Cold desserts for hot days. We came around 10pm, there was a bit of a wait for order. It took about 40' for our desserts to come out. They are apparently super busy. We luckily managed to get a table to dine in. Love the Icy Taro Bowl. The Glass Jelly and Mango Shaved Ice are good too.

Meet Fresh QV offers an interesting variety of Taiwanese desserts and drinks. Their snowflake ice desserts are a must-try! However, customer service in this branch could be improved. Overall, a great place for cold desserts although seating is limited as it can get busy at times.

Can’t complain, this Taiwanese dessert place always leaves me satisfied and complete. I got the strawberry shaved snow ice (I like this as opposed to just shaved ice because this is milk based and I think it holds more flavour) and added taro mochi to it. Probably the best asian dessert place in Melbourne. The grass jelly number 6 is my fave with all different types of jelly, boba and creamer. Generous serving size and reasonable prices. It can get quite busy and service isn't the best but great desserts 👌

First time here, and also first time trying these Chinese desserts apart from the bubble tea. Enjoyed the red bean dessert, it’s nice on a cold evening and it’s not too sweet! Felt like a sweetened lentil soup. The brown sugar milk tea was not as sweet as I’d like, and didn’t have many balls in it either so that’s my only critique. Nice spot to come to after a dinner out in the CBD!

It's cold but that's not stopping me from craving for the shaved ice from Meet Fresh. Not overly sweet and so delicious, the taro shaved ice is one of my fav way to end the meal. Absolutely love the grass jelly with taro and glutinous rice balls too, so refreshing and tasty.

A place for Taiwanese style iced dessert, including their signature taro balls and drinks. Melbourne has numerous places selling iced Asian-style desserts - e.g. Korean Sulbing, Taiwanese shaved ice, Malaysian shaved ice etc. Meet Fresh remains a favourite of mine, whether in the depth of winter or in the heat of summer. I really like the texture combination of smooth black jelly, chewy taro balls and finely shaved ice. But there are many other dessert combinations to explore - like the velvety tofu pudding and waffles, with an extensive bubble tea and drink list.

We ordered hot grass jelly #4 and icy grass jelly with signature twin balls. They were generous with the taro ball size and amount in one serve. The taste was great too, especially the hot grass jelly soup. One disappointment thou, was that they didn't provide peanuts to have with hot grass jelly soup!

First time ever order dessert through delivery coz I really feel like sweet potato balls, I was super excited and when I received it it's nothing like what I wanted, even though that white stuff is considered as "sweet potato", I would rather replace it with something else if the store had called and let me know. Very disappointed! Update: Very efficient respond from the customer service and explained/solved the confusing part, (lots of other shops wouldn't even bother to care) it wasn't totally their mistake but they offered full refund anyway, very impressive! Will definitely give it another go next time.

I had Hot taro bowl #2 it was pretty satisfying. As you can see in my photo, it has plenty of toppings! I went there at night time and this shop was really busy. In total I had to wait roughly 30 min, it’s a bit too much.

MEET FRESH, QV Melbourne 📍. @meetfresh_australia_nz has launched a new @morkchocolate series to their amazing Taiwanese Dessert menu. We absolutely loved digging in to the Q Mochi Chocolate Shaved Ice- it was ginormous! (best shared unless you have a huge appetite for a brain freeze 😄). The Mochi and chocolately goodness is amazing!! If you love rich chocolate drinks- the fluffy brown sugar boba milk is the go! ❤️🥛🍫. So yum! Love that they close at midnight daily and have so much seating. .

Taiwanese dessert shop in the middle of the heart of Melbourne - QV. Me and few of my friends, most of them from Taiwan, visited that shop for first time and it wasn't actually bad. I did like the texture of any dish. The story of the Meet Fresh it was kind of interesting as well. Recommended to give it a try and have something different for dessert.

If you happen to walk past Meet Fresh QV on Artemis lane, you got to try the “Stawberry snowflake”! The strawberry flavoured ice is super soft ( like a yogurt taste) and blends perfectly well with cut strawberry’s and the yellow desert which reminded of a slight herbal taste not sweet but goes well together as a bonus touch. Edit : So I came back and tried the mochi. Not that great. They were a bit dry and had a bit of strange (chemical-y) smell. Probably should have tried their taro balls onstead. Original: Only tried the yogurt drink, so can't comment on their desserts for now. Drink was not bad but not as yogurt-y as I would like. Sweeter than I expected (as opposed to the sourish yogurt flavour). Probably people like sweet more, not sure... There's wireless charging stations but I didn't try them

Taro and Rice Ball Coconut Sago - I loved how this dessert was luke warm and not cold as I have sensitive teeth and it was so easy to eat! The coconut is creamy and the taro comes in generous pieces. Q Mochi - it appears to have two flavours but they both taste quite similar. I think one is plain rice flavour and the other is brown sugar however the syrup and crunchy coconut blends the flavours together. They're alot softer than they look and nice and chewy! Food comes out quite fast and it's easy to order.

We visited Meetfresh on a Monday night and it was quite busy. We opted for the Double Taro Signature and the Purple Rice Yogurt that were recommended in their top 5. The signature dish, featured taro and sweet potato balls - they were quite soft and chewy! They also had grass jelly which was a great accompaniment to the dish. The Purple Rice Yogurt was average but still quite enjoyable. Will be back for more as they have a variety of desserts both hot and cold. Thanks for the invite.

Such a good dessert place that brings back all my asian dessert nostalgic memories 🥰 FOOD: We ordered the standard taro ball dessert and the special taro dessert and both of them were amazing!! If anyone knows me, they’ll know I’m taro’s #1 fan 🙋🏻‍♀️ And Meet Fresh definitely fulfilled all my taro cravings. Do you see that large slab of taro?? It was crazy!! The taro balls were a little touch however and sometimes lacked the taro flavour but the shaved ice and grass jelly was excellent. I would say pass on the coffee creamer tho because it’s amazing as it is! SERVICE: Normal. If you’re looking to fulfil taro cravings or want to try an exciting new asian dessert, Meet Fresh is a great place to go! It’s a great sharing dessert for large crowds and overall, a really pleasant place with good desserts 🥰

The sweet potato and taro balls were really chewy and had a texture like a more dense mochi. The pearls were really soft and chewy. I wish bubble tea would have pearls like this! The bowls were huge and filled right up.

Meet fresh brings traditional sweet Taiwanese desserts to Australia in a quintessentially legitimate representation. The range us extensive, with herbal jelly/grass or taro ball based desserts that come in both warm and cold options. Toppings come prefixed or can be customised as desired. My personal favourite is the cold grass jelly with red bean, barley, mung bean and pearls +/- creamer. They also have an extensive drinks menu featuring bubble tea which is pretty decent. I noticed also other exotic desserts like sago, sticky rice and machines which I have yet to try but are also other options to consider. Menus are In English so its definitely not a prerequisite to speak another language in order to go to this place!

It was my first time trying Meet Fresh in Australia the other day and I had a good experience. We tried their new Brown Sugar Boba Shaved Ice which was massive! It was so enjoyable, the amount of toppings compared to the ice was really good. Even with 2 people, we couldn't finish this but it was very impressive. This would be the perfect dessert on a really hot day in Melbourne. I also had the Icy Taro Ball as we wanted to try a dairy free option. I really liked the combination of everything, especially the red bean, boba and ube. I'd definitely order this again. The only thing that could improve is the service, staff at the counter were a bit confused and our table wasn't cleaned beforehand.

Taiwanese dessert, sweet enough to kill your sugar cravings and at the same time helps you keep your sugar intake in check. A concept that I am still getting used to and personally find it hard to call it a dessert. Keep that aside, I love this concept, and I enjoy it with zero guilt. Trust me! Try this once, and your desserts habits may change. The Meet Fresh in QV is my second experience with Taiwanese dessert after the one I had at Blackball in China town. The store ambiance and staff are excellent. However, I spotted a couple of leftover bowls lying at the tables unattended by the team throughout my time there. I find this unprofessional, and it may attract flies and can cause a bit of discomfort for the patrons. I wish they clean the tables as soon as customers leave. The store is well lit, and seating arrangements are marvelous. They also have another seating area, further inside the store. I loved the pink wall and found it an excellent place for a photoshoot. The pricing is perfect; in fact, I find it an excellent value for money deal. Me and my friend Pat, we ordered the signature Icy Grass Jelly. It had Taro balls, Grass Jelly, and my favorite black pearls. If you would ask me to convert that into English quickly; Sweet Potato, Purple Sweet Potato, Taro plant (Asian plant) are the main ingredient. So, not a dessert but, kind of more healthier version. The grass jelly was very smooth, and I loved the pearls. For us, the dessert was quite sweet and fresh enough. We shared one bowl, and it was sufficient for both of us. The only problem was their menu is not informative enough. The ingredients are not mentioned, and we have to order by looking at the images, this will be very hard for a person who tries Asian dessert for the first time. Anyway, we had a great time at this outlet, and Asian dessert is something which I love now. Would like to visit again and cant wait to try more item.

Hi, I am the QV meetfresh customer since it was opened last few months ago. At first, I really like the dark sugar buba as it tastes 95% when I had in Taiwan last year so that is why I keep coming back. However, the quality of the drink is going down as I can not taste the same drink since the store opening and I keep telling myself that it maybe different drink makers or haven't trained enough this time to make it right. But I don't think it's the case as such a reputation stores have to keep training staff to meet their standard. I came back 3 times and the drink is very average. The pearl are not cook long enough, so eat like pasta al dente. And the dark sugar doesn't have deep flavour as beginning at all just simply taste like brown sugar, maybe not using sugar from Taiwan anymore? And the milk & cream is totally lacking of creamy and clean flavour, now taste like stores using long life milk instead a2 company milk. Hopefully, the management will be changed the way they are doing now to keep up day ONE standard. Thanks
