My friend and I had a delicious lunch here last week. We ordered off the lunch menu and got the steak burger and grilled chicken burger. Really good burgers and the fries they came with were crispy and seasoned well. The food was hot and our server was attentive and had a lovely demeanor. The only downside was they seated us right next to another occupied table, even though there were plenty of spare tables to space us out. I know there are no restrictions anymore, but I think if possible, spacing between patrons should happen.

Beautiful cafe out in the country. I would have to say my favourite menu items were the hogs schlong curly fries and the raw hog. The raw hog was more of an experience seeing as though it comes out in a cage and is needed to be hunted by you.

My sister and I enjoyed a lovely meal before our trip to the movies and I just wanted to express my thanks to the lovely girl DOC who was just so beautiful and friendly. In this frustrating time, even though I’m sure her job can be difficult… her friendly manner was so delightful and put me in a good mood for the rest of my night and made my meal even yummier. Kindness promotes kindness. I hope this review puts a smile on her face and keeps her doing what she’s doing. Very yummy burger too.

I ordered take away over the phone last night (19/05/22) one hour before close and the staff member on the phone was extremely accommodating. Very friendly service. I asked for a few substitutions in my order but the staff member was very patient and understanding with me, many other restaurants are not. When we arrived for pick up the food was ready, staff were inviting and the food was delicious. Thanks Hogsbreath Karingal :)

Food good but I wouldn't want most of staff working for me. Females very catty. Males do all work, females do serve tables all be it slow. males serve, clean and follow up on clients and get dismissed earlyfor the the rest to party and take the tips. Multiple staff checking and trying to correct tips. If you aren't in the click dont exspect to get your tips. Last to leave I got to see a lot, I feel sorry for staff, the way they are treated and robbed.

Loved the prime rib (cut like a steak)! Make sure to have the backend seasoning, which makes the meat taste just a bit like it's burnt, which I love so much, and is very soft. Prices are decent for the steak. Caesar salad is meh, and does not come with anchovies even. Their curly fries are considered by them to be a speciality, but I do not like them. They are never crunchy and don't taste right to me. Service is ok, facilities are ok.

Hanging out to try some ribs so thought we would give this restaurant a go, we were pleasantly surprised 😮 went out Sunday night and it was reasonably busy. Staff friendly and helpful. We ordered the baby back ribs and Smokey St Louis ribs both meals were generous portions and tasty. Worth a visit and looking forward to trying the signature steaks.

The food is good and the service is excellent. The atmosphere is very much like a diner you would find in America but that's not a bad thing. The meals are a good size but can be very filling and your choice is plentiful as well.

We were considerably disappointed with the experience we had this time. It is amazing how a dirty grill can ruin the taste of food. We are frequent visitors (HGC was our favourite dinning place for several years) and it seems the place is degrading over time: this visit we experienced a dirty chair, a very sticky table (my wife decided to mop it with a serviette and it came out almost black), and to top it off all three meals we ordered were grilled on a dirty grill with chunks of gunk attached to everything. I think your experience would highly depend on who is cooking your meal in the kitchen. In our case, we were unlucky, I guess.

Couldnt be happier with the food and service here. I popped in with the family with no booking on a Friday night. Our waitress (I believe Mama Rah was her name) looked aftered us the whole time. My steak was amazing, cooked to perfection with a soft (almost) buttery texture, Ive never had a steak so good. We left that night very satisfied with the experience.

Great food, lovely servers. My partner's chicken Parma was nice and moist, which is rare to find in some places. My steak and prawns were well cooked and I enjoyed my veggies and curly fries. We came kind of late in the night on a Sunday but didn't feel like we were being kicked out. We were asked if we wanted coffee or hot chocolate before they turned off the machine, which we really appreciated.

Went there for the first time and the experience was extremely lacklustre. We first called to book a table but reached the voicemail and no one bothered giving us a call back. We arrived there 5 minutes before the opening time and were standing infront of the door looking at the menu. A staff member popped the door open, put the sign of "we are open" out, did not acknowledge us nor offered a simple greeting and went right back inside shutting the door behind her. It was quite obvious that we were waiting to go in for lunch. Once in we had to catch said staff member attention who did not even had the decency to greet us. Grabbed the menus and a page containing a QR code and told us to register ourselves, without giving us an explanation on how it worked and what needed to be done nor giving us time to ask about it. The only reason why I gave it a 3 stars was that the second staff member was much friendlier and enthusiastic than the first one who acted like she rather be anywhere else but at work. We got the food and it was absolutely bland. It was such a disappointment for our first dine experience since the first lockdown. (We were cautious during the first reopening and decided to wait but got hit with a second lockdown)

Came here as a child for special occasions with the family and absolutely loved it! Came here again tonight for the first time in about 5 years and it's so great to see that the high quality and standards have been throughly maintained! The food here is absolutely delicious with a wide variety of choices from prime ribs, to wraps, to burgers, salads, a great selection of desserts and starters and an amazing drinks selection even with cocoktails AND mocktails! 😍 The steaks are high quality and taste so delicious! The atmosphere is incredibly decorative and on-theme with old-fashioned trinkets and number plates and signs! And the staff are so, so lovely, attentive and very efficient (even when busy and under pressure!) Well done to management and staff for keeping this restaurant amazing!

UPDATE : I decided to give my ex favourite restaurant x2 more tries and im happy to say that the last 2 times I have been that the food has returned to how it used to be and it seems to be the same for the serving sizes aswell. I visit regularly. Unfortunately as of late they have reduce their serving size of the lunch menu It's not really worth it anymore

My group was failed by the kitchen big time, front of house staff were awesome and apologetic. We will be back, and when we do, it'll hopefully be a night where you go out with a small group, and everyone eats together. Have been there on many occasions, never had an issue, also coming from a sales background, unfortunately sometimes everything that can go wrong will go wrong. Murphy's law... If I was a first time customer, I wouldn't go back. The fact is, I'm not, I will come back and just put it down to bad luck. Again FOH staff, awesome, I saw their disappointment, because for one, they understood mine.

Well Worth it: Been here many times and the food & service have always been good, about time I left a review. A couple of nights ago, 4 of us had dinner & a movie night. I rang the night before to book a table, they are always nice & polite, but asked if it was a special occasion. It was our nieces’ 25th birthday and I didn’t think much about it after hanging up. On the night the table had 2 balloons. Our table host was a learner, had a little badge with an L on it 😂 Her badge nickname was Buttons and she was fantastic all night, thank you Buttons. After dinner was over they brought out a bowl with 2 scoops of ice cream in it, sprinkled with hundreds & thousands and with a sparkler. Then they sang happy birthday to our niece, sweet 👍 Thanks guys, it’s the little thinks that count 😊 PS: The movie was The Nun and it was very entertaining ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great CS, very friendly. Service speed can be hit and miss really depends how crowed it is at the time. Due to the high level of service at least you are informed not forgotten. Food is great, as much as the menu is the same across all restaurants this place is still better than other I have been too. The price is good for what you get and they have specials if you want something cheaper. Would recommend for sure.

I think this is my favourite restaurant. The atmosphere is fun and you just can't go past a steak with sweet potato fries. So glad that you can get a meal with sweet potato rather than white potato. Love the food here.

Great food, service is spectacular, worth coming here for outings, events or just that one lonely night where you're by yourself. These meals are comfort food, if you have really bad anxiety and don't like going out, use Uber eats, they provide that service. (Between you and me, it's better to go in and have it fresh.

Had the brisket and was given a small portion I would expect from a higher end restraunt yet the quality was nothing coming close to fine dining nor would I expect it to be. If you like American style steakhouses hogs breath karingle is pretty good. The wait staff were lovely to deal with, my 'serious steak burger" was great but my wife ordered a steak with graphic prawns, medium rare, which arrived with hardly any sauce and was clearly medium not medium rare. Which is fairly disappointing considering its a steak house.
