I don’t normally get hungry jacks as I’m not familiar with the menu. Tonight specifically I was waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes!!! The only reason this place gets 4 stars is because of the staff in the drive through helping me with the menu! Customer service amazing from both girls in drive through positive attitude and small talk makes me want to come back again soon even though it took forever for me to get my food 👍🏼

The only reason this restaurant gets 4 stars instead of 5 is the awkward and difficult site, a very small Hungry Jack's with extremely limited parking and barely any seating inside. Colocated on the same site as an also frequently extremely busy Caltex/Woolworths petrol station, sometimes leading to logjams of traffic at the site. Impossible to park onsite or find a table if it's busy. Nearest parking if you can find a spot is around 100 metres away from this VERY busy intersection. Staff have been friendly and like all Hungry Jack's, my meals have always been fresh and hot. They now also do proper espresso, cappuccino, Latte's etc, from freshly ground beans. Called "Jack's Cafe", I haven't tried it yet.

Great place just don't go after eight thirty at night as they are closed! Their hamburgers are really big and filling.They have specials well worth using. You get a quality product at a very good price.

Tried the Jack's Crispy chicken burger and it was good. Hot, crunchy and satisfying as a treat. Fries were hot but drinks could use improvement as they were cold but flat.

I come here every Sunday morning to get a breakfast meal, such quick service with a nice girl always so cheerful! Sometimes she even remembers me and my Order!! It makes my day. The only thing that’s bad is sometimes the hash browns take too long to cook

I ordered for friend and I on the app we live in Heidelberg west and friends chips had salt when we ordered no salt on chips. On top of that chips were cold. Try to ring no one answered. Went to store and spoke to manager and he organised a meal for the trouble. Handled very nicely and temp was excellent but it shouldn’t have happened in first place. If you book delivery by app see store if by Menulog etc you have to raise with them.

This place is good for a quick bite. They got very less room for sitting so if you planning to have something quick you better park your car outside or place your order through drive way only. Response from the team is really nice and quick like you don’t have to wait to get your order.

This Hungry Jacks always serves food very quickly which is good. However they often fail to fulfil the order and often forget toppings such as onions, angry onions, tomatoes, lettuce and sauce. The last time I went here the diet coke also tasted like detergent and I did not end up drinking it. I also think I saw them using the same tools to cook the vegan burger as the regular meat ones so be aware of this if you are vegan.

Tried to order a Angus Hash Brown Burger they took about 2min to find out they didn't do it any more and looked at me like I was a crazy person, but I had decided to get it as it was advertised on their menu boards. The burger I ended up getting was cold in the middle and my thick shake was runny and sad. Before they gave me my order they said it would be 30sec and pressed a button on a nearby computer and then took 7min as they forgot to make some of the burgers; at least it looks like they are maintaining their KPIs. Avoid if possible as there is no shortage of Hungary Jack's around.

Typical Hungry Jacks store that is new but albeit small because it is on the same block of land as the Woolworths petrol station. Clean and tidy with friendly staff. Not much seating indoors or out. Small number of parking spaces. It is popular with students and tradies. Busy drive through most evenings. Check your oders as some times they can be incorrect.
