Only been here to get take outs. The store is not really clean so probably not best for dine in, but it's okay for take outs. Would be great if they have a monitor to show the order numbers.

I went here at 7am (15/01) and there was ONE girl working. She literally did front of house AND cooked all the food for over 10 customers. She deserves every promotion and bonus, she was carrying maccas on her shoulders

Have lunch here every other week. They get the order right usually but forget napkins/straws often. My order came out wrong as well once. Dining area needs a massive overhaul. It's just a mess all the time. Food quality and prices are as expected.

McDonald is McDonalds eh? That's the point of the 'golden arches' you know what you are getting. This one stands out. It is average looking and not what seems to he advantageously located. The staff are always friendly. Its clean. They are quick with food. In McDonalds world that is good. You don't have to move far to see other stores that arent as good even in better locations or with newer facilities. Kudos to the team here.

I think it’s open 24hrs #winning I went there late.. Unbeknown to me prior to arrival the police had been called because of one of its drunk customers that was still there and now was quietly eating his meal. The dining room was really dirty and there was Maccas debris scattered on the floor and dining tables. There was no one in front of us in the line to place our order - we waited an extended period of time. Police (4 or 5 of them) arrived and spoke to man. Things remained calm. It then took a decent amount of time to get our order but I am completely unaware of what transpired previously to our arrival that could have delayed them. Food was good #maccasismaccas **The HJ’s across the road thats known for being “the drunk stumble” go to if you were in the area, drunk and needed food was closed (standard).

Friday 23 April 2021 @7.38pm My order was completed at breakneck speed. I went into the store. The female staff member took my order - Large Strawberry Thick Shake - I quickly went through the usual motions 1. I took my card out of my purse, 2. completed the tap-&-go 3. put my card back into my purse. I looked up and BAM, my Thick Shake was sitting at the counter! along with the staff member who had a huge smile on her face. I couldn't believe it, it's like a magic wand was waved and the Thick Shake appeared out of nowhere! The staff member told me that he heard me place my order and she motioned into the direction of the male staff member standing at another counter. That was an awesome effort on his part and he must have incredible hearing because the door in the store is open and the location of the store is located in a very busy part of the Melbourne CBD, Heavy Traffic, Police Sirens, Trams, people the music in the store, he was the human version of the Road Runner! Hardworking young staff members work in that store and they really do a great job. Well Done to all at McDonalds @corner of Bourke & Russell Streets. I popped into the store on a daily basis to purchase my Large Strawberry Thick Shake. The Thick Shakes are Always Thick & Always Super Cold, and Sweet, just how I like them. The staff are always lovely and complete my order in whirl-wind speed. Staff member Yen was so nice on Wednesday 21 April 2021 @9.23pm, she brought the thick shake over to my table - out of pity I suspect, because I looked like I had just gone 10 rounds in the boxing ring with mighty mike tyson - I had my left elbow in a sling & sprained right wrist strapped up tight and I must sound so uncivilised as I slurp down the last remnants of the thick shake with my straw. THANK YOU to the hard working Staff at McDonalds, corner of Russell & Bourke St Melbourne CBD.

Best McDonald branch in CBD, food is generally better than other branches, toilet is clean, and staff is also helpful. Only downside is the area is quite limited. Overall recommended.

There are power points with USB charging slots at some of the tables, making it a great place to sit and work on a laptop. Apart from that, it's a normal city Maccas store - although being fairly new it's clean and stylish. The seats are pretty comfortable, the service is prompt (I was there on a Sunday night), and the staff are polite. There's even a high chair so you can bring young kids.

You know McDonald's gets a lot of stick over where its meat comes from. Alot of people think that it comes from the chopping down of the rain forest but that's not true. It comes from cows raised primarily in the US, but also in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. So when you're eating at the Golden Arches take som comfort in knowing that you're helping Ozzy farmers!

They don't usually have people to serve due to their automated ordering system. So can't be rating them high for service, since one service himself with the machine. The machine is quite slow compared to ordering with a "human". The rest is not much to write home about, it's normal Mecca quality as one would expect.
