Enjoyed our party at Bellino Banquet Carrum downs. It was our little boy's first birthday party and the staff was really polite and helpful. Food was absolutely delicious. We didn't have any problem during our stay. Thank you Bellino.

We called and booked a Sunday lunch buffet for $20 pp at 1pm for our first visit. On arrival to be told buffet starts at 5. Maybe a phone communicate mishap ... The staff worked with us and were ever so accommodating to ensure we were happy. They offered us a set menu of 3 entrees, 3 mains, rice and naan for a great price we all agreed on. We also chose the dishes. The food was so full of flavour, Very tender meat falling off the bone, some could have been a touch warmer temperature wise. We will definitely return and take our friends. The place is very big and we noticed very clean. Clean plates and crockery, material napkins, clean furniture.

Great venue to book an event, Karman and his team were very friendly and supportive in attending to our requests. All our guests enjoyed the food and the ambience, and had a pleasant experience. Hospitality and customer service was provided with honesty, care and compassion and I'd recommend this venue for anyone's future event/gathering.

We had our son's first bday party at Bellino last Saturday. Party hall is very big and well looked after. Everyone at the party enjoyed their time and complimented about the quality of food served. All the dishes were spot on. However two standout dishes were Amritsari fish and paneer butter masala for me. In addition to this, the bday cake was baked by the owner of this restaurant and it was one of the best cake I ever had and all of our guests agreed on the quality of the cake (highly recommend for anyone organising their parties to order cake from the restaurant owner). Having said all that there is still a room for improvement as this place has a potential to be one of the best place for parties and general dining in southeast Melbourne. In the end I would say that we thoroughly enjoyed our party and would like to thank cooking and waiting staff for their service

went there im hopes of a buffet, sadly it wasnt open yet but service from staff made up for this 100%. they listened to each one of us and what our meal preferences were, then brought us trays of mixed curries at buffet price. the food was so fresh and delicious and very filling. even got free dessert and a discount off our meals. will be returning 👍🏻

Amazing and spacious location. Authentic Indian food. What I liked is interiors... super awesome place if you are wanting to look for authentic Indian feel

Ordered through menulog. Food was tasty however for the price it is a rip off as there is way more sauce than meat I also could not select whether I wanted mild, hot, extra hot through menulog so I added a note to make the rogan josh hot but they didn’t .. it was just normal.

The banquet hall is great, although the hall was divided between two parties, both were managed pretty well. I would also rate really well in terms of the quality of food an service .

Despite the misunderstanding of the booking, my partner, baby and I were about to leave to go get lunch elsewhere. Whilst still in preparation for the grand opening tonight, they still offered to cook us some complimentary dishes (on the house) of what's to expect of tonight buffet..and I'm glad we stayed because the food was fresh, delicious and tasty. So thank you for that 😊 Venue is also amazing and huge. Would recommend it !

We had a 8 dish meal catered for an event at home for 60 people. Every dish was so fresh and delicious. All our guests were extremely satisfied. Especially Chicken Biryani was authentic Hyderabadi style and meat from the mutton curry was so tender and oozing out of the bone. Chef Suneel was communicative in getting our requirements for dishes and he's done a fantastic job with all of them. Manager Kevin has worked with us closely given this was their first catering event at this new restaurant and he's been extremely patient and helpful. Thank you both. Will definitely recommend to friends and families.

Absolutely lovely!! Friendly staff, lovely manager, the food was absolutely brilliant with lots of flavour and fragrance. Would definitely come again and again and again, certainly a favourite!!

Ordered through Uber eats, food so far has been great, however the most recent delivery was a disappointment, the main meals were seriously lacking in substantial protein, they were mostly sauce and very little of anything else. Sauce was delicious, had to add my own chicken, koftas and paneer to make up for what was lacking. For the cost, the meal was primarily very expensive sauces. Hopefully will be more satisfying next time. I love Indian food so the name Bellino confused me as I thought it was Italian and perhaps I had the wrong place. When you walk in it's obvious you could throw some great parties here, very large open space, a banquet hall in fact. My thinking was a) when you're just open as a restaurant set up some screens on one side to make the space smaller and more intimate, b) the large windows are also a reminder of where you are, maybe some colourful window shades or dressings to block the view of the outside world for a while to create a more cultural, warm atmosphere so your customers can forget they're in Carrum Downs, at least for a little while. To me everything about India is colourful, the people, the clothes, the food, the music so why not celebrate these wonderful qualities. A chat with Goldy (the owner) revealed in the weeks to come there will be a strong focus on traditional Indian music from all regions will be playing in the background as well as some live music and perhaps a few cultural surprises, maybe some Bollywood music and dancing, fingers crossed. The staff were very friendly, lots of smiles and very helpful, the food was delicious, plenty of traditional dishes cooked to perfection, although would have loved to have seen up to 3 choices perhaps of desserts, Indian sweets are to die for. Just some suggestions, will definitely come back, Bellino's is a diamond in the rough, I know when I return, I'll enjoy this Indian dining experience even more. :)
