Waited 10mins for a vege burger, my tropical chicken burger came as plain crispy chicken burger and when redone chicken patty was so hurt it burnt my tongue. Very poor service yesterday.

If you are going to go online and order for pickup, don't bother. Just go to drive-thru and order from there. Their application is buggy (happens to me twice), it's always saying that you are still far even you are already there. All in all, I still love their burgers!

Nice service clean, children play ground is perfect , public toilet , plenty of car park , drive through indoor and outdoor seating . Only hungry jack ever I’ve seen with unique vintage posters. Brilliant design.

My meal was ok.. hot chips and warm burger that's what's expected these days....but I felt I was driving through a morgue...managers please train staff to tell us our total price for orders. Also not to sound dead on speaker it would make such a difference especially these times.

Clean and quick. Just what you want with a fast food store. Excellent service. Toilet run out of paper, told the girl behind the counter when ordering food and she restocked straight after my order, not palming it off or delaying it until it was someone else's problem.

Best value burgers. I had a deal of 2 vegan cheeseburgers for $10.95 and I enjoyed it with my brother. I also had Angry Onions, and I recommend them to anyone over onion rings.

I have had the best Flamed Grilled Whopper burger from you guys tonight! Whoever has made them around 6.30, was so generous with the lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Hope to experience this again in the future 😁

Pleaaaaase! Update the venue! It's been like that since I've arrived in Horsetralia in 1989. It(the place) needs a proper refresh. The doors are as old as when Highpoint got their Trash n Treasure selling used blankets for winter!!!!

An OK experience to eat here, the usual Hungry Jack's food, but restaurant cleanliness is obviously an issue, and that is an issue that needs to be addressed with closing down for a day and hitting the place hard with a steam cleaner. This restaurant price gouges on public holidays, at a rate of 10%! Really, it is a 2.5 star restaurant, but google only allows whole stars, so I gave them the benefit of 3 stars.
