Has been here since don't know when. The restaurant itself is fine. No issues there. Problem is with parking since last expansion. Real stuff up. Complete gridlock when busy. It's easier and less frustrating to park at Supercheap auto or across the road.

Went there for a quick meal, ordered the old favourite grilled chicken but was not happy as the burger was discombobulated, patty was under cooked and there was too much sauce. I must say Burgers were better at hungry Jack's.

The wait time was longer than expected, but tolerable. The girl that served us over the speaker had an attitude. I had placed an order through the app and my sister ordered through the drive thru. We let her know we were picking up an order as well and she "let us know for the future" that we aren't allowed to do a pick up AND an in-person order... which makes absolutely no sense. Her tone was just very snappy. Also, the food was delicious.

Special Sundae Satisfaction. I was craving a dessert. Ice cream was on my mind, but where? and what kind?... ...."a Sundae" is what my mouth wanted, but not a Maccas caramel sundae. Maccas changed the caramel recipe and it taste like sugar syrup with a splash of toilet duck the last time I naively went there for "something" sweet. So Hungry Jacks was my option. The nearest was this store in Tarneit. I knew it would be better than Maccas but I was not hopeful that what I wanted would be constructed correctly to my specifications. So I arrived at the store, walked through the automatic doors for once there was not a person waiting in line. (insert SMILEY FACE here) I walked up to the counter and was greeted ever so politely by a lovely young lady. She asked what I would like. I smiled. " i would like a strawberry sundae, a small please" that was my first order. then i described what I was craving. " can i please have a Large Sundae, CARAMEL at the bottom and Chocolate on the top." the girl smiled and proceeded to complete the order. Just as the girl was about to give me my change, another girl next to her said that she would make the Sundaes. But she was suddenly stopped by my server. "no" she replied, " it's a special order, I like making Sundaes". I was happily surprised by this reaction and said " Lucky for Me". to cut a long story here is a picture of my Sundae. Thank you Hungry Jacks lady. highly recommended. much better Customer service than "Chef Lagenda"

The drive through employee Mila was so nice . There was a mistake in my order, i wanted bacon delux without bacon but i got bacon. She apologized and changed it straight way while other one didnot want to give me. she gave me what I wanted and also extra drink n chips. Thanks I will come back.

I went to drive thru with one of my burgers, I ordered without bacon, and got with bacon. And the girl on window maybe her name was Mila or Mili, was really helpful and changed my burger with extra fries and everything fresh. Definitely going back.

The staff there is extremely polite and courteous. I've never met a more gracious group of workers. The food is always made fresh to order. The wait times are minimal. If there is a mistake they always take care of the customer. They are my favorite Hungry Jack's in Tarneit.

Location is really good, however didn't find customer service up to the mark. It looks like they are just taking orders just sake of taking it. I had given an order and staff even asked me what drink I wanted and given me Coca-Cola, when I told that I wanted fanta and nobody asked me before. On that call front staff tried to justified that she wasn't wrong and finally given me Fanta with heavy heart..

I ordered at 6 today and was supposed to get my order delivered at 6.30, waited till 7, everyone is aware that its covid time but the thing is delivery man should ring the doorbell before leaving the order at my door. How would I know about that. I know its not the fault of hungry jacks but my food was too cold. Highly dissapointed from this behaviour.

it was used to be a 24/7 opened resturant. But not anymore. I hope they will get back to where they were soon after the pandemic. Otherwise it is a really cool place with awesome staff.
