Was really disappointed with the drive through…. After stopping to ask if the checked the order and was assured it was correct only to home and see it was still missing a patty…. I contacted the store and Ash the manager checked on the order and did a voucher to replace…. Fast and efficient, awesome work Ash, thank you for your empathy and understanding and fast to find a solution 👌

The burger got larger and better for some odd reason. Im glad you give the old lady a job. The one on the graveyard shift and sometimes day. She's nice. I wish the breakfast menu could be more diverse (muffins needs a improvement) and their was the whole menu board which has gone missing. The burgers are better at Hungry Jack's

Very slow at about 10pm. I won't blame the workers I am sure they were working hard but certainly management needs to schedule more staff. Waiting over 15 minutes for a burger and fries is not fast food

Came in on Wednesday 20th of Jan with a couple of mates around 10:00pm... got served by “Bella” she was fantastic. Greeted us with a great attitude & communicated well while we had to wait for fresh chips. Bump her up the ranks 💯

Hi there hungry jacks. I would like to say that your mill park store is probably the best one in melbourne for freshness. But the reason i am making this review is because there is an absolutely amazing woman named Kim who is probably a real angel on earth. We have been going to the mill park store for over 2 years and Kim the manager is such a sweet woman who has always put customers first. We believe that she deserves a more prestigious position at hungry jacks because we can see how hard she works and always has a smile on her face no matter how busy and hectic things are in there. We have tried to give her a tips for her hard work but she will never take it. Once again she is such a brilliant human being who deserves the world. Thankyou Kim for always looking after us and most importantly being such a good human being. God bless

I never see the point in leaving reviews for big chains but this one deserves it. Everything is standard stuff, food is fine, everything is decent. But mate, customer service is insane, these poor guys were absolutely getting thrashed, orders left right and centre, drive thru full, Menulog going off tap, and there's a bloody customer losing it at em for taking too long, but interceding their complaints with "I don't normally complaint" even though they seemed like profession fully qualified complainers. The workers just handled it with class, being sympathetic and pushing themselves as fast as they can. Meanwhile, it wasn't even taking that long. Less than 10 minutes for our decent sized order. A+

Hungry Jacks would have to be one if the most underrated fadt food outlet. Fabulous inexpensive meal deals with enough food to feed the hungriest person for under $6 for breakfast lunch and dinner. Changes to any meal component is happily catered for so more meat, no cheese, no pickle, no problem. The children's meal deal of cheese burger, nuggets, chips, soft drink and mini Cornetto only $5.95. I can't believe not more people eating in..Drive through is very popular. The children's playground is enclosed and undercover but cold in winter as not entirely enclosed. TV and music videos screened. You do not need the discount coupons to obtain discounted pricing. Just ask about the specials.
