any bad ones, but this one was very good). Loved the falafel, hummus - well, everything in fact!
J. C.
Amazing food, the vegan meal had great variety and flavours - you must go!

This was a great find. Definitely recommend. Came here for lunch on a Sunday. Food was delicious and fresh. Simple, authentic and tastey.
We had the clay pot chicken, sfiha and eggplant mutabal. The flavours were very distinct and well put together. The salad was crisp and fresh. The bread and dips so so good. We cleaned out plates.

Awesome food highly recommend, I had their vegan platter and stuffed zucchinis and .....wow
The lemon drink is also sensational. I will definitely be back

friendly service but the price is way to high for what you get ☺️ for dry tasteless chicken & beef skewers a quarter of a Peta bread not even toasted liked the fulufle only tasty cabbage salard
was yummy sadly won't be returning

Good variety on the menu and food was delicious. Cosy family restaurant, with no frills and great value for money.

Amazing food! I loved every bite. I'll be a regular for sure

I don't say this lightly but OMG, hands down the best Middle Eastern food I've had in a Long time...or maybe period, it was that good! The rice was so moist and had so much flavour it wasn't dry at all it was almost buttery and super fluffy and fresh. The kebab was well seasoned and cooked to perfection that it was incredibly juicy and freshly made. I had this for the first time at the Seabreeze festival so I can only imagine how much more better the food will be at the actual restaurant. I can't wait, I'm already hinting my husband to eat here tomorrow for mother's day.

This is hands-down my favourite restaurant in Darwin. A beautiful family-run business with delicious flavours and a variety of dishes to choose from. Grab the vegan or meat platter for 2, a tamarind juice and a dessert -- you won't regret it. Please support this amazing local business.

We went to the deckchair cinema last week and Damasquino were doing the catering. It was great so we went to the restaurant last night to see what else they had. The range and variety is impressive. We ordered the $40 vegan plate which was no plate. It was a tray with a selection of Lebanese food from green beans and tomato to mini breads. We ate the lot but only because I didn't want to waste this sumptuous banquet. I highly recommend going. Friendly people and a casual atmosphere made for an excellent evening.

Delicious food...I enjoyed every morsel that was served to me...I had the Damasquino platter (non veg) ... the mother of the owner cooks the food... food cooked with love... the dips were fresh and amazing...Turkish tea...a sheer delight. A must go place.

This place looks like a cafe style restaurant, but the food is sooo tastie and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The food is traditional Syrian, home style cooking. Not hot, just very full of flavour.

Amazing food and hospitality. Would visit Darwin again for it!

Charming family run business with authentic middle Eastern food and excellent, kind service!
I loved this place. I went for the weekend 10am - midday breakfast which you get an array of dishes including hummus, chickpeas dish, broad beans dish, cheese based dish, yoghurt, Syrian jam, Syrian pizza and tea. The flavors were delightful, the breakfast was vegetarian, healthy and fulfilling. I loved the decor. The price was very reasonable.
I will be coming back for the lunch and dinner menu for sure!!
Such a gem more people need to experience this place.

Fresh and tasty. One of the best restaurants in Darwin.

Heavenly food! Intimate family feel, fresh zesty flavoursome … sublime food.

Short summary, this place is brilliant! Now in detail, the food tastes delicious, but it's much more than that, the owners/staff are friendly, accommodating and passionate, but it's still more than that. You go here for the taste and the experience of Syrian food and culture that that the owner wants to share with his customers and from the moment you go in, you know it is going to deliver. This is the kind of place you go and say something like "just bring me something authentic from your country" and be surprised. One of the best places I've been in Australia.

food was excellent and so was the service. the perfext blend of spices with that homecooked feel. Advice for people looking to try out Damasquino it is actually at 57 Marine Boulevard at Cullen Bay not at Larrakeyah where it says on Google maps. The staff there told me they have tried to change it multiple times but havent had any luck.

Tasty and good portions for the vegetarian platter. Quaint family run business with nostalgic decor with photos of Damascus and checkered tablecloths.

Great food and staff were really attentive and caring.
Prices are a bit steep but that’s Cullen bay for you 🤷🏾♂️

Authentic tasting middle eastern food. The only one of its kind in the Territory as far as i am aware. My only criticism is that its a bit pricey for what you get, and the garlic is a bit watered down (but perhaps this is the way its made).
A. I.
Only had afternoon tea here but it was tasty. The service was outstanding and it has a nice atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back for a meal- the menu looks good!
G. N.
Amazing authentic food, family feel!
J. P.
Delicious and very generous weekend breakfast - amazing labne, chickpea dishes, zaatar and cheese pizza breads, bean salad and Syrian tea. It’s impossible to finish, and served with a smile by the charming owner.

An authentic Syrian meal. One of Darwin’s hidden gems. Recommend dinning into enjoy the freshness of their food
A. C.
Nice Syrian food. We ordered Sfiha, Ouzi and Kabab. It is a small restaurant in Cullen Bay, very quiet during lunchtime on Sunday. It is probably better to go for dinner, when it is a bit busier.
M. G.
Awww this is GREAT!!Tried takeaway for the first time the other night then had to come straight back tonight for more. Don’t loose this one Darwin!!! The food is amazing. The Baklawa is the BEST ever!!!

Eat here, eat here, EAT HERE! I just had the best falafel I've had in my entire life. A. Scrumptious assortment of delicacies and a warm and welcoming family make Damasquino a treasure of Darwin.
A. S.
The moment I walked in the owner was very welcoming. Coming from a middle eastern back round the service is what I expected a 10/10. The food was close to a 10! Highly recommended to eat and experience this unique restaurant.
L. J. Q.
Great food, great service and an authentic experience of Syria. Always greeted like family by the staff who are happy to sit and tell you about their culture and journey to Australia.

I used to live in Jordan and have had a hard time finding good falafel since I moved away. Damasquino has the best falafel and falafel wraps I've ever had.
