Small mini review ( will definitely update when we do eat here and it's DEFINITELY on the list). Saw how busy this location was and decided to look at their menu. I noticed they had a peppermint tart and I was sold!. First and foremost Big thank you to the excellent hostess who took my order for a takeaway dessert- it was made really quickly and I appreciate that. Secondly. I'm from South Africa and every year for more than 2 decades. My aunt has made a peppermint crisp tart for Christmas. I was obviously not home for Christmas last year and this dessert is so close to the one my aunt makes.. I genuinely couldn't be happier. Thank you so much! ( can't wait to be back to try the mains. Another lady I spoke to who was waiting for a takeaway meal highly recommended it and said your staff is absolutely awesome) Edit: we ate here and holy sht their food is amazing. ( even came back a third time with my cousin). Ribs so soft it's unnatural. Definitely recommended trying their shakes. Milo was alright and my partner had the coookies and cream which was better. However when we came again I tried the vanilla malt and that was pretty amazing. Wings are also super soft like it just slips off the bone. It IS a tad expensive for 4 wings but it's good food.

to date, i've been here twice.. my order usually includes burger (wagyu beef) and ribs.. The burger was great. With the right amount of sauces and the beef was delicious. Ribs, well done..taste good, maybe would have been better for my personal taste if less sauces, but overall really good.. ( if you're ordering ribs check the weight due to different sizes) And gotta love the fries.. Besides the food.. staff is really friendly and welcoming.. nice interior redesign too.

The staff were lovely but the ribs were only fat and if your paying $30 for ribs I would hope there would be adlest some meat on them ,over all a bit to pricey for what it is.

I went here yesterday for the first time and it was honestly really good. I loved the workers, especially the blonde female worker and the guy at the register. They were so kind and helpful with everything. I definitely recommend this place and will be going again shortly.

Burgers are good quite enjoyed them - 1 did however come out very soggy, burger bun basically dissolved by the time I ate the 2nd half of the burger. Ordered the onion rings as pictured, disappointing, just oil soaked crispy batter really - left more than half, couldn’t eat them, got a sore throat from the oil. Salted Caramel Shake was good. Stick to the burgers and chips when you order, give the onion rings a miss.

Being out in Craigieburn there aren't many options for quality places to eat out, except of course if you head to Ribs and Burgers! Pictured is the Pork Ribs with the Pocket Burger and Fries. Very filling meal and well presented. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area! - MustBeHungry

I love the chicken mayo wrap!!! Customer service by one of the male staff was excellent!!! A little improvement with service can be done im sure like simply paying attention to customer's orders (as simple as noticing that customers ordered chips without sauce) We had to queue up again just to purchase sauce after the food was already served. And when the sauce was finally being served, it was missing another flavoured sauce 😪😪😪 The temperature inside the restaurant is also very cold 😁😁😁 I think heat would make the place a little cozy... I rated the place 4 stars coz the food is delicious (I ordered a wrap, my boys ordered burgers and chips and we all loved our orders) and plus the male staff that served us was fantastic!!!!

Always nice to eat here. A slightly larger range of food covering more than just 'ribs and burgers'. Super yummy, good quality food, and decent wait times. Also vegan/vegetarian options available! As the space is fairly small, seating is only an issue during peak lunch/dinner hours, but their turnover time is rather quick. Most of the staff are nice, but I have run into a very blunt young woman before, who came across a bit harsh! Otherwise, no complaints from me 😊

Visited the place for the first time since the renovations being a local resident and I was extremely pleased with the interiors, more seating which was great. Service was as always up to standard. I was however disappointed with the offerings, steep jump in the prices. Low quality on the product, felt the flavour wasn't up to the mark as it used to be. I was definitely displeased with the ribs portion sizes with the current updated prices, I felt the prices were almost like paying at a 3 star michelin restaurant. I would re-think before visiting here again in the future.

Ribs and Burgers is a fantastic restaurant. I went there with my wife and my daughter last night. I was incredibly impressed with both the service and the food. When we got there, it was big line and being our first time we did not know how the ordering works. While trying to figure out, the guy in a shirt greeted us and asked us if we have been here before. Then he explained us how it all works and we have to stand in the line to place our order and then we can be seated. He looked very professional and happy while talking and also offered me a beer while I was waiting to be served( I loved this gesture). It took us about 15 minutes to get seated, considering it's a first-come-first-serve basis that wasn't too bad. Our order was taken with patience considering few questions we asked about the menu. I will say that the chairs weren't very comfortable, but that was literally the worst part of the experience. The servers were quick to get our drinks as well as our orders, and the food came out in a decent amount of time. The Pork baby back ribs, my goodness was fantastic. It was a little bit pricey, but I don't care the thing was so good. The basting, the way it was cooked, the portion size, everything about it was just awesome. My wife enjoyed her ribs a lot as well and my daughter loved the chips. The store was fully packed and everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. The staff was taking good care of the customers by continuously asking them about their feedback. The same guy who greeted us in the start approached us and asked us how our meal is going and if we needed anything else. He chatted with us for 2-3 minutes. My six year old daughter just loved him. He treated her like a princess and even gave her a thick shake on the house. She loved the gesture. The guy looked like a manager or the owner of the store. The restaurant was clean and well-managed, the staff was attentive. Overall a nice ambience which made our experience worthwhile. My daughter even said after getting back home that he was a really nice man daddy and asked if we can go back tomorrow for dinner already. Thanks heaps Ribs & Burgers for taking such a good care of us. I am going to tell all my family and friends about this place. We will definitely be back soon.

Maybe one of the best burgers I have ever had! Not sure if it is because I’m always starving when I go, but this Ribs and burgers makes some delicious burgers. Together with some chips and a Greek salad you really can’t go wrong. Also not sure what sauce they give you with you chips but it is so good. Would highly recommend!

When it first opened i would give it 5 stars but after a few months I think they have moved the chef to another branch. After that the salad turned either too sour or too salty... and that keeps changing again and again but it has never been too bad. It is always a busy place day or night and very very busy at lunch and dinner, especially during the weekend. Turn around time for an order is normally 20-25 minutes. I would prefer to have some hot drink or coffee even in a take away cup. Anyway it is always a convenient place to get a nice burger.

UPDATE - 23 April 2018 After the "al-lamb & all-sweet" bad experience and bad review (see below), following the answer of the owner (thanks...) I went there again and ordered the same Beef ribs, but this time without basting. It took more time than usual but finally there was no Middle-Eastern sweetness all around and the ribs were OK. The "Cabbage & Apple salad" had Pine-nuts instead than apples (fortunately I am not allergic...) but it was good. Not more than three stars, however, because the meat was overcooked... I noticed that some other reviews mention different problems with the cooking, and this could be relatively easily improved with more STAFF TRAINING, and, why not asking customers HOW cooked they would like their ribs? I know it's going to be tricky with the bone, and I'm not suggesting the same grades used for steaks (too complicated and this is not a steak house, so...) but just asking if they want them WELL-COOKED or a bit less... I will go again and update ASAP. OLD REVIEW Craigieburn is not exactly in the Middle East and so, if you wish to eat some good 'standard' ribs you should go somewhere else. I ordered beef boneless ribs and they tasted 90% lamb, because they had been probably cooked or marinated together. But the main issue is that here EVERYTHING tastes sweet, according to some Middle Eastern taste. Please give the option of ordering PLAIN ribs, and grilled them without any sauce. Let customers decide what sauce, what marinade, or nothing at all.

This place is a great. It's always consistent on quality and has never disappointed me. The pork ribs are always amazingly cooked and they meat falls right off the bone. Chips are always fresh and crunchy and that amazing pink sauce is fingerlicking good.

Burgers tasted nice but they were ridiculously small. Additionally, they give you a metal bucket which has forks, knives, 2x sauces and paper napkins. Unfortunately it seems that ALL paper napkins aren't checked for cleanliness due to the way things are stored in the bucket. If the sauce bottles have a bit of grot or sauce on them, they aren't cleaned or checked before paper napkins are put into the bucket for the next customer, this leaving the paper napkin extremely filthy. That is what turned me off this place. If the don't put the napkins in the bucket then it would have been okay, but still the burgers are too small for the price you pay. If they fix these 2 main issues I'll come back.

I'm pretty critical of burgers joints generally, so 4 stars is high praise. The new mighty range is delicious, I tried the mighty bacon and cheese and it didn't disappoint in the slightest. The whole range is 👌👌 The reasons they DIDNT get 5 are this. The music was annoyingly loud (I like to talk while I wait) and you get charged for the dipping aoli on your chips (which would struggle to be more than 2 tablespoons)

The burger are delicious and it is nice to have somewhere that makes decent burgers. But the online orders are what lets them down and is the reason why I cannot give them 5 stars. Last time I ordered I arrived a few minutes after my order should have been ready, only to arrive to find out that they had not received my online order. They were apologetic but I still had to wait 15 minutes for my food with my family waiting in the car. Then today I ordered online and one of the burgers was deleted from the order, which we didn't realise until we got there. The app also is really difficult to use, keeps changing your location and does not allow you to use any of the cash you have accumulated through their rewards scheme. I have sooo much credit which I cannot use. Please make your app/online process work better and I will change my review.

Im disappointed that the staff dont monitor the venue very well, youll have two people sitting on a table for six. Yes, its not their fault, but they are in a better position to tell patrions to downside to a smaller table when this happens. Food is otherwise always good, bring on those ribs and the cheeseburger! It is a bit on the $$$ side.

I would have given this place 5 stars if the quality was as good as it was when it first opened. They also changed the pink sauce. Not as good as it once was. My last visit was a few months ago. I will be going again soon. If the quality improves, I'll edit my review.

Really good flavoured ribs and Peri chicken however it was disappointing when staff refused to swap the potato chips for sweet potato chips. Due to the the lack of flexibility when requesting a healthier option scored less. Staff member was uncompromising and lacked customer satisfaction
