a. a. k. g.The store n staff are still great. Churning out food efficiently but the new pork belly deluxe burger was a let down. I was expecting more to it. Based on the TV commercial, d size, flavour and texture were misleading... in my opinion

Hungry Jack's used to have good deals, less so now after multiple price increase on their vouchers. The worst change is the introduction of a minimum purchase of $1 if you want to claim a free item from their in-app spin game.
J. S.The food is as good as ever. If you plan to eat in, you should know that drive thru and UberEats get priority over people trying to order at the counter.
A. R.Great place to hangout with your friends and family. This place also has play area for kids. Plenty of parking is available. Drive thru is also available. Friendly customer service. The burger tastes amazing. I just love the hungry jackโs extra long chicken burger. Nuggets tastes even more better with the Peri peri. The thick shakes are too good, i miss the kit-kat thick shake. Sadly, this place is not open 24 hrs.

R. w.Was in a few weeks ago and was absolutely blown away by the fantastic customer service skills of the young darker skinned man on the drive through window. He was seriously such a beautiful young man who seemed to genuinely enjoy his job- Which showed. Not only was he well spoken ,conscientious but had the most welcoming smile. I ended up giving him a $5 tip because he made such a lovely impression. Heโs definitely an asset to the company and wish him the best in his career no matter what he does Iโm sure he will be successful.
A. A.Fast and efficient. However, the burgers have shrunk considerably. Still as tasty as ever, but with thinner and smaller meat patties. I also found that the bacon was either not cooked through or it was thawed out too quickly because it was almost rubber chewy. The fillings were a little on the stingy side except for the lettuce. Overall, not what I was expecting. I was somewhat disappointed with my visit. This is because apart from what I have already mentioned I don't think that I got value for money.

M. L.On the 02/01/2021 around 7 to 7:30, I came through the drive. I come there every two days. There was one person that I talked to. He was so nice and patient. I asked for two whoppers and he suggests if I wanted to change my 2 whoppers to the voucher which was located on the app instead of having to pay more. I drove to pay for my food and I took a look at his name tag. His name was Luke. He was a brown skin guy that was nice and had a big smile. I paid for my food and went over to collect my food from the other window and I saw him again and his time he was severing our drinks. He said, "Hello again, Here are your drinks and your food is coming." He went to get my food from the girl and came back to me with a smile and said: " Here you go, straws are in the bag and have a nice day, drive safe!." Hungry Jacks Sunshine you did a good job hiring him and the rest of the team!
N. M.I wanna thank Sunshine's work team because the fries are always hot and the food is always perfect. Definitely a 5 star rating on the fast food service. Thankfuk for the wonderful African guy that took my order at 3:45pm today he is always excellent, checking and verifying the order is correct and patient. Use are a fantastic team. L. A.Generally speaking, wait time is unjustified for cold food and missed contents. Get the manager with the longish curly hair and he runs a tight ship so you're sweet! Otherwise for the better part of the rest of the team, don't have high hopes with a positive customer service experience.. lights on but no one is home.

R.There's a lovely, my guess Samoan or Tongan female who works there who's probably the only nicest worker there who treats customers with respect. Everyone else is so rude and always on a rush, other than that place is great!
f. f.Even though its a relatively new store restaurant the hygiene is very poor. Maybe its time to upgrade the rags used to clean the tables and also.more detail should be given in order to clean everything thoroughly not just the table tops.
S. S. (. G.Hungry Jack's Sunshine provided a good service. We tried the BBQ pulled beef that tasted beautiful and premium which is good to see from a fast food restaurant. Bathrooms were alright but the tables were clean and good to dine in.
