We order one burger and one wrap and my wrap don't have much ingredients inside , so I'm shy to ask for have more inside. The guys at the counter with the grey shirt is really nice and kind. He just accept my request and put more stuff inside and offer us for the disappointment some apple pie. We don't expect this and it's really kind of him part 🙂 Clean Macca's with fast wifi. Place was clean. Staff seemed happy. Parking was a issue. Not sure about parking when it's busy. Had breakfast and lunch there with the kids. Burgers were good but I had massive slices of onion through mine. Overall good for a takeaway/quick stop.

Friendly staff & fast service, food always good value. Crazy womam in car park trying to scame people for money & giving staff a hard time. Be wary she drives a dark Blue Subaru seadan which is fairly old with every pannel scratched & keyed across bonnet. She will try to claim you scratched her car but she is only after your insurance or a quick bit of easy cash.

So far recently i have noticed that Mecca's get extremely busy or extremely quite there is nothing in the middle. MY VISIT TO MCD SANDY BAY This store is usually busy 70% of the day but customer service provided by trained staff and even managers is very effective as i only had to wait 5-6 minutes for my order + they made a fresh batch of hash browns specially for my order. Staff is well aware of ongoing promotions and always find a way to get me discounts by offering a meal or coupons through app. Considering how busy it gets and still receiving personal touch as a customer was the reason i have 5 star for service. Coffee made was decent good but not the best. Toilets were clean. The store itself is assessable easily for disabled although the place can get too cramped easily.

Worst Drive Thruuu experience ever, first of all, its under the main mcdonalds shop, and signs are not really good to guide you. Secondly , once you place your orders you have to wait a lot , and sometimes have to go to main shop to collect your order. Usually there is not staff in drive through , so you cant even ammend your order after placing it, if you made any mitakes. Especially in nights, I would not recommend this drive thruuu to anyone....

A nice McDonald's, more quiet than the city locations. It has an odd drive thru that is under the main store. There is an odd contraption they use to get the food down which is kind of cool.

A good place to chill with buddies from uni. Theres an outdoor seating with outdoor window panel to those outdoor kind or customers. I personally like it here cuz theres a drive thru section just close to COLES. So if you wanna head to coles and grab a bite at the same time, you can't go wrong here. Plus for us uni students, u can just get it delivered or click and collect. Either way, u know who muck up the order. The best thing is that its 24 hours so late night dinner is the best. Kudos to those staffs working night shift cuz i always get my orders the fastest (Obviously).

I normally have a good eating experience here but this morning (I'm actually typing this at the location now), I am very disappointed by the service given. Knowing it is Macs, I am not expecting 5 star service but they got my order wrong on 2 items despite me repeating myself while placing the order as another service personnel was speaking out loud another take away order. To me, that is plain rude. I thought it could be it is just one of those mornings I'm having - and then I overheard the next table complaining that their order's were wrong too! Trust me - their comments weren't too kind to listed here! Sincerely hope my next visit will not be as bad as I really like the place.
