Ordered at counter and specified gluten free bun. And the server asked me if gluten free because of allergy and if so will direct kitchen to cook bun on the grill and not put it through the toaster where it could be contaminated by the breadcrumbs. WOW. Fantastic Grill'd and I wish I had taken note of the male servers name. I had the garden delight (vegetarian burger) my husband had the Mary's lamb burger and we shared some delicious chips. Just love their salty, herb seasoning. We also brought our own coffees with us from Max Brenner as coffee unavailable here. So not sure if this is something that will change, I mean this is Melbourne!!

One of the first restaurants I've been to post-lockdown. Still a great place for a lunch or dinner. Service was good can't complain about that one. Chicken burger (Simon Says) was also good, but the bun was a little hard/stale compared to the soft/juicy chicken, so it was a very big contrast of textures. Restaurant atmosphere was great and enough space for social distancing and comfortability.

Been coming here for years. I have noticed a gradual deterioration. On my last takeaway order the burgers were sloppily made, the boxes weren’t labelled with burger type and no napkins were provided. They don’t ask for feedback anymore either. Shame as it’s been my go to burger place.

Wow, Most amazing customer service I have ever experienced!! My mum & I went in tonight for dinner at 7pm, It was beautiful food and the staff where absolutely wonderful, So lovely and always checking up on us to see if we needed anything! When we where leaving we had about 4 staff members saying goodbye to us with a big smile on their faces, Absolutely lovely service! Really like their burgers. I'm a vegetarian however I did have quite a few options to choose from. I used to love their shroom gardens burger but apparently they don't sell that anymore which is sad. Regularly in a hunt for top-notch burgers - Grill'd turned out to come second to none! We've tried the Chilli Addict and it was the best burger in Melbourne to date. The atmosphere is refreshing and their service level is accommodating. Oh yeah! Do ask for the Famous Grill'd Chips with Herb Mayo - you won't go wrong with that!

I ordered a meal for delivery through Door Dash but didn’t receive the order so I went into the store and the manager Crista was so helpful! She not only remade my order very quickly, but she gave myself and my friend a drink on the house and spoke to Door Dash customer service herself. Bought simply beyond 2 large chips, Tom relish and also the garden vegan one. Can't remember off the top of my head that one. But hey, was a funny experience. Used the new order at your table QR thing which was cool. Though not as efficient and quick as going up and ordering. İf you don't like much social interaction or you're super concerned about covid. This qr thing is for you. Quiet when we came in. Though by the time we left it was booming. Service was a 3-4star. My mate had issues with payment, though that was on his end. First he forgot to move to the payment section on their website QR thing and then he forgot he had locked his card. So 3rd time was the charm. Come in maybe around 4:30pm-5pm for a chill time. Or if you like lots of people being at a restaurant come later. Grilled has a pretty consistent thing going on so can't really go wrong with em if you like em already. Will come again, though wouldn't be my first choice.

Great Grill'd venue overall. The staff were pleasant and the food was of very high quality. While I am disappointed they no longer had any pork burgers, their Wagyu beef was of equal quality and I am very satisfied with my dining experience. Highly recommended!.

Good food, very friendly staff, ok prices. Try the lamb burger with avo, I thought it would be a bit of a fad/puncei thing, but it was actually really good. Glad someone dragged me kicking and screaming out of my comfort zone. Clean, sanitary environment. Very nice mood, well enough lit you can talk and enjoy your friends and food, with enough dark, quiet atmosphere to make you want to stay and drink. This is a good spot to grab a bite before a movie. They used to offer free small chips if you had a movie ticket but they’ve just stopped that in the last week. Make sure you are clear with your order as I’ve found the staff don’t listen sometimes and can give you the wrong sauce or forget to take something out of your burger that you asked for

I love chillies so I naturally ordered the Chilli Addict burger. This is a burger who likes a little heat with their burger but is not for a chilli addict, I could barely taste any chilli on it, disappointed. The rest of our group enjoyed their burgers which were normal burgers. The share plate of chips featured potato, zucchini and sweet potato chips for $14. The chips were great but the share plate comprised 3 small cups of chips. Not great value.

I Don't think grill'd is what i once was, things seem smaller, fillings on tjr decline, a number of restaurants with tired seating areas, the Southland one typifies this. Food is reasonably consistent but the chips are always a lottery, frequently under cooked, sometimes overcooked or in old oil, kids menu is good value.
