The young staff were fantastic and thorough in getting everything i ordered for my young family exactly right they were quite quick and friendly stopping to chat with my two youngest children who are quite inquisitive at the best of times the food was fresh hot and delicious not an ounce of grease and the drinks ice cold a credit to the staff well done keep up with the great work 👍

Average drive through experience. But the person giving me my order is always super nice. Had the same person a few times and she calls me darlin' which normally annoys me but when she says it I feel all warm and fuzzy. Fries are very good.

4 pieces of pork belly, 2 hamburgers and ask how hot was sauces and said mild, not for me well won't be having another as not enough pork and sauces which I always say no sauce. Thick shakes are the best.

Not a fan of fast food, but made a special trip to try the plant-based Rebel Whopper. Verdict: I think they're onto something. Also surprised by the US diner (?) style of decor, which is more pleasing than your Macca's and so on. Friendly and efficient staff member served me.

Staff are mostly great, but whole restaurant is in need of a makeover, it's cold and as it's not been renovated in years, the tables and chairs look uninviting and they are uncomfortable, looks unhygienic despite staff making sure to clean regularly.

The BURGERS are better at HUNGRY JACK'S, however the store in glenorchy really needs to clean their ceiling above the food counter, personally I don't like the potential of possible mould spores falling down in to customers orders. Have a great day.

The inside is usually pretty dirty, but mainly because of the clientele in the area. Staff are mostly young people without much experience (but that's quite normal for fast food). Food is usually fine, you get what you pay for and expect out of the place. Although one time I was served a mouldy bun, which was replaced and compensated after complaining through the website. Service is somewhat slow for the amount of people working.

It is a Hungry Jacks! So yes you get good Food. The restaurant is very dirty and not really looked after well. The drive thru is slow as hell! They don't do the 2 window approach. The last window does all the work, takes the payment and then gets your food ready. Sometimes I have sat at the speaker box for a good 5 to 10 minutes.

Took forever for our order to be made, a few unsavory noisey characters on the tables right next to counter, throwing their drinks onto the floor and walls even after staff had been notified these person we're still seated at the tables. As soon as order ready we were out of there. I think we will avoid this takeaway store in the future.

Slow service through the drive through. Was sitting at the ordering microphone for 4 minutes before my order was taken. I asked the staff member to repeat the order to me and they had it wrong, but this was corrected. Food quality was good.

Always actually get what you ask for and have never had an issue from this hungry jack in glenorchy, hobart. Staff are always nice and do their best under the conditions that come with fast food customer service. Ps. The frozen coke game is winning. I travel from the local McDonald's (who always get the order wrong and put the frozen cokes in the shotty cardboard plastic cups) an extra 20min away because it's better at old mate Jack's.

The meal was well made and it tasted great but as always the glenorchy shop, where we order and sit to have a meal is always grubby. It needs more frequent cleaning. The floors were dirty. The toilets were not visited but in the past they need a more thorough clean. Cleaning must be a constant thing. A spring clean, should be once a fn. That is, a detailed clean.
