The first time I visited Dalan on silk road was in Boxhill Mel. Here in Hobart it's lucky to have authentic international food originated from different places due to migrating newcomers. Chinese food originated from different provinces in China have very distinct flavours and this is from west part of China, Uyghur in Xinjiang province. Recommend stir fry chicken with handmade noodles and lamb skewers, yummmmy!

Ordered the Uyghur style stir fried chicken with noodle. The chicken is not bad, and I do love the potato, it's full of flavour. Though , the noodle is a bit too hard/chewy for me.

Amazing Uyghur food and strongly recommended! I was traveling to Tas from Melbourne and found this place for a dinner. It accidentally became a highlight of my travel. I was shocked by the food in this restaurant! I am from Xinjiang where Uyghur food originated from and this restaurant is definitely the best Uyghur restaurant I have had in Australia! Even better than the ones I tried in Melbourne. Price is pretty reasonable too. I would definitely come back again if I get another chance to Hobart.
