H. A.What a beautiful family-run restaurant. You know you can get authentic Italian pizza here, but you’d never guess that you’d get the whole experience. The owners are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, and they make you feel like family.
The food is excellent. Doesn’t really need to be said. This is the kind of restaurant you visit when you need to eat great food. It helps that the whole experience feels like a nice, warm hug.
Y. K.The best pizza I've had in Melbourne :) Seafood pasta is also very delicious with quite a lot of big& small prawns, clams, etc. The best part is that all staff are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back!

S.Beautiful, delicious and savoury. Authentic Italian with a lovely atmosphere. The people who work here are so gentle and welcoming, especially the beautiful waitress, Lydia who served and somehow remembered seeing me at The Mediterranean 2 weeks ago.
The hot chocolate is also really good and not too sweet. Just the way I like it.

D. L.Spaghetti ragu Bolognese was superb. Very authentic in flavours, pasta was Al dente, and flavours were balanced. So delicious we ordered another pasta dish. Pizza was also woodfired oven - thin and crispy with great texture and flavour. Well probably come back here as a staple on the future.
M. H.Came here after family's recommendation, got completely blown away by the flaours and the quality of food. It's an absolutely beautiful dinner of a truly italian style. My partner normally doesnt eat pizza crust and i dont est tiramisu, but their pizza and tiramisu is absolutely divine and we finished everything. Oh and their Lambrusco recommended by the owner is such a great pairing choice. My only gripe is, i'm sad it is over - but the good news we will be back!!!
P. B.Terrific authentic italian pizzeria with traditional wood fired pizza oven. Having spent last year in Italy we really appreciate a good pizzeria, and this one is right up there. Great value all large pizzas $15 and 4 meals for $49 family pack. È buonissima!
T. S.3.4 out of 5. Pretty good but not top draw. The pizzas were gourmet but not markedly so despite the pricing. They were a bit cool when they arrived on Uber Eats despite being despatched quickly. Flavours were ok but again were not at the highest level. Jury’s our for me.

I'm not a local to Clifton Hill but when I stumbled across this gem I think it may be worth to move to this side of town, as the pizza here and the lovely chefs and waiters are like friends after the first 'ciao' I would highly recommend the capricosa pizza. N. P.I tested a VERY GOOD ITALIAN PIZZA. I ate a Margherita (the Princess of the Italian Pizza), the crust was made crunchy and the dough was soft. I like it! Amazing. Next time I would like to order the home made Parmigiana. I recommend this Italian Pizza.
E. C.I have found in Tarantini Pizzeria Ristorante the true Italian cuisine tradition that is characteristic of my home town, Rome. The hosts are a blast, Enrico and Giusy are really welcoming and make me feel like home every time I come by. My favourite is a Quattro formaggi pizza and a Supplí, which is a coated tomato sauce rice ball with a heart of mozzarella in it. Delicious is not enough to call it. I will definitely be back soon!!!

Still that traditional style where its skinny base... but thick and chewy crust.... all pizzas $15.... amazing value and no compromise on the quality here. Fully deserve 5 stars. Loved it.

J. A.Tarantini is our favourite place to go, not just for pizza. The people are warm and friendly and Fabio is a master pizza chef. My three-year-old daughter loves to watch him prepare the dough and the toppings and slide it into the big oven. The food is reasonably priced and always delicious. I can not recommend this place highly enough. A great family place, warm and welcoming. Squisito!
