The food is fine. It's more the service that lets them down. There have been a few occasions where their staff will forget stuff or mess up my order meaning I have to go back in. Also when going through the drive through, they quite often get you to park out front in one of the two waiting bays and wait for your food there even though the drive through is not busy. There have been a number of occasions where this has happened to me and the waiting bays have been full with people not actually getting food from the restaurant which means I have to park somewhere else. When this happens their staff don't think to go by each car that's parked out front to try and find me. If this happens I normally give them around 5 minutes, no more than ten before I have to go inside and ask where my meal is. Most of the time it's just sitting there on the counter. Not really good enough if you ask me

Service was Excellent.Greeted with a smile, didn't have to wait long for my order and the quality of food was good..Unfortunately the Restaurant was not very clean, tables had not been wiped down and I saw some dead flies on the window sill.This Business would shine if only they would clean up this area.It would invite so many more customers into the Restaurant that would actually want to stay for a Meal.

Best people with great dedication towards work. Foods are okay but the service is awesome. I had lost my wallet on one of the benches and staff called my College by looking at my student ID. College informed me that I had my wallet at their place and went back to pick my wallet. Awesome and honest people. Thanks heaps for help.

Came in on the Wednesday morning just after Christmas Day. Normally a few staff members are on but something must have happened this morning and only 1 was working.... and she was most definitely working. Front Counter/Taking Drive through orders/Serving at Drive through register/ Cooking.....Doing everything! A bonus would be heading her way if she was working for me! ‘Above and beyond all expectations.’ Well done Yana.

the best thing about this hungry Jack's is that they are halal certified. its open 24 hours and the meals are as amazing as the staff is they are very nice polite and always listen to what you want its located at a petrol station so parking is available or else drive thru is open for 24 hours seating is very good if you want to enjoy your meal with your mates enjoy whoppers responsibly

As far as location goes its convenient with main roads and Fwy near by making it easy to get to. The joint petrol station is a bonus as well as the KFC across the road (helpful when you need that 2nd option of food and dont have to drive /walk far). Food been ok when ive been. Restaurant bit awkward to sit in at times (to many windows/ glass around) you can be seen from all angles from outside. The restaurant looks tired and restrooms to be used in absolute desperation lol. A few times the drive through service has been quite ordinary borderline (1 or 2 staff members) realy rude. Maybe they need management to go through undercover and clean it up a little.

I like hungry jack's burgers ,but they need to be more quick in preparing orders may be should increase more staff members as there has been a lot of messing up with orders observed only 2-3 People managing high number of orders which perhaps lead to delays and messing up orders

To the staff who were working today around 1145am/12pm, thank you for all your help with attending my need a as I was trying clean up my daughter after she threw up in the car and you guys where the closest place for is to pull over and get cleaned cleaned up. The staff gave us serviettes and wet clothes to help me clean my daughter as well as an icy cold cup of water to rinse her mouth. I get bad as we made a bit of a mess with water in the toilets and I asked for a mop to clean it up and they kindly did it for me. Thank you so very much for your help.

Hungry Jacks one of my favourite food store to visit whenever I need a quick bite. Their vegan burger is awesome with double veggie patties in it with fresh salad and on top of that if you have something cold to drink makes your mood. Hungry Jacks at Dalton toad is really good as they are providing basic service with the food as well. I am very happy with their service and we got Coles express stationjust next to that which is amazing.
