Everything has improved dramatically since the renovation. Staff are friendly and speak clearly into the speaker when ordering drive-thru. Repeat back your order and use manners! Food comes out alot faster and looks alot more appealing.

I want to say we live near by and tonight we had the most amazing server her name was Amy and the first time I have seen ice cream done right...as well as her customer service was AWESOME... Thank you Amy. She was so Amazing that we loved the ice cream we drove off forgetting about our order...lol... We came back and she was kind and understanding and even did a fresh order for us. Someone suggested I should try their coffee, and definitely better than other drive through coffee IMO, but also slightly slower. If the speed increased I'd give it 5 stars (for DT coffee anyway)

Typical HJ service, and tasty food, but if you want ice creams or shakes, don’t go after 10pm, they always turn their ice cream machine off saying it’s “not working” but really the manager is trying to save on labour costs by downsizing staff numbers which leads to staff turning off the machine to reduce workload. Can’t blame them though

The interior was nice. Looked like one of the first hungry Jack's in Australia. But the food was not good. Nuggets were hot and freshly cooked but the burgers were cold.

Very nice place to eat I was served by two lovely girls, I believe their names were Mosfiat and Kita. I only had one problem it was that one of the workers there Jasmine did not smell pleasant they smelt like they need to use antiperspirant.

Last time I was here a few years ago, the restaurant was spotless! This time it was very grubby. Rubbish, dirty floors, Windows and playground rubbish. It was windy, so outside can be forgiven, but inside needed a clean. At 2.30pm, it was fairly quiet.

You know, it's very nice place, it will fill your time with hungry satisfaction, I recommend for family, And I see if you going to have a little rest with a meal, before or after airport, this is ideal one, I have notice they keep the venue clean and tidy, with American colour match, Good enough car parking, and kids play area, for you.
