Came in on a Friday off work, 2 lovely staff members- Maddy and Emma on front counter were helpful, friendly and seemed like they were actually happy to be there! most fast food workers these days are the opposite. I will definitely be returning to this Hungry jacks

Why don't burgers look like the advertisement..mine came looked flat like run over by Kenworth lol but taste was fine clean toilets and eating area parking a bit if a challenge

Friendly staff. Accurate, fresh and hot food (even with a custom order for a vegan burger). Inexpensive menu. Lost 1 star for almost non-existent parking and difficult location (you don't notice it until you're almost past it).

Beautiful...it's first time I enjoyed the Fry's this much I mustly left over my Fry's... But from this branch it's like a magic it's not my experience the other two mate who attended to this H.J all say suck fingers locking Fry's ... And it's happening for first time 3 of us finish the large Fry's.... Always one and half two or some time nearly all 3 Fry's left over when we buy a meal ... But on first experience in H.J MOOROOLBARK WE FINISHED IT ALL AND EVEN WANT MORE.... BURGER ARE GOOD AS WELL FRESH AND GOOD TOMATO LOTUS AND .... AND SERVING TIME VERY FAST.... WET GET OUR BURGER REALLY HOT AND FEEL FRESHLY CLOCKED... IT'S FAR FROM PLACE WE LIVE BUT WE FIND IT ACCIDENTALLY WHEN WE DO THE JOB NEAR IT NOW WE GONNA CAME HERE 25MIN DRIVE WORTH TO REPEAT THIS WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND TASTE...

Drive-through was fresh and hot on both recent occasions. However, having bought a "triple" burger on the last occasion and a "single" burger on the previous occasion, I found the single burger appreciably better in every regard. Instead of buying a "double" or "triple", I'd suggest just buying two "singles".

Very helpful staff. I wanted a burger and they took time to tell me differences between the two burgers I was considering. They didn't upsell but I bought both of them for the simple reason that they treated me like a client who was about to part with his hard earned dollar and needed to get best value for his buck. Great service and so uncongested. Love the place!

On Thursday 15th July 2021 I went there with Tara on the way home from my podiatrist to try some Onion Rings. We got 2 small ones and we went halves in the price.

The store is very easy to get to and the drive through is large enough for a big car. Happily drive my lowered car without an issue; however the food isn't the best. I've had a couple of burgers with undercooked meat and messy presentation. Now I drive the extra 10 minutes to eat at the Chirnside store.

Hungry Jack’s is amazing. The burgers have real buns and real meat. Frozen drinks are amazing and the seasoning on the chips is way better than KFC!!!!! Thank you all of the staff for great service.

Haven't screwed up my order yet which is already far better than the MacDonalds across the road and the chips are always fresh - Keep it up HJs!!👌 I really dislike the entry & exit though - surely there's a better way that could have been designed...

Cannot explain why, but fast food from Hungry Jacks always seem to taste different/better than it's competitor, McDonalds. Sorry McDonalds but as far as I am concerned this is true. Therefore, the long answer is it was excellent.
