Went in their randomly to get something for dinner. Was pleasantly surprised with menu options. The chicken was well made and tasty. The owners interaction with customer is good.

I ordered charcoal chicken, fried chicken, chips an salad for a casual but large get together. The staff were very helpful when I ordered and when we picked up they offered to help us to the car. The food was delicious and the guests loved it. I highly recommend Central to you, they made my day so much easier.

Central Charcoal Chicken is part of the Craigieburn Shopping district. On Craigieburn Rd. Service is good, I was asked if I was ok when I was in store snapping away with my phone taking pics, I mentioned it was for Google maps and they seemed ok after that. I guess it did look dodgy when I was taking a bunch of photos and commenting 😆 I had a particular fascination for the rotisserie, which I managed to get in slo mo as well. The food was fresh n tasty, chips were crisp and not greasy. Theyre pretty well priced. The store is clean and well maintained ☺

Best charcoal chicken i had in ages. Great variety of salads and great customer service. They do fish and chips as well. Tried them first time today. Will order again and recommend them 100%. Worth trying.

It was okay. Chips were kind of soggy tasting, chicken was average and I could make a better salad at home within a few minutes. Flake was nice though. Also kind of confused at the prices - I tried to make a phone booking and the prices given were different to what I thought it was going to be! Their website allegedly is "outdated" when I asked about this lol which is cool but shouldn't you honour the price you're advertising?

Ordered a chicken pack and a chicken roll pack, also ordered a kids nugget pack. Luckily my son is old enough to tell me "mum these nuggets are RAW" upon inspection all the nuggets were stone cold a few even still frozen. Not impressed his whole meal went in the bin

Decided to try this chicken shop after always walking past it, fantastic chicken that has a nice charcoal flavour and cooked the way charcoal chicken is meant to be. Chips are hot and crispy, and the management and staff were friendly and smiled. I will be back for more!

Best charcoal chicken in craigieburn, heaps of different salads to choose from. Gravy... OMG is at its best... definitely recommended and now they serve best fish and chips.

The best thing that happened to Charcoal Chicken was jamal became the new owner 12 months ago from that date the shop has been clean,fridge stocked and you can taste the difference love experience has with chicken. I enjoy Jamal but I love his Chicken.

Food is great but do not follow their own opening hours. Countless times I've showed up after 10am to find they're still closed or not serving customers. Countless times I've shown up hours before their closing time to see they've already closed up. And im aware that they aren't open on mondays...
