First time visiting this restaurant and the atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. We had a glass of wine while ordering our food. We both had the beef and reef. The steak was cooked perfectly, very juicy and tender. The lobster and prawns were delicious too. Our main course was just spotted on. For dessert, I had the lychee mousse cake and my partner had the trio of ice cream. They were not just beautifully displayed but also very nice. We loved it. The staffs were friendly and attentive, special thanks to Jessa who served us. Such a fantastic birthday celebration dinner with my partner. Thank you Encore!

Great food and great service! Starter - the breads and charcuterie were yummy Main - reef and beef, beef wasnt as tender and lobster claw was slightly undercooked but the rest including all the sides were delicious (We were full by this stage!) Dessert - lychee and ice cream were the highlight, so good! (Always room for desserts :p) Wine - house red Shiraz was surprisingly smooth and a great addition to the steak or drink by itself, was so easy to drink! Top it off with good and friendly service by all the waiters/waitress, great job guys :) Will definitely recommend to others :)

The service is great, the food not as much. I've had the ribeye steak. Ordered as medium-rare it came in medium. Unfortunately underseasoned, same as the grilled mushrooms. While not terrible, it was indeed underwhelming.

The restaurant feels like a hotel restaurant (it is - but it feels like it has no personality) - the service was attentive and pleasant. We were there on a voucher - and had prepaid a very reasonable price for our three course meal and drink. The thing that I felt let the place down was that everything tasted ‘prepared way in advance’ and if I’d had to $70 for my main meal I would have been very disappointed. It was just good - not great. (I had the steak and lobster) The desserts average.

Disappointing that the meat arrived a good 5 minutes before the vegetables and the chicken breast when you cut into it near the bone had blood in it which was off putting. The mushrooms and the steak my friend ate were reported to be amazing. Cannot fault the staff, they were very friendly but the late serving of the vegetables and the blood in my chicken did impact on the meal itself.

Last night was the first time I had dinner at Encore. It was amazing, not only was the food exceptionally displayed it was delicious. I loved every meal that we had and will definitely be back and recommend it to friends and family. Also staff was quite prompt and attentive. Great service . Great job to the chef . Perfect place to share an intimate dinner with my partner for his birthday. The food was beautiful. We had the beef and reef - the lobster was divine and the pork spare ribs - so tender. Dessert was chocolate lovers plate which was 3 small sweets - lovely. The staff offered a great service but special mention to Bruno who was fantastic - best service thank you.

Great place for a post-show dinner. Staff were attentive, efficient and the food was excellent! We had the beautifully cooked pork-belly, served with tender scallops and delicate white anchovies (Surf & Sow?) and the porterhouse steak (crisply seared on the outside and medium-rare all the way through). It'd be a mistake to pass this place up just because it's a hotel restaurant.

Let me say first of all, the service from the two male staff Saturday night impeccable. Friendly and always smiling. My wife and had our first night our with out the children. The menu was fantastic. Everything from the entree, main and dessert was perfection. The waiters we had that night were helpful, not pushy and gaves us service that we thought was above our expectation. I would like to thank the two waiter for making our night so enjoy (not forgetting the kitchen staff as well). Thank you again.

Dined at the Encore last night. Absolutely delightful. Definitely very attentive and friendly waiters. Ordered the turf and surf. Great food. Had to rush off for Muriels Wedding. Would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the ambience and finish our yummy desserts. Plan at least 2 hours.

Great for delicious dinner pre show. We walked in without a reservation (it was early) to ask if we could have a quick single course meal pre show and was greeted warmly. The meal came quickly and was delicious. Lovely table with linen. Not too pricey. Excellent 'on the ball' staff.

Absolutely BRILLIANT! My boyfriend and I went here for dinner on Saturday night for his birthday. We were offered a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival as well! The service was 5* and then some, Bruno our waiter was phenomenal. Such fantastic value for money and would highly HIGHLY recommend. The food was great, clearly a chef who is talented and loves his/her job is behind this. We were also bought ice-cream with a candle in it whilst eating dessert and Bruno helped me sing happy birthday! If you haven't been here yet, put it on your bucket list, we will definitely be back. Went there last night with groupon voucher, waiting time to get served was 45min and then finally got to order and then waited about another 45mins to get the reef and beef which was not worth the wait at all steak was inconsistent, garlic prawns are off and way over cooked, lobster was ok but have very little meat. I don't know how this has such a high rating on groupon as I have been food poison from the food and unable to work today. Only good part of the deal would be dessert that i ordered which was the choclate lovers , well consistent and great taste which was great which is why I've given it 3 stars.

Was the most delicious food I have ever eaten. The lovely waitress we had made me and my boyfriend very comfortable and we'll looked after. 10 out if 10 would recommend to anyone if looking for a fancy date night. Very very happy.

Purchased the Groupon voucher. The deal was really good for the quality and quantity. Rib eye steak was on the spot (ordered medium rare) and the chocolate plate was yummy as well. The only suggestion is the wine option for red should hv more than one option (only Shiraz) and should provide the wine list as well so the costumer can understand the region of the wine, the producer, etc.. so can the costumer compare. Overall, you won’t be disappointed, come and hv a try!

Ate dinner at Encore via Groupon - tentatively, after some previous bad Groupon experiences. The meal exceeded my expectations significantly - there were no restrictions on what you could choose, the meals were well presented, delicious and satisfying, and the staff were very friendly. We'll be back sometime, more than happy to pay the menu price for the food here!

I had the Gippsland high country 250 grams beef porterhouse steak. There was a special on this meal - it cost $20 instead of the regular $29.50. I swapped the fries for a garden salad (but had to pay extra for it). I really enjoyed my meal! The meat was tender and juicy, and the salad was generous, and tasty.

This pinball machine bar is just perfect. I am new to the Seattle area and this is one of the first social places I got to experience and it was really great! The machines are all in good working order and there is such a huge variety to pick from. The crowd the night I was there was very interesting and fun people. If you are in the area I would highly recommend checking it out. Pinball lovers I would think this is a frequent stop for you. PS. Ghostbuster machine was my favorite. That said, it was actually difficult to pick a favorite there were so many that were wonderful.
