Walked into the restaurant to a massive potter love water informed stars that then in for me that i've been there for ages my didn't have anyone to clean it up or the even put a wet floor sign on it

That is the place you can access to the real Point Cook to get beautiful city view. In the history, this place belongs to Thomas Chirnside (1815-1887) and his brother Andrew Chirnside (1818-1890), from Scotland, founders of the "Chirnside Pastoral Empire".

I have great nostalgia for this place as it was one of my favorite restaurants growing up they have previously featured a drink fountain with free refills but they pulled that out a year ago. Hungry Jack's occupies a weird nich e in the fast food industry where it does manage to actually compete with McDonald's while clearly putting in a lot less effort personally I prefer hungry Jack's as they have a better selection of low-cost products like the cheesy cheeseburger or the barbecue cheeseburger which are in fact a burger with cheese and cheese and a burger with cheese and barbecue respectively what did you think they were? If your value my advice I'd recommend you eat a celery stick, it's cheaper in the long run but feel free to disregard my advice because in the end eating burgers is something I've done a lifetime of

Was there yesterday at around midnight. Ordered two fries, one chicken salad and a coke. Got three fries, coke, a chicken burger and a chocolate-cone (?) in the bag. No chicken salad. And the guy had immediately closed shop after giving our order thru the drive-thru window. Called back at the number given above, no response. Terrible terrible terrible customer service!!! Update: 13.10.2020 Got a fried chicken salad gratis. Took a bit of time but got it none the less. Thanks. Rating increased to 4 Stars.

Had a drive through order was very happy with the service. Was served by a young gentlemen who was very well mannered. Deserves credit for his patience, being so quick and accurate. So far best worker we have come across that hasn't forgotten sauce or a cheese burger.

Great staff and service in the early hours in the morning. There is one male manager south eastern maybe Indian, who is a tight on sauces and stuff one day he will tell you they can't provide extra, charge you another day then plain out lie and tell you they can't sell extra condiments when previously he could. That's my only complaint, other than that other staff is great especially the female islander manager .

Ok for drive-thru but chips are inconsistent. Some days we get no salt on the chips and sometimes chips have a stale after taste like it has been fried in old stale oil... Burgers still taste good though, mostly. But there was one time it looked like a dogs breakfast as the burger patty was not even on the bread and the lettuce was everywhere. The nuggets are the best with spicy sauce though!

These guys need to pick up their game. As someone who works in fast food I know there is unavoidable mistakes that happen but I’m not too happy that my order is never up to scratch. Ever. I feel like I waste my time by even bothering to order here. For a great hungry jacks go to Sunbury. They actually do a great job in comparison. A lot more inviting. And they also have a whopper stunner meal. Which is always fresh. I always prefer to go hungry for the next hour and a half just to eat in Sunbury rather than here :/

Toilets aren't open. Service was odd, have to go to the second window but no indication that that is what they want you to do. Food was nice and hot and they didn't muck up the order.

We love Hungry Jacks at Altona Meadows mainly for its decor. Fifties style American Diner, being older this is the era we grew up in. We also love the 5 for $5.95 special as it becomes our dinner. The background music is too loud if you want to sit and chat.

Person who served me forgot to give me change. Seemed distracted. Felt serving was a burden...no smiles today. Food ok...pancakes a little mushy. Airconditioning in store being replaced...hot and stuffy. Notices were up to inform customers. A lot of staff wandering about but not really doing anything e.g cleaning store. A meeting and interviewing was also going on today. Not sure this is a good look for Hungry Jacks. I was put in a position where I was listening to personal and confidential information pertaining to a potential employee. Should review process.
