Extremely pleased with the service, I saw an employee help enforce the currently mandatory laws for masks against a very rude man with one brain cell who "claimed" to have an exemption. They handled the customer well and decided to refuse service. Food was also great.

Just had the loveliest experience here. The customer service was excellent; the waitperson with the slight North American and red hair was exceptional at her job - warm and efficient. We had a terrible experience at the location in Elsternwick, so it was wonderful to see an example of how it should be done!

Most important element, the food was fresh and tasty - 5 stars, double thumbs up to the kitchen. However the reason for this review is to highlight old mate Guy front of house! Total pro in attitude and service, in my 20 minutes sitting in, he outdid himself for me and every customer that walked in (and out, holding the door), even delivery partners. Great service everytime I visit. Burgers are on point and super tasty. Large sized store so would be good to visit with group of people. Last time I ordered sweet potato chips, which were a bit burnt and a little disappointing....only found out once I got home as was a takeaway. Hopefully that was just a once off.

Tried the new meat-free "mushroom" burger & it was so worth it!! Been here before in other areas but this was a nice local restaurant for lunch. The hours are flexible here too so I was happy with trying another vegan/vegetarian range that I enjoyed,hadn't been to the Balaclava restaurant before but glad I did!

Great burgers (as Grill'd is known for), and good offers too if you have the app. This location is quite nice, the seating and atmosphere is great. The staff are also lovely and attentive. Great Grill'd franchise worth the visit.

Nice burger place that is pretty chilled. They also have a kids menu which is great. I am not huge fan of the herbs they put on the fries but they are happy to make a batch without if you ask.

Food is uniformly good but was a long 20 minute wait for a stock standard takeaway burger and chips. Watching other takeaway orders leave with people who made counter orders after you is annoying. If you are in a hurry or hangry don't bother.

These guys are great. Super happy and friendly. They even gave us extra food!!!! I will be going back. They were very hospitable and kind. Burgers don't come with fries.... Expensive. $56.00 for two burgers, fries, 1 beer and a softdrink. I would expect a 15.00 burger to have fries.. They did taste great though
