One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time! It is a little on the pricey end however the quality is truly there you can tell the ingredients are fresh and they are truly tasty. Giving it 4 out of 5 because the coffee was really expensive for such a small cup.

Used to walk past this place daily a couple of years ago and finally dined in recently and I wish I had sooner. Friendly and attentive staff. The gnocchi is *French kiss* cloud pillows and don't get me started on the margherita pizz- absolutely divine. Great environment to catch up with friends, close to public transport, plenty of parking (on a Sunday night) and easily accessible.

Having dinner here on a Saturday night, the restaurant was busy, but not too loud, and that didn't stop good service or our meals arriving quickly. The meals were great quality and well presented while being reasonably priced. Not a big range of vegetarian options. Deserts are also a must and worth sharing. Note, parking around the area can be tricky so be prepared, or there is good access by tram.

I've been to Augellos a number of times over the years and never been disappointed. The meals were a good size, the waiting staff were attentive without being overbearing and I thought for what it was it was reasonably priced. For a Monday night it was certainly busy, which is always a good sign. Just be careful of parking, there are time restrictions in the side streets. Happy to recommend.

Quality and range of food is quite high, however manager /head waiter is very welcoming to 40+ year olds but quite stand offish to the younger generations. Prices are also quite high in comparison to other places with similar cuisine nearby. Website also states open until 9:30pm but when calling for takeway on a Sunday at 8:15pm, Kitchen was shut.

The waitress staff were lovely and very accommodating and attentive. Unfortunately what let them down was the dish I had. Gnocchi carbonara that I had was just too greasy, pool of oil on my plate, definitely not what I've experienced before. The restaurant was clean, and overall ab generally a good experience. I would go back and perhaps have a pizza instead as it looked much better.

Love this place. The pizzas are slightly different from the usual fare and they are delicious.....2 sizes and sauce to the edges which is a bit unusual these days. Opposite Balwyn cinema, they are very aware of starting times, etc.. We shared Calamari as an entree and that was delicious too as was our coffee at the end. Great vibe, very pleasant waitresses but be aware that this place is very popular so bookings in advance are almost essential.. cant wait to return.

These guys are amazing, I'm a regular Friday night patron and particularly over the last few months during Covid-19 they have not missed a beat! Good pasta cooked well. The serving sizes were good portions enough to make you satisfied. As this place seems to be a popular choice for many, it may take awhile before you get served. When I was there with a group, 1 order got missed out and took an extra 20 minutes to come. They have outdoor and indoor seating catering to your liking.

I have been to this restaurant a few times now and have always recieved great service and delicious food. Last night we were quite rushed as we were seeing a film and only really had 30 minutes to grab something to eat. We were able to get a table for four of us even though it was nearly full and we hadn't booked. We were served promptly and enjoyed a few pizzas and drinks! The food and service here is really great and I would highly recommend this restuarant!

Service and promptness cannot be faulted here but the food portions and prices are a bit sketchy. I had a pizza and my child also had a kids pizza. To my surprise when the pizzas arrived they were exactly the same size yet mine was $20 and my child’s pizza was $10. Granted mine had a few extra toppings but that much difference? Sorry but that doesn’t sit well me and just seems quite strange.

Eat at Augello's often after movies at Balwyn Palace. Management and staff, polite and attentive. Food is always good. Served promptly and hot. Everything so fresh. A wide variety of wines. Serves are large, especially for seniors which we are, so we usually share. A must go to restaurant, if visiting area or live nearby.

Always great food at Augellos! Great lively atmosphere but can be a tad loud as it is such a popular joint. Both inside and outside options for divining are great for the summer months. Prices are very reasonable and staff are always quick to tend to you.

Really tasty food, marred only by poor acoustics - it can be difficult to hear the person sitting across from you on busy nights - forget hearing someone on the other end of a longer table. Still recommend visiting - especially for the pizza!
