I came here with a friend I haven’t seen in a while (she’s a vegetarian) and was greeted with the most wonderful staff. The lady who greeted us complimented us beautifully and laughed with us, it was like making a new friend. The manager, Tyler, accommodated us so well and checked in on us. My friend struggled with the patty (completely vegetarian, but was too meat like) he offered to make her a completely different one. She declined because the rest of it was amazing anyways. The rest of the staff was lovely too. Will come here again, never had better service.

Ordered the "Baa Baa Burger" and "Summer Sunset" with some additional zucchini fries. Highly recommend the zucchini fries, though they are a bit pricey (I got a Deliveroo discount on my whole order). Burgers taste very fresh, I recommend going for the Panini bun, which raises the burger by a notch both visually and gustatory. Holistically, you don't feel like you're struggling to consume oily greasy fast food, rather Grill'd feels refreshing and enjoyable to eat.

Went here with a friend I haven’t caught up with for a while, and was greeted by the most wonderful staff. I had the luxury of being hosted by the manager Tyler, and the two workers named Layla and Milly. Very polite people and and the serve was incredible. Would definitely recommend coming here as it’s a safe and friendly environment and was overall fun.

Been going here for years. Great burgers, u can tailor it to your liking. Chips are nice. Haven't had a crispy dry sweet potato or zucchini chip but that's ok. The burgers are worth it. Tried the beyond burger (vegan patty). Tasted alright, but did feel that I had an aftertaste afterwards. Probably more pronounced with a mask on. Felt good helping the environment one patty at a time.

It’s easy to not mention a medium - large chain business in reviews, but I found myself visiting Grill’d on a monthly basis and have never taken the time to review it like other establishments I’ve visited over the years. This location has always been friendly, with great service, and great energy. The food is always consistent, and great tasting and you don’t get that heavy feeling afterwards that many other chains leave you with. Burger buns are great and not disgustingly sweet, the produce and meat used taste real, and the taste is amazing. Always consistent, friendly and delicious.

Still at the top of my list of favourite Burger joints in Melbourne. Simply Grill'd, Crispy Bacon & Cheese, Mighty Melbourne and Chilli Addict leads the pack of recommended in my book. Staff keeps changing, which is expected when you've got mostly youngsters working there, but regardless they've all been polite, accommodating and cook great burgers without fail. More than enough seating available for you and the kids.

We used to really enjoy our visits to Grill'd Knox, but the standard of food, service and general cleanliness has been going downhill noticeably over the last year or so. I can't remember if we first noticed it before last year's lockdown or not. Staff no longer check in as they are supposed to - the coloured stick markers in the jugs were not turned the last two or three visits. The last two times, the floors and tables were dirty. And on the last occasion, we thought the food was horrible, whereas we used to think it was good. So sadly, we will be looking around for another burger place next time. Maybe we'll try another branch, or another restaurant altogether.

Consistently make good burgers. Love the herb mayo thy put on my burgers. Lot a of seating available and they don't seem to mind children being around and a little noisy.

I enjoyed eating my Beyond Vegan Cheeseburger, although the cheese in the burger was cold. I loved the chips and sweet potato chips. My mummy loves the Superpower Salad.

Wonderful experience - staff were knowledgeable and accommodating when we mentioned our dietary requirements (strictly no fructose, lactose or gluten). Burgers were delicious and they said they cooked the no-fructose burger separately to avoid cross-contamination. Service not bad. If you get the chicken ceaser salad, make sure you ask for an actual poached egg as it's served with a fried egg. Would be great if the option to switch out white croutons for an alternate but the ones I got were fantastic. Was able to have leftovers for lunch and it tasted amazing. Great serve of chicken and bacon.

Fantastic premises. Options of sitting outside, inside, upstairs, booths, tables, shared tables. Staff are always friendly and approachable. Great fundraising where you can choose from 3 local causes. Menu is brilliant and food just as good. Only thing I could suggest is a big menu board above service counter so people waiting in queue could see what to order without having to find the paper menus on the service counter.

Went to Grilled last night at Knox. Was going to go to Pancake Parlour but they were charging $35 per main for public holiday. So $70 for 2 adult meals. I went to Grilled and got 3 burgers, 2 kids packs, serving of chips and a serving of zucchini fries for $67. Much better value for money. The burgers were excellent, tasted healthy, definitely worth going back again. Service was very friendly and received all meals at the same time. Not 5 stars though as the chips were very salty especially the zucchini fries. They could of provided cutlery, garnish on the plate would be nice as it is just a burger on a plate, unless you add chips on the side. Anyway it is still excellent burgers.

It is hard to raise any complaints about the food here. They make very good burgers and chips for a fair price. I don't think the Wagyu burgers are the best really, I mean they are Wagyu but you can't taste the meat as it was covered in sauce or mustard and you don't get a big slab of beef, better off going to one of the normal burgers. Seating is good and service friendly. If I could make one complaint it would be that the music is too damn loud. Every single time we go we end up yelling across the table, maybe I am just old and bitter and the young of today enjoy trying to have a conversation that is actually yelling but that is the one thing I do not like.

Staff amazing friendly efficient service and food tasted fresh and delicious. Staff went out of their way to make our family dinner night easy and relaxing

Burgers are quite good. Ordered Sir Truffle for myself. Loved the combination. Do find that it is too oily for me. My companion ordered Mighty Melbourne and I got to try one bite. It is a better combination in my opinion. My companion did mention that their Chicken Dynamic Duo (CDD) is too dry thus making it a bit hard to consume in comparison with her Mighty Melbourne. A thumbs up for their fries served together with CDD as it is rare for us to see fries served with Italian herbs. Gives a nice aroma that pique our appetite. Service is also quite good as we needed hot drinks which they did not serve thus they allow us to bring it from another shop. Overall, is a good place to go for a bite or hang out with family or friends. Consistency unknown.

Great burger and friendly staff. Did have an error with one burger not being put through. Spoke with staff who not only corrected the issue and had the fresh burger on our table within 2 mins. They apologised and refused to take the extra money for the mistake. Errors happen, it's how they are delta with that counts. Have had grilled many times before and thanks to the lovely and caring nature of the staff, will be having plenty more. Love the new store as well.

It's ok, a few good gluten free options for celiacs like me or if you just choose to be gluten free. Average to medium pricing for burgers not that great value for money but zucchini chips are delicious and single serve was quite substantial and reasonable approx 5.95 I think it was. Drinks in fridge are overpriced but that's pretty standard for most restaurant/eateries

Not always consistent with quality like it used to be but still ample seating and a quality meal. My go to in the Knox area when a burger craving hits but I don't want the disapproving stare from the dog when I return home.

Love the burgers here, they never get old. The chips are always top notch too! They need to bring back Goats Cheese & Hummus! Biggest complaint is their "dine in" service. Why ask us to find a table and not give us table service? And where is the menu? It used to be up on a board above the counter! now they are enviromentally UNfriendly printing menus and replacing them when they get worn, when I haven't met a single patron of Grill'd who actually wants the menu, everyone wants the board back. Bring it back and keep your customers happy! ☹️

There's trouble with staffing during busy periods. You can queue to order, then wait ages for your drinks to come to you. When you can see the drinks already poured and going warm it's a bit frustrating. Many times we've ended up going up to get our own drinks
