Went there yesterday at 6pm, our servers were friendly and professional. The wait time was really long but the food was amazing and made up for that. Generous servings worth the price point. I had the vegan chicken pesto, strongly recommend. Maybe there could be entertainment for kids provided like paper and crayons A good experience :)

A fairly neutral experience - a good variety of options (including including vegetarian and vegan), all prepared fast and in good quantity. It's not fine dining, but it's unlikely you'll be sorely disappointed. Expect a step above fast food, and you'll be quite happy.

So me and my friend visited this place and had chicken parma & seafood platter. The chicken parma was good in quantity but the seafood platter was not! Chicken was a bit dry. Nothing extra ordinary. The great thing is that they have halal options and staff was really nice.

Came on a busy day so wait time was 40mins which they advised before seating and also delivered almost on the dot so much appreciated. Vegan aranchini rosso balls were quite good n unique n recommended. Bit disappointed with vegan eggplant parmigiana as was expecting better finnese n appealing look for a price tag of $26. Not worth anything more than 20 if comparing value for money. Would be overall better off spending 20 at the higher end burger joints next door. I believe the sauce was way too much compared to eggplant proportions and because eggplant has a blend taste it made the dish abnormally tangy (even for me who does like tangy). Did not see or taste much cheese as usually seen on chicken parmigianas unless that's what vegan cheese taste like. (I am not vegan) Chips were descent portion n fresh n hot . Nice staff n ambience depending where you sit on the premises.

My family have been regular customers for many years. The food and customer service is always 100%. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Dinning with 3 children can be challenging, but they are ALWAYS so accommodating to all 3 of my children in a child-friendly environment, without interrupting the other dinners. Iv made quite a few orders the past two weeks via Uber eats ordering a few different mains and entrees. I regularly order spaghetti pescatore Napoletana as the seafood is alway generous and fresh! Amazing service, the staff are super friendly and efficient placed a pickup order online got the confirmation with pick up time in minutes. Going in the staff were super friendly and the social distancing measures were in good of place, staff to went through my order and made sure everything was there Infront of me. Overall I used to love all La Porchettas, however lately most of them have rude staff who can't be bothered with what the customer feels. The staff here was decent but they could still work on their politeness and communication skills. The pastas were cooked well, however most of them were pretty dry and there was hardly any sauce added. The portions are very good and it's a good value for money. There are plenty of options in both mains and sides. The place is clean and neat. 4.5 stars if staff can be more welcoming and open to suggestions :)

La Porchetta Werribee has been a family favourite restaurant of ours for quite some time. The $10 Parma specials on a Tuesday night are always great value for money. The portion sizes of all meals are large and very well priced. My daughter's go to meal is the kid's nuggets and chips, for under $15 it includes a drink and ice-cream too which is very well priced. All the workers are always happy and smiley, especially Yuni who always goes above and beyond. Last night we tried the choc lava cake dessert (upon Yuni's recommendation) and it was absolutely delicious. As always we were happy, full and satisfied. Thank you to the team at La Porchetta Werribee. Will be back next week!

Food was ok. Service is pretty much what you would expect, nothing special. I think the La Porchetta franchise has declined in recent years, just with little things like no more of those bread rolls they would give you for free when you first sat down and it used to seem much more of an authentic Italian restaurant. However it still offers good value for money, and you won't be waiting long for your meal. The tortellini carbonara can either be great or terrible depending on which chef is working I guess.

A great place to celebrate a special event or gathering however it is pricey. I ordered a chicken parma and the quality to price ratio did not add up, the chicken felt rubbery with very little seasoning, not worth $22.5. However the staff working there is quite friendly.

Food actually got a bit better since I went there the very first time. Italian food tastes good, they understood the basics of it quite well but it could still be improved with more flavours. Turns out La Porchetta was serving a free christmas lunch for those in need. we thankfully have the means to pay for our meal but the owner and staff welcomed us in for a 3 course complementary lunch anyway. Ordered a small pizza and iced chocolate. Pizza was ok the crust seemed like it was a base from a supermarket. That's not good. The iced chocolate had ice in it. Iv been to many la porchetta stores and they usually serve it with ice cream not ice. It just watered the milk down. Good cream on top. I asked the staff why they use ice and was told that's the customer request. She offered me a scoop of ice cream so that was nice. The store was clean as were the toilets. The seat was loose so I almost slid off. They had a couple of televisions on with sport. A win for me cause I was alone. 20.80 for two items was standard. I probably won't return to this store because of the pizza base.
