One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had, could not fault the “Spanish Way” at all. The eggs were perfect, all flavours worked well together, portions very generous and the entire meal was delicious. My daughter had the salmon focaccia which she enjoyed as well. The staff were very attentive and always kept busy while occasionally joking around together. Really enjoyed it here and will be back!

Georgia (our waitress for today) had a profound knowledge of the menu, was observant and attentive, had great manners, and was willing to speak to us. Repeated to visit again within two weekend. Very good in Belgium Waffle which I enjoyed last week, today try soft shell crab burger. No disappoint to me, very good combination of soft shell crab with Macha burger bun. Sauce also suppress soft shell crab greasyness feeling. Excellent and very enjoy food here. Will try pizza tmr.

Billy’s paddock is one of the best restaurant in Caroline Springs. We had the three course meal and I could described it as the best in the west. The entree is good especially the lamb ribs, the main dish is so huge and flavourful and we loved the Morton bay bug. Dessert is tiramisu as they ran out of pannacotta but it has a lot of flavour especially the raspbe sorbet. I will definitely came back here in the future.

The food was pretty good I'll be honest. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile on their face, even the chefs. and there was good service! The atmosphere and the aesthetic was pretty nice, it was quite comfortable. The food was okay, but it didn't have much flavour, I went there with my family and they said their food didn't have much flavour either. It took a while for food to be served, but it was a bit busy so I can't blame them for that. The drinks on the other hand took about 10 minutes to be served. Overall I had a pretty good experience there. The portion sizes are pretty reasonable but could also be too much.

Came here with a group of fellow yogis after our grand opening of our studio Yoga High. Service was great and friendly. Food was delicious that i just inhaled it. Just a couple of weeks ago i caught up with my friend for coffee and time flew. We werent hassled to order anything more than what we wanted. We were left alone to completely catch up. It was the perfect scenario with a perfect venue...even the other patrons were friendly. That's when you know you are at a good place.

Nice atmosphere and decent coffee. Billy's Paddock has a good aesthetic that has clearly had a lot of effort put into it. Its a shame the cashier didnt seem that interested in good customer service, it seemed more like he was waiting to knock off at the end of the day. However, I dont come for customer service, I come for the nice coffee and the good instagram snaps.

Fantastic food, excellent service, fantastic value for money, very happy customer. We just had our daughter's baptism with just under 50 guests and we're very happy with the total experience. Both the manager and owner and waiters did everything that they could to make the day enjoyable as possible and were very hospitable. It wasn't perfect but I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 but gave them a 5 rather than a 4 as they really did everything they could to make the day go well. My wife and I would like to thank the staff and we will definitely be returning guests.

Reallly nice quality meals that are a decent size. Some restaurants offer quantity over quality but with Billys Paddock, this is not the case. The food, coffees and desserts are all great. Best of all ,they have really great customer service! --We have been back 3 x this month (we even held my twins Confirmation dinner here) - its our go-to local eatery for the whole family and date nights! Thank you!

Our first time here. Very happy with the ambience and food for a sunny Sunday noon. They have ample space and car park isn't an issue. My wife is a veg and she was pretty happy with her food too. The staff was warm and prompt in service. The lady at the till said the menu is changing in a few days on 22 Jan. We look forward to coming here again and will recommend it to anyone.

We have been here on many occasions with and without Cudo vouchers. Our experience has been nothing but perfect; service and quality of food. Calamari is the best I have tried and trio of sliders lamb is second to none. Chef's idea of a rare steak is somewhat off, more raw than rare. Love the place just the same.

Food was amazing, i had the calamari entree which was char grilled perfectly. Main i hhad rib eye steak with prawn and garlic sauce once again char grilled to perfection. Trio of deserts where just enough to share as meals were quite big. Highly recommend and we will return.

I've lived in Melbourne for 10-11 months and have enjoyed various parmas across the city, I'm going to say at bare minimum fortnightly.. These guys here have it perfected, the salad is tasty all the way through and has all the required components except perhaps sliced radish would really set it off. The chips are crunchy and the seasoning really pops in your mouth with every bite. Now to the parma... oh my the herbs on the coating really step this dish a rung or two. I will return that's for sure!!

Good place to go for brunch/lunch. I was there for fathers day and we waited 40-50min for our food. It was very busy so thats understandable. Service was good and they had massive servings which is a plus.

Called in for a meal recently whilst we enjoyed the food and presentation , the waitstaff were a little over zealous with their attentiveness. My wife's wine glass was removed from the table before it was empty by the young waiter, I was helping my wife finish off her gnocchi, with my fork, and was asked if I was finished with my cutlery as my plate was being removed, when it was clearly evident I was still using them.

My daughter's favourite butternut pumpkin pasta came out awfully bare... missing 2 crucial ingredients. I wonder if Billy's Paddock at Caroline Springs is under new management and chef. Not great food/ service at all... disappointing. I spoke to manager and they waived off fee for pasta and promised improvement next time. We visited again after1 week and Pumpkin pasta was perfect. The regular chef returned from holiday.

FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE! The FOOD was AMAZING! Staff were so so friendly! Portions were very generous! I am 35 weeks pregnant and super indecisive, but the beautiful staff helped me in ordering the BILLYS BIG BREAKY and my oh my was it delicious! Never have I ever been so satisfied with all the amazing flavours in a breakfast meal! My husband orders the Handcrumbed Parma with Chips and a Side Salad (all inclusive in the meal) and he was so happy with the portion, flavour and quality! (He is Tongan with a big appetite so that’s really good feedback!) Thank you to the Billy’s Paddock staff! Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic! The owner ( Asian male) is always friendly! We got the calamari for entree, porterhouse steak and nutella panacotta. Just brilliant! This store is fantastic at making the steak sauces, so much flavour packet in them. Calamari cooked beautiful with fantastic flavour. Steka cooked wonderfully. That panacotta is to die for!

The "Billy" seafood Pasta was delicious, although not a big serve and the grilled Calamari Salad was good too but the salad dressing tasted a little odd. Has been better here in the past. The Chef's Trio desert was disappointing. It had Tiramisu which was the best one of the three. A Creme Brulee which was curdled and a chocolate mousse which was hard. Flavours were ok but Brulee & mousse were not fresh. They have better choices of desert at the counter. Service was great and quick to bring our meals.

Beef ribs cooked well but not much tasty inside , it’s very bland, served with corn and potato. Corn looks like cooked in the oven but taste like cooked in the water. Garlic prawn tastes good and the prawn fresh . My dessert tastes terrible, tiramisu doesn’t have any taste and feel like it has been soaked in the water .

Very good service and great food. However, they did reduce their menu a while ago and although the dishes are nice, there isnt the variety i would expect for breakfasts and lunch times. There are no specials board, the new menu is the same as for dinner, and most meals are $20 or over even for lunch. Just a good focaccia with chips would be nice for a quick lunch, or a choice of burgers. Should at least be a specials board for variety. Thats what other cafes around the area offer. I will keep coming to Billys as i support small business however, i also look for a bit of variety as well and may not visit as much seeing that there isn't anything different on offer. As i said, all they need is a specials board to start with and some adjustments for breakkie and lunch.
