Your typical Hungry Jacks. We went through the drivethrough on this occassion. It's always a nice change from Macca's and KFC and other fast foods etc. Service was typical from what you'd expect. Nothing bad or good, just average.

You have to really watch your order. For about 2 years before this one they got the order wrong 90% of the time and the quality was terrible, so we'd have to go in over drive through. Now they seem to be putting a bit more effort in but don't drive away before checking your order.....and don't hesitate to hand a wrong order back.

My favourite Hungry Jack's in Melbourne. Have never had a bad experience here. The staff are professional, well presented, and friendly. Sometimes a little brief, but we can all understand that. Classic HJ's layout, with a few tweaks including the new coffee machine, clean and ample space for in store dining. Right next to the lovely Cruishank Park. Toilets usually need a bit more tlc than they get though. Vale Nitin Garg, the Hungry Jack's employee and accounting student who was killed on his way to work in January 2010.

I'm always here during the times I have spare, I literally live down the road, the food is fresh usually even at odd times of morning. They've never messed my orders over and always be sure to grab spicy sauce! You'll love it.

Guys working the grave yard shift are good. He gave me $9 in coins so I asked for a $5 note and he obliged and went and got it from somewhere other then the register. Burgers weren't squashed, he was polite and even asked if I wanted ice in the drink. Hard to find even average service these days especially at night time so this impressed me. Whoppers come in the box so they are much better.

I hadn't eaten hungry jacks for a long while, was desperate and went through the drive through. The burger was tastier than McDonald's, the chips were on par with kfc. I asked for water as a drink and it came in a bottle which was helpful. I'm glad I made the choice. It is fast food, but I was pleasantly surprised.

The cleanliness of this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The womens toilet wasn't clean and the floor outside the toilet area was filthy. The carpark was filthy too with overflowing bins and litter strewn everywhere. A lot of this litter looked like it had been on the ground a long time. Very disappointing.

Exactly 20 minutes from the time we walked into the store til we got our food. 12.50pm-1.10pm. How about getting an OPEN/EXIT sign on both sides of the entry door. One of the cleaner HJs I have been to. The drive through is open 24 hours but the dining area is not. Breakfast, even when ordering from the drive through, is from 6am. Otherwise there is a Macca's up the road, but it's not as nice.

Hey Guys who ever reads this, and mainly targeted to those who come here and complain, We staff member don't mean to be rule and dont mean to get your order incorrect. Generally when we get the order incorrect it doesnt satisfy it, it is because you haven't spoken clearly enough, (even though most of us member repeat your order) or you're being served by a trainee. Please consider that trainees need time to process your order and make your order. Kindly ask them to repeat your order . Even when it take a while to give your order even if it's a frozen coke, member at the front have a lot already going on in their minds as we try and get the order out as fast as we can. Everything is generally stressful as we try to work fast and worry about customers patients. Yes we are charging sauces for 30 cents, many other franchises charge 50 cents. So please, take into consideration, we members try hard to satisfy customers and to take care of our well being.
