The food was really good and well made at this hungry jacks. Better then some I've been too. They did try to rush us at the drive through.

Certainly the best chicken nuggets of any chain. Staff seem a little too self engaged for me. My Angus was clearly a recook. They replaced it.

Never know what to expect with most takeaways. We have had good experiences with this hungry jacks. Flame grilled whopper was delicious and chips were perfect. The secret is don't vary from the menu (complicates things) and always ask for fresh chips. We will be back again.

Pretty average for a fast food venue. The staff at the counter were nice but very quick to place your order then leaving the counter & standing toeards the back of the servoce area talkong amongst themselves. The food srrived quiclly however the quality was dosappointong & definitely not up to expected standards. The chips were cold & the burgers appeared to have been thrown together by two staff playing catch in order to make them - just sloppy presentation

If you're going through the drive thru always check your order before driving of, a few times I've had an item missing and if paying by cash always check your change and ask for the receipt as they have short changed me on several occasions.

Hungry Jack’s in Victoria is way less professionally managed than other states. I think the management should put more money on decoration, cleanliness and team management. The team looks less powered and sad in here, which have been seeing in most of the hungry jack branch in Melbourne. Come on, put some more effort , we like your burgers.

I had a free birthday whopper from the app. One of the staff member in Werribee said we can't change to chicken or vegan as it was beef. However Nipun was very helpful and gave me the option of vegan or veggie burger. I was happy to take the options as it made the start of my birthday great 👍🏻.

The toilet was nice and clean but the tables and inside area didnt look like it had been cleaned in awhile. If you feel like having a midnight food run. There's always this Hungry Jack. Its drive through is always open and the service is pretty fast. Slight problems would be that sometimes they might forget to add the extra ingredients you ask for and paid for, or that when you ask for a heavy peri peri on your burger they only give you a tiny bit sometimes. But apart from those annoyance, it's a pretty decent place with nice customer service and you don't have to wait too long for food

It was around midnight on Saturday night on our way home. Drive thru is open 24 hrs so there's always a line but it's fine, it moves at a good pace. Everything was good except the food was like thrown together. I had a chicken royale burger meal small and the bun was over toasted, the mayo covered about 1 5th of the burger. I mean , it's one of the smallest burgers on the menu and I can't get decent mayo to burger ratio? Anyway, overall my burger was dry , chips were great hot fresh tasty and coke drink was fine. Must say the lady taking the drive thru orders and handing over was great. It was nicely refreshing to hear efficient, clear and friendly customer service and she got our order correct right away. My man said his food was fine. Generally this HJs is my go to so and it's great so I'll be back to give it another try and maybe I'll ask them to put a reasonable amount of mayo to ensure maximum mayo to burger ratio is achieved 😁

Pretty decent service compared to a lot of others I’ve gone too! The only issue I have is how small the drive through area is but that’s not Hungry Jacks fault and has nothing to do with the food or service it’s just hard getting in and out of there but that’s all I can really complain about.

For ever getting my order wrong (I do order for extras on burgers but is it that hard to do?), and as well as the ice cream machine working 1/10 times I have been there. This time the beef cooker wasn't working so major bummed about that. On the plus side, when they do get my order right, it's hot and tastes so good.

Service was slow through drive through, but quality of food has certainly improved. Whopper burger was fresh ( well as can be for fast food ), chips were piping hot, onion rings a definite improvement. Been a long while since I have been to Hungry Jacks, won't be long before I am back again.

A good place, in a very convenient location and good variety of food. Its a clean place, and usually not too crowded. Reasonable amount of parking with the restaurant available and plenty of parking available just across the road. I visited 3 times, and 2 times I felt that the staff at counter and at drive through was in rush and a bit impatient and I didnt see a smile on their face either. However, in my third visit my experience at the counter was fine. I wish it had a play area and that would have made it excellent place for kids too. Although there is a park near it too that can be used in nice weather. Overall, good place and good experience.

This is like the burger king (USA and Canada) of Australia. Some of the items are exactly the same as the American menu. What I do like is they offer a delicious veggie burger. One of the better ones at fast food joints. It's crispy has a great taste and texture. Wish the Canadian ones were as good. This is usually one of my first stops when in Australia. But remember this is your typical day food place. Don't keep your hopes up of trying to find some extremely healthy food here.

The staff are nice, the food is good, the toilets are a disgrace, the floors in the eating area are also disgusting. It looks and feels like floors are cleaned with cold dirty water. Toilets are unsanitary. This needs to be corrected asap for health reasons.

When they get it right, it's great. The only reason I keep coming because it's the only one in the region. Problems have encountered: 1. I have to call before I come to make sure they haven't run out of meat. (has happened twice) 3. Run out of brioche bread. 2. Slushi machine not working. (More than once) 3. Ice-cream machine not working. (more than once) 4. No eftpos available. (More than once) 5. The order for my family is 100% always incorrect. (not exclusive to HJs) it's a shame I find this to be the normal with every takeaway joint. Should I have to check my order everytime I get it expecting to go right back to the counter? I really do wish they got it right. They could have so much potential if it was tightly managed.

Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Like most take away joints. Sometimes seem understaffed and prioritises drive thru customers over the walk ins. Always ask for fresh fries and most burger modifications usually don't cost more, unlike McDonalds. Add extra mayo, tomato, onion and lettuce to a cheeseburger to make it a Whopper Jr and still only pay for the cheeseburger. Nice atmosphere when it's not super crowded later on in the night.

One of the better Drive-thru HJ's I've been to. The restaurant inside is quite dirty though, so we never sit in. Never had a complaint about the quality of food though, their kitchen is obviously well-maintained.
