I had an overall good experience going to this hungry jacks. However when i went in drive though there was a man taking my order and he seemed confused when i got to the window he had to ask one of the young ladies for help guess he's new. But the food was well cooked and the chips were nicely salted. The teenager who gave me my food at the window was very nice and gave me some sauce as the other man forgot to put it though (UGH)

Hungry Jacks in Altona North is my local. I've never had a bad experience here. It's just like every other hungry jacks. Give it a crack if you ever fancy a decent priced feed

Definitely not the best HJs in the district. Regular incorrect orders at the drive through. Poorly assembled burgers and often poor amount of fries in the packet. Geelong road is significantly better.

I hi just wanted to say it has been a pleasure to go thru your drive thru. Several times I have been served by a lady (mature lady) not the usual kids. Everytime I have visited and she has served me she has been wearing proper PPE covering her mouth and nose. It gives me great confidence in visiting and ordering food at your Altona North branch. Many cafes restaurants are not taking covid matters seriously and I have been quite anxious. Going thru drive thru and seeing that she is doing everything correctly really is outstanding to see. Unfortunately I was unable to get her name. I just thought you should know.

Have had two different experiences in two visits. First was amazing. The girl was really thorough despite a complicated and big order. She also reminded us of vouchers which was nice. The second time, the guy had zero customer service skills and the place was not very clean. Hopefully next visits are like the first time.

Dining in at the moment as I'm writing this review. Food is served quickly and warm. The attitude from the older lady at the counter is absolutely appaling. No smile, no greeting and quick to argue with me when I said I didn't want coke for my drink. She said to the supervisor that I didnt tell her which drink I wanted. Therefore she assumed I wanted coke instead of asking which drink I would like. The supervisor apologised to me and gave me the right drink. Request to the restaurant manager, please ensure your staff are trained and well equipped with basic customer service skills.
