I'm from Colombia but I understand that the name is just for business purposes so I am not mad about it and I do not judge the place just for the controversial character name. So here is my opinion about the place: Creative food presentation, El Patron is a good burger is tasty but DEA it would be better without the donut, great bar, friendly staff, nice music😎, delicious cocktails and mocktail they surprise you accordingwith which type of liquor do you like.

Easily the best burgers in Prahran, arguably the best burger joint in Melbourne. I went to Pablo's with a group of 5 friends on a busy Saturday night and the service was excellent, the drinks were quick, the food was delicious and the vibe was outrageous. We were very well looked after and made to feel right at home. I will definitely be heading back to Pablo's to try the other burgers, and more of the loaded fries which were amazing - very well proportioned with quality ingredients all round.

LITERALLY THE PERFECT BURGER 🍔 I honestly have nothing negative to say about my burger experience at Pablo Escoburgers. We sat outside in the cozy curb-side enclosed seating which was very comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly and we didn’t need to wait too long for our burgers Now for the actual burger review: I ordered the cheeseburger(first burger on the menu). Presentation was picture-perfect. The bun was so soft and melted in the mouth. Meat was juicy and right amount of thickness, the signature sauce went perfectly. Burger held together so well and I enjoyed it from start until end. Price point was a little bit up there ($16 without chips) but it was honestly a neat burger.

Great restaurant and coffee shop where the food is fast and filling. Grab a quick coffee at the front coffee shop or sit down for a meal in the restaurant; you can also choose to eat at the tables immediately out front on the food path. A cool and very atmospheric and Pablo Escobar look and feel. Try their Reefer hemp vegetarian burger for something different - A good filling burger with a souvenir hundred dollar bill used as a reefer inserted in its top bun. You can try either beef or chicken burgers with her just as good value and filling. The menu is quite extensive and well catered for hungry customers Very friendly and efficient staff and the meals are delivered promptly. Covid screening procedures and social distancing are in place to make your visit safe and pleasant.

The hamburger has been the best I have eaten, really recommend it in special DEA. Don't recommend onion rings but the rest was perfect. Maybe they can improve in how they receive the clients because we were waiting to be seated but after we realized that we have to order in counter.

My friends and I dined there today and we enjoyed our time! The restaurant has a cosy atmosphere and the staff members are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. I really enjoyed my Fresco Emilio (Chilling Pablo) burger! We've been served fast and we were able to split our bill. I totally recommend eating there if you're around Chaprl Street!

One of my favourite spots in Windsor. Really cool decor. Beer and burger combo is a good bang for your buck. Definitely recommend getting the burger with the line on top with the rolled up note shoved into it. Drinks were creative and mostly tequila based. Bar staff were very chill and non-invasive which overall made the vibe of it our experience spot on. HIGHly recommend checking this place out.

As a vegetarian, we thought a place that looked so good for a carnivorous being was a bit of a dodgy call. But… boy were we shown the levels of perfection they put into each and every burger. We both had “the caretaker” and alongside the impeccable onion rings and fries it certainly took care of us. Great burger, great service, had takeaway so didn’t get to check out the place itself but will be popping in post lockdown for sure.

A great experience for those that love good old tasty and juicy Burgers, 'home style' cut and made fries, amazing cocktails (personalised, try it for yourself to know what I mean), and are also not too precious about their feelings or consider telling the world they are offended their number 1 hobby. Absolutely one of the stand out bars in Melbourne and I loved every second I was there. I was thoroughly skeptical as my kids (19 and 21) were extremely keen to go after seeing the burgers on Instagram! Entry was hidden behind an awesome coffee shop which would be great during the day, the smell of class, rich, well dimmed lights..almost felt gangster from a Robert deniro or al palcino film in the 80s..ordering drinks with a unique name and Pablo influence in a not so suttle way...tasty and fresh but with a bit of sin..burgers fantastic..chips with gravy and cheese..yummo..if I wasn't so full I would eat everything on the menu..burger with a side of cocaine and money (fake of course)..all class Pablo.. The best burgers I have ever had, the staff made my experience so fun, I can't remember his name, I think he was the owner but he would constantly banter with us throughout our time there and made sure our experience was great. the barman was exceptional you can tell he loves what he's doing, his knowledge of the custom made cocktails they offer showed that he clearly knew what he was doing. All in all, food was great, experience was great and customer service was great. Can not wait to come back.

Exceptional service and quality from these guys this morning! Being relatively new to a plant based diet, I asked whether they had anything on the breakfast menu that was vegan. They didn’t, but the woman on coffee went out of her way and offered that the kitchen could make a something custom. The plant-based mushroom, spinach, and vegan cheese breakfast burrito that ensued my order was o u t o f t h I s w o r l d g o o d!! Not to mention the coffee was great too. Great to see such superior customer service and quality food / coffee in a time when a lot of people are really stressed and doing it tough. Good on you guys, will definitely be back!

The owner is a legend, delicious burgers, terrific loaded fries and solid selection of beers too (now have their own brand!) but most of all absolutely hilarious puns and the best themed burger joint- all in good fun. If you're offended by the name you need to lighten up, dont think half the 1 star reviews on here have even been to the restaurant.

Rocked up to pick up my online order and was led by signage down a hallway back to the kitchen where there were a few others waiting for their orders. The chef, in his Misfits shirt and shorts, apologised as there would be another 10 minute wait. While waiting we learned that his colleague was not in and he was doing what he could to get the orders out. He was so apologetic to everyone that had to wait. Burgers ended up being the hot greasy flavour bombs I was craving. I highly recommend the Fresco Emilio chicken burger. The marinade was so good. Chips were fresh and crunchy. The chef was doing an incredible job under pressure, and was so friendly to everyone. Lately I have been avoiding reviewing in this weird time, but I wanna give encouragement to the chef. You were killing it!

Delicious burger bar just off Chapel Street. The restaurant and bar itself is through the back of a cafe which is quite cool. It's dark and cool, nicely stocked bar and quirky cocktail menu. We tried the Narcos and Patron burger, both were delicious and full of flavour.

I've eaten a few burgers in my time and would consider myself somewhat of a burger connoisseur. I hold my beefy friends to strict judgement. While I sat and ate I carefully considered each element ingested. It would be unfair to label the burger good, It was nothing short of amazing. I would go as far to say the chef should probably be our prime minister. My cocktail was the icing on the cake. This may be the best restaurant in the world. We stumbled on this hidden speakeasy. Hidden behind a quaint coffee shop on High Street, we were greeted by the bartender, sat down and offered delicious complimentary smoked almonds. The bartender then explained the menu and came up with a tailored cocktail for myself and my partner. Both drinks were elegantly crafted and tasted exquisite. Highly recommended untapped diamond. This will surely become one of Melbourne's best. Love this city for gems like this. Check it out if you enjoy a New York City vibe with great blues music and impeccable service.
