The fact these bad boys are halal is good enough for me. The burgers are kinda better at hungry jacks. Much better than McDonald’s. Kinda the same with kfc but not really cos kfc has no beef. Red rooster has the best chicken though but that’s for another review

I had a great experience at this Hungary Jack's location. I was attended to by 2 employees, and both were very polite and seemed happy to be serving us. It great to see old fashioned service and manners pressent in these trying times.

Very nice customer service. I'm not vegetation, but they had a deal on the plant-based Rebel Whopper so I tried it. It was delicious, and I felt satisfied, but lighter than if I'd had a meat burger. I'll be back for this.

Every time we order here, the food is prepared properly, no items missing and the right amount of condiments and ingredients! Whether it’s through menulog or the HJ’s app, even in person, they always manage to be consistent with their burgers in our experience.

Return visit to Hungry Jacks, Jacana today, the place looked grubby, not the best Burger King outlet. Burgers were tasty but not served hot enough. A pity, food needs care and improvement, management intervention.

Used to have awful management, now has friendly staff and meals are actually hot when they come out. Best of the ice-cream machine is always working! On the downside the service is quite poor and staff tend to click completed order and don't serve the food until you ask them. Staff really need to be re-trained with some speed and motivation instead of chatting and laughing, they may be friendly but service is everything.

The food was a bit average but I'll say this about them, they're quick. The meal was ready in about 2 minutes. Also the bathrooms were clean and free of graffiti which is surprising in that area.

Easy access city outbound but inbound traffic have to take a U turn from a distance. Store clean. Kids working very charming.

I bought a sundae and payed 50 cents extra for more topping and it wasn't enough topping. I asked for extra topping and staff member asked me to pay him another 50 cents or he wasn't going to put anymore if I didn't pay that 50 cents. I was unhappy and I left the store disappointed.

To me they'll always be Burger King. But, every now and then, I do like a Whopper. Honestly, all these fancy burger joints selling American style burgers paired with some sort of stupid craft beer, with a name like Black Dog or Sipping Dragon, are really just trying to emulate Burger King. Go to the place where they invented the burger: Burger King or even McDonald's.
