My favourite favourite restaurant in Darwin, always good quality food and the barbecue is great fun for my kids! The cocktails from the loading bay are always so tasty. Best dishes to have are lobster prawn wanton and chicken pop. A must try when visiting town!!

Dumplings are delicious and you can have it for just $1 each for happy hour. The BBQ was good too,marinated beef, chicken and pork were tender and melt in the mouth. Just 3 stars because of the service, slow and rude, you don't feel really welcome. They had a fully booked restaurant and not enough staff to serve and clean tables. With the BBQ on our table the room temperature was not cold enough, we sweat a lot. The atmosphere is nice. Food: 7/10 very good Service: 5/10 need more staff to do better Atmosphere: 7/10 nice

Great atmosphere, great food, great service. Well done to the team at LMK for raising the standard of food service in town. If you've never experienced Korean BBQ before, head down and fire up a coal pit. The friendly staff will help you out but you still do the cooking!

Went online and found this restaurant in Darwin CBD in their most colourful small laneway, surprisingly I got the best Barramundi fish in my life in this cozy, chic and trendy place for Darwin reminds me of Melbourne. LMK completed my night because I arrived in Darwin late and this restaurant is still open until 10pm. What a good introduction for Darwin.

Most honest three star review I've ever given. Beer selection was good, however the staff were not very informed about the selection they were offering. The venue and atmosphere was fantastic, suited to the food perfectly. It was the food that kinda dropped the ball however. Pork dumplings were very nice, cooked just right. The spicy seafood was something that we were all excited for but what we got did not get close to the expectations. It would have been barely worth the money at $10 less. Prawns (all 3.5) were cooked ten minutes too long and were harder to shell than a mud crab. Was more or less a plate of squid. And the crime here was the lack of spice which seriously was the one thing that I was expecting. Flavour was a little bit mild too. Chicken wings were cooked perfect, but thats the only thing done right. Pigeon wings in a kilo of batter with enough dipping sauce for maybe four of the ten on the plate. The batter rendered them flavourless and the sauce was there as a tease.. Actually the pickled veg was good too. Condements were par for the course. The other issue I took was the young girl looking after us had no energy and really struggled to understand what she was serving, even the drinks were above her pay grade. We jumped ship before desert and opted for some icecream from John's down the road.

Spacious seating and friendly staff. The bossom (pork belly dish) was quite delicious and the highlight. I also enjoyef the bibimbap which was well done despite not being authentic. I think only the KFC was a bit on the ordinary side. The batter was a little too thick and not what I tenf to expect but it was still fine. All in all, a very respectable showing of korean food

Loved the concept and menu here. It was a little hard to take however once it filled up and many were cooking their meals at their table. Owners need to address a smoke filled room better than small exhaust fans. Great experience and food.

Had lunch here a few days ago. My sister wanted to eat the Korean Fried Chicken but the waitress said that they had just changed the menu. The waitress offered to speak to the chef to see whether they could make the chicken, she came back promptly and said that they could. The Korean Fried Chicken and the Vegetable Dumplings were to die for. We decided to order the watermelon martinis which were amazing! The service was impeccable and the food was delicious! Best restaurant in Darwin!

It’s my first time to enjoy food at Korean restaurant in Darwin, we have to wait couple minutes because this place always full in dinner time, when I was there the stove not really working and make our meat not cooked well, they try to put more charcoal to make it out, but yeah still, they give us side dish more while we wait our meat cooked, I think you have to check every stoves so no more costumer wait and give more variants side dish, kimchi should be there, last time we didn’t get kimchi, the food is good, thanks

I've lost count of the number of times I've been. The food is great, the staff are attentive without being pushy, the prices are good and the atmosphere is wonderful. Having "The Loading Bay" bar out the back is an added bonus. I use any excuse possible to take friends, family or coworkers there. Never had a bad experience.

Oh my gosh ... The food is amazing here !!! The beef cheeks were my favourite. They were that tender it melted in my mouth. The flavour of all dishes were incredible. The cocktails are super delicious as well. I'll definitely be coming back here !!!!

Food was good but service was a bit average from one of the waiters. For some bizarre reason they have no highchairs, there must have been about 7 or 8 young children and their families in the restaurant (it was only 5.30pm), and the staff tell us that they don't have any highchairs at all. It would have made a massive difference to us, as it was, we had to take turns holding and feeding our 14 month old.

Down in a laneway of Darwin you will find the best Korean food in the top end. It's got a Melbourne laneway style and the food is sensational. Next door is a wonderful little cocktail bar that so the best cocktails in Darwin. Do yourself a favour and go early on a Monday night for $1 dumplings. You will rate this 5 stars, there is no doubt about it ❤️

We did the BBQ option which is a great concept and good flavours, but let down by being too expensive for something you have to cook yourself, too smoky due to inadequate ventilation and the venue's industrial setup is far too noisy when it's busy (we couldn't even talk to each other across the table it was so noisy) and from what we saw over a number of days is that it's always busy! Having said that, I can see how hipsters would love it.

Ok. Complimentary still water when we sat down tasted like it had been open in the fridge for days; it had that skanky fridge taste, not fresh. The host failed to tell us of the daily special, same the waitress. On Monday it's dollar dumplings BTW. When we mentioned each issue to the staff they were apologetic but lacked much sincerity. It's an ok restaurant but failed to live up to the hype for me. I'll only be back if my visitors to Darwin particularly like Korean... Or maybe some dollar dumplings.

Went to little miss Korea on Sunday, and left satisfied and impressed. The food is good, refined with a modern twist. The beef cheek is so soft and juicy! A great little restaurant hidden in the heart of the city, service was great with the staff being attentive but not over bearing, food was fantastic especially the coffee pork belly, even better was the little cocktail/gin bar which is a part of the restaurant, the bartender knew his stuff and catered the drinks to The customers taste. Delicious food, both a la carte and Korean BBQ at respectable prices. Wide variety of drinks including beer, spirits and cocktails. The staff are generally pretty friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the exhaust system doesn't always cope with the amount of BBQ meat that is being cooked around you and it can get a bit smokey in there. Don't let that put you off though. It is certainly worth a visit and it's nice to have a restaurant like this in Darwin. After dinner you can conveniently wander next door to the gin bar named 'Loading Bay' for a night cap.

LMK has a good variety of food to choose from, offering some of the best Korean dishes in Darwin. While portion sizes are a little smaller than what you'd expect, the flavour is still very much there. I do recommend this place too as it has a good atmosphere to it.

To be honest, we were a little underwhelmed by the whole thing. The meats were delicious, I’ll give you that but for $75 per head, we were expecting to get the entire layout for the LMK Max as listed on the menu. We did not receive the Kimchi, the scallops were tiny, and the fish definitely wasn’t at least 390gms in weight (was listed as being 130-150gm per person) and was also served as one piece, rather than three. Add to that, our bill was incorrect (a glass of Tallisker somehow made it onto the bill), but this was quickly rectified. We went to PM Eats (which is up the lane on the corner) a month earlier and have to say that it was a far superior experience, and it is somewhere we will frequent again over the coming months. A bit of a shame, to be honest, I really wanted to like LMK but after spending $100 per person we walked away not at all satisfied with the experience.

Service is friendly and consist you get looked after well. LMK have a fantastic wine list and watermelon martinis are a specialty you must try. The restaurant is very funky and has a great vibe. Hidden in Austin Lane in Darwin City it is definitely worth trying. Prices are not over the top either.

Modern style restaurant in downtown Darwin. They offer an a la carte menu as well as a cook it yourself bbq option. We tried things from both and the food was good. The fried chicken from the a la carte menu was fantastic, best thing there. The bbq is fun to do, and the wait staff will swap out the grill whenever it gets dirty. The only thing with the bbq is that the food is pretty bland. The wait staff is very slow, so order your drinks or food as fast as you can, because you will be waiting.

Came to eat at lunch. Food was great and fresh. Quality never changes which is great! Only other improvements would be to have a larger selection of lunch items such as bulgogi and rice, spicy pork and rice, grill pork and rice, tteokbokki, etc.

Thank you very much for being able to eat in the end of the faraway Darwin and hope that the variety of food in Korea will become more widely known. For your reference, Australian people would like to try all Korean BBQ lures !! (Original) 소고기 돌솥비빔밥 먹었습니다. 한국의 전통적인것 보다는 좀 더 모던하게 나왔습니다. 가격이 조금 쎄지만 그만큼 양도 많습니다. 그래도 맛있게 잘 먹고 갑니다. 머나먼 호주 끝 다윈에서 먹을수 있다는것에 감사하고 한국의 다양한 음식이 널리 더 알려졌으면 좋겠네요. 참고로 호주분들은 한국식 바베큐릉 다들 한번 시도 해보셨으면!!
