Only tried the coffee and it was quite weak. It would be great if coffee standard in McD is consistent. On a plus side, didn't have to wait long for my order.

Face paced environment. Has a tendency to get our order wrong and have witnessed management being extremely rude to their staff. Venue could use a deep clean. On the positive, food is normally quite fresh due to thw high volume of customers. In saying that, the extra cheese I order for my burger always seems to cover more of the box than the burger 😂😂

This McDonald's is busy no matter what time you visit. Be patience. The staff act pretty quick to get your order ready.

The Burgers are grest, but the Staff are slow and always making mistakes with the orders, as for the Manager his Service is so bad, unpolite to Customers and prioritize Uber deliveries over Eat in Customers or Families, whom are left waiting for long periods of time to place an order or to get their food. The eating Facilities are clean and spacious, however the Toilets (Male Toilet) is beyond Disgusting, it Smells really bad, the Urinal was flooded with pee and the Toilet Bowl was so dirty. Macdonalds should make it a priority to clean their toilet facilities, as it does reflect negatively on the Restaurant as a whole.

Modern refit in the sparkling clean store. Fairly small with only a small play area for kids. The tables along the walls have power points and USB charging points which is really handy. Toilets were clean and fresh. Only dropped in for a coffee, which was well made promptly by cheerful staff. Only negative was the air-conditioning was really cold. It was 38°C outside in the morning when we visited and I'm guess inside it was around 16-17°C. Dressed for a hot summers day we were freezing and after 15 minutes we left before finishing our coffees at it was too uncomfortable.

Not sure why but they got my whole order wrong. I had order a single fillet burger but they gave me double. Ordered vanilla latte but they gave me a normal coffee which tasted bad (not like a McCafe coffee but cost $3.80) and also while I was there a few ppl got their orders wrong. I especially ordered at the Till since the touchscreen didn't show the mcspicy options in the Chicken category... There was nothing else wrong with the food quality. Just the order was wrong. It was too busy to argue.

So it's a Macca's. Definitely hits the McDonald's desire spot, if that's what you're after. Drive through is pretty fast, 2 lanes at the start and mostly other customers are good about filing into the 1 to pay (good job everyone). I'm going to give an extra star because I've personally never encountered the ice cream machine down. I presume that means their cleaning rotation is at their slowest time (and I'm erring to it existing in general, fingers crossed!). Staff are always friendly and good on the speaker.

This McDonalds is the exact experience you expect when you go to McDonalds. This is not a tightly run ship. The service is okay, but many of the pleasantries are missing. Even when you greet the team with a good morning or ask them how their day is going, you're met with one word responses and grunts. Food quality is usually alright, it's a high volume store so stuff is usually fresh. Same problem with soggy chips sometimes as all Macca's. Speed and accuracy an issue sometimes. Check your meal, and never go through here in a hurry. I've been left in the drive through for almost ten minutes on two seperate occasions. But look, you order a thing, you usually get the thing you ordered, it's okay, and it happens fast enough. It's just not how I was taught to run the line or work the window when I was working there, and the experience is always just a little lacklustre, perhaps as a result. On the bright side, unlike the KFC down the road, at least this place doesn't run out of food regularly.

I was behind just one car but had to wait for like 5 mins on maccas driveway. I ordered chicken nuggets and asked for spicy sauce. The staff said they are out of spicy sauce. 1. Slow service 2. Running out of stock. You guys need to upgrade manager. If you guys hiring pm me.

Please note - This is based on numerous personal experiences (Drive through and Uber eats) and would like this to be as helpful to both the establishment and other customers alike. Other reviews will likely differ: Drive through setout is quite good given the location of the store, service response and time between order placed and goods received is as expected or better than at times. However, orders have never been fully or correctly fulfilled - From simple items such as sauces and small items (frequent) to a entire large orders (infrequent - delivered to incorrect vehicle, uber eats, etc.) being forgotten or mixed up, orders seem to always need to be checked upon being received. *Main reason for 3 star review* Although staff are generally always quite friendly and happy to supply forgotten items upon notification, only the fact that employees have always provided service with a smile and with a positive demeanour has prompted a return. Not exactly a competitor for a choice establishment when other options are available but definitely has lot of potential with it's room for improvement.

Went in with no money, asked for a cup of water off the polite worker and she promptly made that happen with n o hesitations and nothing but a smile on on her face. I did take a brief glance across the store. It appeared tidy, hygienic and a pleasant space to visit. I also payed 70c reluctantly for an ice cream cone. Was nice.

Customer service was very friendly however I was left waiting for 5 minutes to get served at the front counter when they only had 3 orders and then me and my friend were missing crispy jalapenos from our burgers. Chalked this up to the item being a brand new one and that there was a burger with almost identical name without jalapenos. They were more than happy to correct their mistake.

Maccas at this location is efficient, with friendly staff & great service, they ensure the drive-thru efficiency and speed is maintained. Requesting fresh fries is the norm for myself and always delivered, as requested. This location consist of: - 24 Car parks (1 disabled); - Drive-Thru (with 2 ordering speakers) - Inside self-checkout machines; - Inside 'Over the counter' checkout and order assistance. - Delivery available via Menulog, DoorDash & UberEats.

McDonald's in Ballarat Road is a small McDo restaurant but very clean. The staff all seem friendly and are co-operative with customers. The service is great and the order comes promptly once it is ordered. The coffee is well made also. The tables are usually clean too. I really like this restaurant.

Usual selection of eat in and drive through plus some areas to keep young kids entertained. Its fairly clean and has onsite toilets. Self service machines installed (does every Maccas have these now?)

Nice stop for a quick bite if you enjoy this kind of slip as food, also a good way to avoid the red lights just nicking through the carpark, also a good place to meet for pick ups of *cough* goods purchased from online dealers, get some big buds and Big Mac's, Staff are chilled here and don't bother you if you sit and have a 45min coffee, that's a plus. Either way 3 stars for the staff, and short cut. Foods sucks arse.

This McDonalds is honestly not designed well enough to handle the capacity of the area it's in. This is disappointing as it only recently (in 2017) underwent renovations. The car park size and design often causes a gridlock entering and exiting during peak times. Wait times are typically average and at times can be bad. I often find that if you make alterations to food they will forget to actually put the added item on a burger for instance even though you've paid for it.
