The impossible burger with a meat substitute. Spot on!!! Service was fast and efficient. Great when we have just spent a gruelling 3 hours shopping in Chadstone.

Good experience whenever I go there. Sometimes the staff does not like it too much when you make changes to their already set menu. Otherwise beautifully decorated, good music, and good food portions. I love their HFC line, great way to distinguish themselves from other fast food chains. Will return occassionally.

Really great experience ordering is super easy with the QR code, service is quick and staff are always friendly. Only reason it's a 4/5 rather than a 5/5 is that it would be a disservice to other smaller burger places that have better burgers as Grill'd is consistently good however doesn't reach that amazing level that some of the smaller places can reach.

Great service, good location and excellent staff. The food was tasty, not very pricey and the location couldn't be better. This place is open until late evening and was a great place to get some snacks and a drink. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available and the premises were nice and clean. Contact tracing and Covid safe measures are in place.

Grill'd is always good quality, this particular one, however, had extra going for it. They let us stay outside even as they were closing up, and are ideally located near toilets and shopping. Varied seating is a plus. However, price really is an issue. And no matter how good their burgers and herb mayo chips are, I always flinch a little thinking of the cost. Even when I'm being shouted.

Don’t you hate it when you get home and realise they’ve forgotten your chips! Well this happened to me yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised with the response. The manager was was very friendly, resolved the issue and really looked after me which turned this into a positive customer experience. It’s not often you get customer service like this anymore. Overall they are great. This time I ordered sweet potatoes fries along with our burgers, but the fries seemed like they were reheated. I have had sweet Potatoes from The Casa down Hampton Street, and they are the greatest - hot, crispy and great taste. But I will go again to the Grilled, and stay with regular potatoes fries.

Seven of us came to Grill'd Chadstone on a Sunday night. Firstly, thank you for being open late on a Sunday night. These days people want to grab a bite any night of the week, so I'm glad they close at 10pm on the Sunday. As always, the food was delicious. I got my classic 'Simon Says' burger because I love a good chicken/bacon combo with avocado and sauce. When we were ordering, the guy mumbled something about 'relish member' and it took me about three times to realise he was asking me if I wanted to become a Grill'd member. He didn't seem overly enthused (more like a script) but he was probably just annoyed I made him repeat the question three times... sorry. The food came out reasonably quick, which is always a plus when dining with a large group. The only bit of feedback I can give is that the restaurant itself seemed very loud (I don't know if it was the music or the people) and so I found it difficult to hear people from the opposite end of the table. Other than that, no complaints about the food and customer service. Thanks Grill'd :) I'll be back. And I may even sign up to be a member!

Ordered a burger and fries from Deliveroo. Was really disappointed that my burger wasn't accompanied by the fries. Told the driver who asked me to take it up with the restaurant directly. So I called the restaurant and spoke to Alex (the manager). He was absolutely lovely and apologized and was kind enough to send it in with the next delivery. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a good place to eat I'm from out of town and they don't have anywhere near this quality of service in my home town. Went to the restaurant with party of 7. Two orders were late coming out when the manager came and asked to sort out the issue then and there.
