In the 5 years I have been gluten free I have never been to such an amazingly friendly place that caters to gluten free. Not only that, everything is made beautifully and there is no such thing as dense bread here! Everything is light, fluffy and soft the way bread should be. They make amazing coffee as well! I can’t wait to continue coming back for loads of bread. I bought an olive loaf (never in my life have I encountered a gluten free olive loaf, it felt like Christmas) and I forget the name, but they have a Friday special that they bake, a beautiful sweet loaf of bread, recommended for French toast which I am so excited to try out! I cannot recommend them enough, I was so overwhelmed by the freedom to choose anything in sight, it was truly a tear worthy moment to feel that freedom again. Thank you to the amazing staff there for being so lovely! After finding out I had never been to a dedicated gluten free place before they were so excited to give me samples and show off how great their breads truly are. Definitely visit them if you are coeliac/ gluten free. They also offer pre order options so you can collect your bread all ready to go!

so so lovely to try this place out. the moment we walked inside the staff were incredibly attentive, the chef calling out that danishes were about to come out of the oven, everyone was so lovely. we sat down for a vegan sausage roll (super delicious!!) and a pear Danish - beautiful dairy free custard and such flaky pastry you wouldn't believe it's gluten free. I took home a cinnamon pretzel and raspberry choc muffin - both also super delicious. I love that nothing was overly sweet, but textures all perfect and the staff made it a wonderful experience. if you have gluten or dairy free requirements you can't give this one a miss ❤️ I hope you're around for years to come!!!

Amazing. Hands down the best gluten free bread and pastries. One bite of the bagel and I was crying happy tears (seriously) - it’s been 16 years since I’ve eaten a ‘normal’ bagel and the Glazed GF bagel was spot on - chewy and dense and delicious. I visited again 2 days later to sit down for brunch (great experience) and left with an enormous bag of goodies. The mushroom and potato pastry was a delight- the pastry was flaky and light. The filo covering the cheese and spinach pastry had perfect light layers. The Glaze signature Krembo was really yummy - I had the lemon meringue. My family enjoyed pizza slices and vegan sausage rolls; as well as a lemon gateau, and pyramid chocolate mousse. The Turkish bread tasted just like it should and the texture was perfect. No dry or soggy gf bread here. My apple turnover didn’t disappoint and while I started today with 2 slices of multigrain bread smothered in butter, I’m about to tuck into hotdog rolls. The cafe has a great atmosphere with comfy furniture. And the staff…. really lovely and helpful (and amazingly kind to a crazy coeliac crying over a bagel). I can’t wait to visit again to try the olive bread. Don’t walk, run… to get yourself incredible gf food. You won’t look back.

Phenomenal! Was too late to snap up a pastry, but I enjoyed the bagel sandwich and took home some pizza slices. Wow! The texture is perfect. Like other reviewers, I could have shed a tear, it was so good. If you are GF and crave proper baked goods, you won't be disappointed. Some products are vegan, too.

I stumbled across Glazed Gluten Free by accident just after they first opened. As someone who used to be a cake lover, when I became Gluten Intolerant, I was a little upset…. Then along came Glazed and their amazing bread, cakes and pastry….. They have somehow managed to create a puff pastry that is better than many Gluten based pastries that I have had in the past. The staff are always friendly and they always have something new… The Raspberry Splash, Tiramisu, Apple Turnover and Lemon Gateaux are amazing, while the Burger Buns and White loaf are better than many Gluten Bakeries. They are also Nut and Dairy Free as well, so suit a wide range of dietary needs!!

We came for high tea and had an excellent time. Liran and the team were lovely, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and we were so impressed that everything was so allergy-friendly. Usually gluten-free baked goods don’t have the same texture and but if we didn’t know then we wouldn’t have noticed. They even managed to accommodate some very specific allergies for one person in our group, including yeast! Thanks to everyone at Glazed for a great time. We can’t wait to return.

Not easy being Gluten-free and Dairy free so we were very chuffed to find this place. The Tira Misu was outstanding, would consider getting a large version for a birthday cake 🎂

I had such a delicious and fun time at Glazed’s High Tea. It was my first high tea and it did not disappoint! It feels so great to eat out and not need to worry about gluten in dishes. Delicious and great for celiacs / people with gluten intolerances (and it’s dairy free too!) The food was presented beautifully and my friend even remarked how it doesn’t have the pesky “gluten free” taste.

What a treat for coeliacs and people with gluten intolerances or dairy and nut allergies. We went for our 9 year old coeliac daughter as a treat because she normally misses out on the yummy foods she used to love. Well as a parent my heart was full seeing the delight on her face today as I watched her devour the food. The options where as exciting as the taste of the food, even for us non coeliacs. We loved the lemon gauto, the spinach and cheese triangle, cinnamon pretsil and a delicious warm baguette which we demolished before leaving (we had planned on taking it home). The cherry on top for us was the warm hospitality, despite the buisines of the store (due to the amazing food) we felt well looked after by the friendly staff. The chef even spoke to us which was a really nice touch. The owners clearly know, value and care for their customers. Thanks for a special food experience that we won't forget in a hurry.!

A gluten free, lactose free 20 year old, best 21st gift I gave her was an amazing cake from Glazed that all guests LOVED. Add a bag of muffins, for the freezer for work lunch’s, Krembo a total hit and some naan bread for good measure. It’s a fair drive from us but 100% worth it. This new gluten free cafe in Elsternwick is absolutely delicious! The bread is definitely the highlight - crispy on the outside crust but soft and fluffy on the inside. I promise you won't even be able to tell that it's gluten free. They have bagels, rolls, sweet challa and even French baguettes! This is probably the only gf bread I've come across that doesn't need toasting. Desserts are delicious too, I tried the passionfruit mousse, the top layer is perfectly tart and the sponge in the middle is soft and fluffy. I'm in love!

I had almost given up on gluten free alternatives to cakes, bread, pastries until I found Glazed. The staff and owners are tremendously passionate about gluten intolerant and coeliac sufferers and want to create AMAZING tasting food that isn’t just the typical ‘alternative’ option. As a Coeliac, I’ve tried every GF bread, cake imaginable and nobody does it better than Glazed. Somehow, they did it … they managed to make everything taste like the REAL thing. Even the texture has that squishy, bouncy ‘gluten’ feel and taste to it. No joke, this place has done what many GF bakeries have tried and failed to do. I can’t wait to come back again and again.

Ordered a celebration box for my partner, all I can say is WOW! being gluten intolerant can be quite an inconvenience when it comes to desserts and baked goods, but these desserts were better than the non-gf originals! outstanding! Such a wonderful place! I have experienced many epic High Teas including at the Tiffany Blue Box in New York however, the High Tea at Glazed Gluten Free Patisserie was the best I have ever had and all Gluten Free and Coeliac safe. I cannot recommend Glazed Gluten Free enough. Thank you so much to the wonderful team, my mum and I had the best afternoon. We cannot wait to see you all again soon.

WOW!! I am speechless. I haven’t had softer, fluffier bread since finding put I’m celiac. The puff pastry was buttery and flaky. I am truly in awe. The high tea was worth every penny. The 3 tiered tray of treats was indescribable. It was clear that there were no shortcuts made in the creation of all of the pastries, desserts and scones. Truly delicious. Would recommend this to EVERYONE. So much time and care was put into ensuring everyone’s dietary requirements were met and the service was attentive and polite. I had a great time. Today we spent a lovely couple of hours enjoying a beautiful high tea at Glazed in Elsternwick. From the outset I felt welcomed as everybody was so friendly and attentive. The food was a feast for the eyes, and absolutely delicious - I loved everything! But most important the menu was safe for my daughter who has Coeliac Disease. Definitely, Definitely, Definitely worth traveling from Templestowe, and I will certainly visit again!

My daughter and I had been wanting to try this place for a while. She has a severe nut allergy and also has gluten and dairy intolerances. We don’t live close by but happened to be nearby so decided to drop in today. Well, we were so glad we did as it is fabulous. We had planned to just buy a couple of cakes, but decided to have lunch, coffee and cake and we also purchased breads and other goodies to take home. The cafe is lovely, the owners and staff are so welcoming and friendly and everything we ate (which was a lot) was absolutely delish. I cannot recommend highly enough and will make the trek across town more often now. It was great to find somewhere that my daughter could eat safely and we felt so relaxed. I keep thinking about how great everything tasted 😊

What an amazing experience. Requested an order during lockdown 6.0 and wanted to try the naan available on Wednesday. Not only did they delivery the naan and other amazing goodies but my order arrived at my work with the most beautiful delivery ladies. 3 gorgoues ladies dropping off my order and wishing a happy anniversary as i was excited my order was being delivered on my wedding anniversary meaning the greatest dinner and dessert in covid times! Everything here is so good I’m nearly in tears of joy. It’s so yummy and it all tastes like the real thing because it IS the real thing, it’s proper patisserie-quality in texture and flavour and chewiness and creaminess. Bread-missing coeliac here. I think this is the best gluten free bread I've tasted ever. Haven't bought supermarket bread since discovering them a couple of weeks ago. Great options too. Bagels, baguettes (so long since I'd had baguette!), seeded loaves etc. Feel very lucky I've moved so close to them. And I haven't even tried the cakes yet!! :) Highly recommend.

What a great place. The service is absolutely fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. The range of desserts and the range of gluten free, nut free and vegan cakes and food is fantastic. I had 4 chocolate cakes which look amazing and they taste... well just perfect! The marshmallow was great and the mars bar cake was moorish. It's great to see a cafe catering for people with food intolerances and a vegan cafe is a bonus. When I was there the cafe was really busy and its not hard to see why. This place is a must visit.
