The workers were very lovely especially the person that took our orders (I think their name was Micah). One burger was missing cheese and my meal was missing my small fries, they happily gave us the missing cheese and also Micah upside my chips to a medium which was very nice. Food was great and fresh.

The young lady at the counter was not responding well to my requests. She was lacking manners in greetings like 'I beg your pardon, I did not get that etc. She may be new to Australia. Manager says she is the best.😄

Great place, go here as a semi regular takeaway for the family. Never had any issues, recently after pre ordering via app and paying, order went missing, so payment went through but order didn't show on app, staff made up order on spot, was no issue and great service for something that happened beyond their control. Update - lately efficiency of order preparation has greatly improved, short wait times.

Meals are ok here but not as fresh as some more busy Hungry Jack's sites. Service is generally good most staff are helpful. The kids play equipment is on the west side outside which is not so good for hot weather.

Puchased a meal which was very mediocre. Chips were over cooked and coke was weak. The drink had hardly any taste and it was obvious that they had used used the correct amount of syrup! Pretty dire really!

Friday nights between 6-7pm drive through is extremely busy, 20+ minutes. With that being said the staff are always apologetic, super attentive and really polite. I've never really had an issue with the food, chips are always hot & well salted. Just want to especially praise tonight's manager, there was an issue with the drivethru speaker so orders weren't bring taken with confidence, this caused some chaos but he stayed so cool calm and collected, I really appreciated his kind nature during the hostility I'm sure he received.

Drive through service was quick and easy with very helpful Staff that were extremely pleasant and happy considering our present Covid 19 situation. There is no doubt that the Burgers are better at Hungry Jacks. Do not eat often but do prefer compared to other Hamburger places as they are fresher and tastier.

Regular here. Avoid the drive through. They never give the correct change. Inside the place it's usually clean. The burgers are better at Hungry Jacks. Priority of service is always given to the drive through customers. Typically need to weight eight minutes for the food. Free refills is a great bonus.

Very good chain of Hungry Jack's that's located conveniently close to my place of work. The burgers are generally well made and quite delicious. Chips are nearly always fresh and super crispy. It's sad however that they no longer offer free refills and the sofa fountain had been removed from the restaurant.

It's the same as every other Hungry Jack's - amazing. I would recommend their food to anyone- especially the onion rings, which are different now - they are proper with actual onion in them. Like before you couldn't really tell if there was real onion or not, but it tasted oniony. Now they have a whole piece of onion in them, battered and fried. Nice. Put angry onions on your burger, too. You won't regret it. Unless you hate spicy food.
