Amazing food, delicious cocktails, delightful service & very reasonable prices. We were so lucky we came here with a large group because it allowed us to taste a bit of almost everything on the menu. And I can tell you, not a single menu item was a disappointment. We loved all of it. This restaurant was also very accommodating for dietary requirements Would definitely recommend this place 🌟

Wow, what a find! Absolutely delicious food. After a week of somewhat average dining at above average prices this is exactly what I was looking for. The menu and deliciously unique flavour combinations exceeded expectations. Service could not be faulted. Prices very reasonable relative to the quality. Highly recommended for those wanting a finer dining experience in a smart yet relaxed and unpretentious environment. Best meal so far in Tasmania.

This place wasn’t on our foodie list until we were recommended to go here. Amazing . The wait staff were welcoming and intelligent they made great recommendations and the chefs were happy and served great dishes which were perfect for sharing. The chefs peels out prawns (off menu) which made them better Salad fantastic with perilla, basil and tarragon leaves Ribs flavourful Fried chicken and cheese - definitely a must Definitely recommend we will go back.

Bistro diner feel, great set up, attentive service. Fresh oysters with finger lime, duck and wagyu ribs (hiding under the nori). Would have preferred fattier cut of wagyu because im spoilt, as drier than expected. But overall fun experience and cocktails. Does get loud during service

Very original cuisine! We noticed a touch of asian inspiration. Order different plates and share, it is the best way to discover the menu. Our children loved everything and we were happy for them to eat real cuisine as it is not so often possible in restaurants.

Our first time today at this new restaurant for a casual lunch. It’s the perfect choice for that ‘escape from the city lunch’, with a nice simple menu, low volume music and a nice rustic decor. The food was excellent and I would recommend the wagu burger, the duck fat potatoes and the beetroot salad - all stand outs. The service was excellent and we will be back for breakfast. Lots of parking nearby and easy access to the port and Salamanca.

Great ambiance, incredibly friendly staff and tastes to die for. Easily the best new place in Hobart to eat. Where do I start??! As a Coeliac (Gluten Free) its hard for me to eat out without getting poisoned at the best of times but the Chef personally checked with me on dietary requirements and made everything from scratch for me!! No easy task on a packed Saturday night! The duck, the beef tartare, the wallaby wagyu, the mushrooms all just incredible flavours and the wines and cocktails to match! Get there ASAP and grab yourself a 'Lemon Cheesecake' cocktail - I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

Wow. From the time we walked through the door to when we said our farewells, 10/10. This is a fabulous venue. The service is high class. The cocktail list is to be admired, as are the cocktails. The food equal to the task. Oysters with preserved white asparagus are the best I have ever had. Well done. The rest of the food matched. Yes, we will be back. The place was empty for lunch but the service wasn't particularly attentive (I'm guessing 5 staff between kitchen and front of house, for 3 customers). When the food came out we all wondered where the rest of the food was. Fish (2 pieces as big as my finger) was done nicely, but the peppery nettle mint leaf and sprout salad with a funny cabbage slaw didn't really compliment and i was left wanting for the $30 it cost. Another member of our group had a chicken burger which was equally tiny and cost a similar amount. The dinner menu seemed interesting, but I'd go elsewhere for lunch, especially if you are hungry.

Had a great time at Brooke Street Stock Market. We had the special, a 'feed me' styled multi course meal. Each course was perfectly cooked and the flavours of the accompliaments left us wanting more. Especially loved the deer. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend a visit.

This not for those wanting a big square meal. Smallish share plates but equisite food beautifully prepared and wonderful flavours. A short menu and getting up in price but that is to be expected for the quality. Only complaint was we felt a bit rushed.Next time we would ask for the plates to be spaced out a bit.

Absolutely delicious things being done with fresh local produce. Oysters, fish, wallaby, pork, mushrooms, wakame, wasabi, wagyu beef, saltbush, honey, calamari, lamb, crayfish, tomatoes carefully put into wonderful flavour combinations and presented in tapas style so you get to try more of the menu. Plus great cocktails and extensive beverage list. Now in the top of the list of Hobart restaurants for me.
