Really good coffee and the best almond croissant we have ever eaten. Has seating indoor and outdoor. Also some play things for children.

The food is generally very good, they aren't sloppily thrown together and they've only ever given me a wrong burger once, something I can live with. The main loss of points though is the speed humps. They are far too steep. Even driving as slow as possible it feels like I'm driving up and down a curb; there is no way they could possibly be up to regulation. Speed humps for safety are fine, but those ones are just malicious. I often choose KFC across the road instead simply because I care about my car's suspension rather than any personal preference of fast food.

After a massive lockdown, I forgot how good Hungry Jack's were. The chicken burger was freshly fried and was stacked properly, it wasn't just slapped together. I was really surprised with the drive through. I'd recommend this store 👌

They do a better job than most HJ franchises I've been at where they dump heaps of sauce and the burger is falling apart out of the box. Burgers are reasonably well put together and serving sizes were on point.

Had my car serviced early in Oakleigh and needed to grab a coffee which was a little scary, as it was weak like dish water, but the hct toastie and hash brown was served hot, well made and not soggy . Customer service was Spot on !! Clean store, clean toilets , not quite sure how the tomatoe sauce arrived on the ceiling above my head in the booth when l looked up.l did let the server know. Would return again .

The service is good and quick, I have often been here. The chips are consistently good, the burgers are good as well. There is plenty of parking around if you want to dine in. Also the internal temperature now is comfortable and warm to dine in. They also do a good job clearing the tables of rubbish after being used.

Food turnover is quick and drive through service is great. The narrow drive through is meant to slow drivers around the restaurant. Chips are crispier here than maccas.

I generally go here to pick up veggie burgers. Drive-thru is usually not crowded and you can go in and out in about 8-10 minutes depending on what you have ordered, else wait time is usually 10-15 mins till your order is ready. Good for a quick pick up. I have never had an 'eat-in' at the restaurant. But have not seen that place crowded or with a queue.

Pretty standard Hungry Jack's experience. But I have been a few times and they have never messed up my orders, which has happened at just about every other store I've been to. So that's a positive! The staff are always polite and there's never too much of a wait for your order, 24 hour drive through is also a bonus!

Sometimes staff can be too routine-focused expecting you to be ready to order when you walk in before having considered the menu. Links to docket and display need urgent software revision, but otherwise, fairly streamlined. Meals a little large, but not too much so.

They're okay, it's hit and miss with the staff. There's a couple who are really good to deal with and the food comes out nice and fresh but then you get the rude staff who don't know customer service so well and those times my burger or muffin comes out kinda half arsed. Absolutely love the place! Food is always hot and fresh. Staff are nice and friendly. Always get the order right. Staff are dedicated to enhancing customer service experience which is great. There is a big dining area to fit the whole fam! Toilets and the store more generally is kept clean. I'm a regular so I know that the place is always maintained to the highest of standards. So I definitely recommend this place. Well done!

Typical hungry jacks. Food was edible, resteraunt was clean and seating was functional but not comfortable. Staff were efficient and well mannered. It was busy but their ice cream machine was broken down as per usual on a hot day.

Actually, I have always preferred Hungry Jack's. First tasted their Yumbo in Brisbane 35 years ago. Flame grilled. Can't beat the taste. BUT, and it's a big BUT, their customer service has frequently really sucked when compared with the big M plastic food place, where I've admittedly had more than one breakfast. Tonight, the food at Hungry Jack's Oakleigh was excellent - AND so was the service. Hats off to management and staff. Food is made to a universal formula, and it was really really good, but service is very local. Congratulations HGO, I'll be back. And I recommend you get there.

I have been there 3 times in last 6 weeks and every drive thru they have misunderstood my order. Nothing complex . Getting quite annoyed at the drive thru staff that repeat the order with omissions or extras I didn't want . Most times I am there after midnight so can't walk in. This last visit I ordered a whopper meal without chips and substitute the drink for frozen coke and no chips . There was trainee on drive thru which delayed and made more customers behind me angry . their orders were cooked and waiting , mine included while they fiddled with the order screen

I love this hungry jacks its good to spend time while having the food when you sit and relax watching the football match or music....and the best part is the food that is very quick while serving. my first time coming to melbourne from england and i am trying hungry jacks in oakleigh and i really loved how this girl, i think her nametag said sophia, made sure that i got vegan food and not rebel and also explained how the shake and win worked for me!! shes amazing xx going to recommend to all my friends and family in melb.

Great place in a great location if you're on the road. Burgers can be a little messy but they get the job done. The staff listen and rarely make mistakes. Overall a great place for a feed with the family.
