Service and food is quite good apart from the chips. Am sure they can do with less salt. Can't understand why they do not have a tap where customers can wash their hands since the lazy staffs would not clean the toilet. Easy!! Just close the toilet and do not have to clean the toilet!! If I'm eating my chips with my fingers, I have to have a CLEAN hand. Tq

Go here to eat, a nice place. There’s a seagull that likes food. By the way, some Hungry Jack’s have paper packaging, but this one has cardboard. I personally like cardboard better.

This occasion deserves a positive comment: Monday arvo and extremely hot in the middle of a Melbourne heatwave and pleasantly surprised by the welcoming friendly female staffer at HJ's (15:50); smilled brightly with her eyes behind the now familial and part of everyday wear, the mask! Couldn't be more patient as placing an order on a hot day takes a little longer for an elder; the food was exceptionally good too: chips freshly cooked so hot n crisp, HJ's slogan, "The burgers are better at Hungery Jacks" out did itself. On what could have been a disaster due to the ongoing heatwave was an outstanding experience. Well done guys.

This was a very quick trip through the drive through to order a vegan burger. I wasn't sure of the options, so the lovely staff member helped me out. I was in and out in a few minutes.

Hungry Jacks has been steadily improving. The new fries are one of my favourites, they get your order at drive through correct often if not always, and the Burgers are better at Hungry Jacks.

Whenever we come into the city for an appointment we also come to this Hungry Jack's. Staff are always friendly and efficient. We like to sit on the window sill seats and watch the cars go by... The food today was really tasty, fresh and hot. Limited parking but I've always got a park.

I’m love 💖 love 💖 love 💖 that Hungry Jacks now cater for vegans. The oil used for the fries 🍟 and onion rings is vegan 🌱 Their new and improved vegan 🌱 burger 🍔 is yummy 😋 however, it’s a high calorie meal and not something I’d eat a lot of because I like to eat three meals a day. With a burger, fries and onion rings that’s a total amount of calories that amounts to a whole day’s worth of food so unless you want to join the obesity crowd best make this meal a treat. As always, Hungry Jacks have the best playground for my niece and nephew to play in. A family friendly restaurant great for a treat. Be vegan ✌️

This very well placed 24hr fast food road stop is very popular late nights and all of weekly rush hours. The interior for walk-in trade is tiny and plain, to me it is retro/greasy 'USA Roadhouse Diner' style, benches and fittings but almost no seating... BUT it about the FOOD right readers? VERY fast, VERY fresh and also a VERY friendly served snack today. $1 bought this overflowing bag of piping hot(well salted) SML fries & another $1 a frozen drink. The VERY VERY best Enviro/Customer friendly bit(McDonald's won't do this) *Fries handed to me on request without bag/receipt/napkin*. Thanks for your efforts hot'n' hardworking TEAM behind counter today.

Didn't feel 100% safe. Quite a few people there so it wasn't long. The toilet is locked which tells you something. The staff were friendly and quickly cleaned up the place when some inconsiderate football fans left their needs behind. Stunners good as always.

The soft serve machine was broken, the frozen drinks were all not available except coke and I had to repeat my order three times to what looked like to me was a 13 year old girl on the counter.... I've had much better experiences at this location, so choosing today to write this review would not be totally accurate and I know that the management team will be both fair and supportive during this critical period of change.

Staff seem weary and over it given the addicts and riff raff that hang around here, drive through only if you can. Don't expect the staff to make eye contact either but given their regular crowd the fairly negative attitude might be from bad past experiences. Edit: Tried the new Grill Masters Angus & Fiery Angus burgers, delicious for fast food burgers, marginally tastier than a Grill'd burger in my opinion. Bumped from 2 to 3 stars for the taste but previous comments still apply.

As I only ordered a frozen coke I have a limited review. One star for the cleanliness l store and lot. One star for the frozen coke being exactly as usual. I removed two stars for the rudeness I felt I was treated with by the staff. The three workers I could see were to busy talking amongst themselves to notice me standing there. Four minutes! Not cool considering I was the only one there. No thanks no communication other than can I take your order. Not even a here you go enjoy your meal. Terrible service

Nine times out of 10 you drive by Hungry Jack's and all it does is make you feel affirmed for making healthier dinner choices lately and you get a nice feeling of doing pretty OK even if you still need to cut down on snacking and the wine. Every so often, however, you will pass by and the smell of onion rings will hit you at a soul level and you will beg to be washed against the rocks of this deliciousness. On each of these ten occasions, you get a nice little moment.

Great fast services offered by these kids. Vouchers for vege burgers need to be offered more regularly on the Hungry Jack's vouchers that they email out as there are never any and you can't tell me it costs more to make a veggie burger then it costs to make a meat meal. Some stores however recognise this unfairness and will give you a discounted veggie burger meal using a meat meal voucher. Thank you!
