We had a lovely lunch there, the flavour of sauce on the ribs was tasty, the atmosphere was great and it felt very clean and safe there with the staff focus on being COVID-safe. The customer service from Stephen was excellent. He was patient and helpful and answered all our questions about the menu items. He efficiently fixed an error with the payment process and the food was served quickly. Looking forward to returning in the future.

I ordered the new V2 burger and added a beef patty to try and see if I could tell the difference. I could tell when I tried them separately, but in the actual sandwich, I couldn't really tell. The ingredients were all fresh and flavoursome – I especially loved the pickles and colourful jalapenos! My only improvement point would be the buns could be a bit fresher – perhaps toasted? The staff were very lovely and accommodating – thanks, fellas!

Got one beef and one peri chicken burgers, golden tenders and sweet potato chips. Those were the best chicken tenders I've ever had⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We got two burgers, butcher's original and loaded, full beef ribs and salad. Burgers didn't live long enough for a photo and soon got devoured. Super juicy beef patties ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ribs were amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ salad was very refreshing to go with all the meat we had!

Two of us came to Ribs & Burgers Hawthorn on a Monday night to grab a quick bite of dinner. I ordered the lemon and herb chicken burger and chips. It was very tasty, but I only wish it were bigger. A lot has improved since we first visited, including food presentation. We miss their onion rings as they don't make them anymore but the menu has some new additions and everything is delicious. Inspired by a craving for ribs, we discovered this place serving just that and lots of burgers. Similar to many fast food joints, we ordered at the counter on first entry before going to find our seats. Out came two boards of ribs and two sides of chips and cabbage and apple salad. The Pork Dinosaur was tender with a scrumptious sweet sauce and very sizeable. Mmm... finger licking good. The Pork St Louis was also tender and delicious but came with a smoky BBQ sauce. The chips were excellent but the salad was too sour for our liking. A casual, spacious set up with comfy booths and common tables for bigger groups, the food arrived quickly and without fuss. No table service but they did bring our food out. A steady stream of customers throughout Sunday lunch time who'd voted with their feet given the array of eateries pin Glenferrie Rd.

Craving some good ribs and recommended by a colleague it was time to go and get dirty with some ribs! Menu is right as you walk in, there was a no rush no nonsense service which made the atmosphere relax and casual. Interior is slightly quirky - but it works! Orders came out fairly quickly and my what a sight! Ordered the large beef ribs with chips (choice of salad or chips) and added 2 x sliders too. The beef ribs were well basted and full of flavour and meat. Chips were crispy and the sliders ... Pushed us a bit over but nommy nonetheless. Constant flow of customers for the lunch crowd - but definitely worth it! Will be back!

Sweet lunch special. 15 bucks for the chicken wrap with chicken tenders and chips. It was perfectly cooked and came out in a timely manner. The restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. I'm excited to try something else next time! Highly recommend this place.

My favorite burger in Melbourne, very juicy with quality meat, char lines makes the burger taste much better, also their southern chicken is nice too. Chips are always fresh and crunchy, their sauces are good and you can have any type of sauce for free. Overall this is one of my favorite resturant.

Solid burgers (and ribs) combined with good service and well-appointed surrounds. I couldn’t find any faults with this place. If I had to dig deep, I would say they could offer better chilli sauce. Parking is also a pain, but that is the norm for the are. Prices are on par with Grill’d but you get a lot more for your money.

Great food, love their cheeseburgers and chips - sometimes service staff are slightly disorganised and can be quite rude though on a busy night. We had an online order, in which they left out some items. We only discovered when we got home - when we came back, they pretty much threw the items into our hands without any apologies.

First time here after hearing the ads. It's more of a take away style place, lots of people queuing to order their takeaways and lots of meal delivery couriers waiting for order pickups. Menu is not very big with ribs and burgers your menu choices with a few sides. Order and pay at the front and food is delivered to your table, a bit like McDonalds. Other customers dressed very casually, tradies as they came from work, so not the place for an elegant night out. Our orders were delivered promptly, all ribs, chips and Coleslaw. Pork ribs in 2 styles and beef ribs, as they were out of Lamb ribs. Meat was juicy and tender and had WAY to little marinade. It was as if the marinade was just brushed on after cooking. Flavours were good but really needed an extra dipping pot of marinade per serve to add that zing, like at TGIs. Our ribs could certainly have done with some more charring and having the marinade caramelized onto the meat during cooking. All the meats were tender and lean, with are favourite the Beef. We love ribs and eat them at restaurants regularly as well as home cook. This stuff is good but not Great, but could be with a little extra time in the kitchen.

Grabbed a couple of their beef burgers. Front of house staff were helpful in helping make a few alterations for my son. Upon coming back into the store our food was ready, however as I was not there when they called my name I wasn't aware. As new orders were made and people who weren't in-store when they called out, just went into a group of unclaimed bags. I waited about 5 minutes and maybe 6 orders came out from the kitchen in that time. Front staff member was busy making lots of thick shakes. The next opportunity I had, I ask the person bringing orders from the back if my order was in the group, and it was. Just thought they could go through the waiting bags every now and then. Obviously under lockdown, things are not easy for anyone, but just a bit of advice from my point of view. Burger itself was tasty. My son especially loved the patty.. Will happily come back.

Photo is wrongly oriented! Ordered what i usually order at other R&Bs. The rump steak with salad and sweet potato fries. The fries and the garlic aioli was mmm mmmmm yum! Loved it. Was full but still couldn't stop eating it. The salad was cool and crunchy with a perfect touch of dressing. But the leaves or stalks are always too long to easily put in your mouth with a fork. The steak... Ordered a medium rare and guess what..... Usually for a thin steak its hard to get it right... This one was... Perfect. Maybe a bit more on the rare side. But still not chewy or raw. The sauce came separately right and i found i had to consciously dip my steak into the sauce coz the steak on its own was brilliant. Loved the texture, the quantity and the taste. Also got a drink and all in it was somewhat once a month affordable AUD$39.30. Went in at about 2pm and it was quite empty. So service was fast.

My absolute favourite restaurant!! The food is absolutely delicious!!! Generous servings, so tasty and finger licking good! Aside from the most tastiest ribs you can buy, there’s a wide variety of menu items with plenty of food to choose from including many burgers, wraps, chicken, steak, salads and some truly mouth watering deserts! There’s even sweet potato chips which I struggle to find anywhere. The food tastes so good you will want to lick the plate clean! Seriously! The menu is basically, wide, delicious, wholesome food and includes many healthy options that my entire family loves. Restaurant is comfortable, clean and modern. Really love it for catching up with friends, bringing the family or holding my family's birthday parties here (they are happy to accommodate parties and handle large groups with ease)! Staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. Affordably priced with fast service – can’t recommend highly enough!

Amazing burgers!!! Had the Wagyu beef big cheese, the meat was so soft and tasty! Got chips as well and they are really good to. Server was nice and friendly and a cool set up. Price is what you would expect to pay for a quality burger place.

'Seems like it should be better' Ribs and Burgers is an odd establishment, because while it's venue is bright and it's menu a real steakhouse tease - the actual food leaves something to be desired. Yes, on paper you get your plate of fresh fries and your perfect medium-rare steak, but the food is made without love or zest of seasoning. All flavors from the steak, to the pre-bagged fries, the cheese sauce or the over-dressed oily cabbage salad tastes neutral, if not bland. Their food has no peppered crust, cut-through slice of citric lemon or even gravy as an add on and it is served just not-quite-hot-enough. It's only good for the novelty ribs (which are hard to come by in Melbourne) but otherwise disappointing. 5/10.

I use to frequent to this venue with many groups of friends! With COVID last year, it has been a significant amount of time since I’ve been here. I enjoyed having their milkshakes, onions rings and their lamb ribs! I finally returned this year with my friend but it saddens me they have removed lamb ribs from their menu! Front of house staff were pretty average, staff didn't seem to hold much knowledge about the food or service. Restaurant has no ice to be served with drinks, on a 34 degree evening. As we walked in, chef was complaining about customers arriving and pointing at his watch more concerned about finishing on time. The burgers were delicious and on point. My wife had the superfood burger and requested no pickles but still had pickles on it (the order was clearly taken correctly as the waitress serving the food announced it "no pickles"). Lots of burgers to choose from. Beef and pork ribs. Salmon and salad option for non meat eaters. The seating is comfortable and great for groups. Large bottles of mustard, tomato sauce, homemade special sauce plus napkins, cutlery are on every table. Water station for washing hands and filling up glasses of tap water is a nice touch too. A great place for a family meal.

The most tender and delicious lamb ribs. I was a student of Swinburne University. I love to come here when I feel like splurging. This place has the by far the best lamb ribs probably in the whole of Melbourne. Its extremely juicy and tender. The smokey flavour adds a whole other dimension to the ribs. I still come to this place years after graduating from Swinburne. This place is good for casual first dates. Or just a night out with your close friends. You can get your hands dirty to eat the ribs. Not a suitable place for a formal business meals. If so you can go for the burgers. The burgers are cooked at a perfect medium rare. It's juicy, soft and well seasoned. Nothing too special but tastes really good. If you have small hands and a small mouth you might struggle to take a bite. However, you can order the sliders. Maybe 2 if you have a big appetite. The service is excellent. There's always a friendly staff at the desk taking your order with a smile and cheerful tone make you feel welcomed. They have a good knowledge about the food that's been served. They also help you out with recommendations if you are confused about the choices. The decor is really great especially after the renewal. It goes with the theme of the restaurant. The pictures on the wall of the butchers and the meat grinders all over reminding you the effort, value and the quantlity of the meat served here.

Went to Ribs and burgers on a Saturday night I ordered the large St Louis pork ribs others ordered the large beef ribs and chicken tenders. The pork ribs where fall off the bone tender and with a tasty sauce, the chicken tenders were really good, crunchy and tasty with a good blue cheese dipping sauce, sadly the beef ribs were not as tender as the pork they did not fall off the bone and was a bit chewy according to the friend that ordered them which was a bit dissapointing, but the baste or sauce was nice, chips were average. The annoying thing was you can't make reservations so if the place is busy you have to wait.

Brilliant burgers, tasty looking ribs and a unique atmosphere makes this one of the best - aptly named - Ribs & Burgers establishment that I've had the pleasure of visiting in a while. The service would be the only thing that I must knock down. While I can't say it was a fact of hiring mostly young staff, the whole service aspect felt extremely rushed. This is almost definitely related to how busy the place was, but it did seem a little unprofessional at times.

Another place that I absolutely love. Their Pork Ribs are excellent well marinated and cooked. Plus you get so much of chips as a side with it. I would recommend starting off with the Pork Riblets of you are going for the first time. Also try their Milo Thick Shake. It's out of the world. 👍🏽

However the ribs that we got lacked a bit of depth of flavour. But other than that the food was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant as well. You will probably need to find parking a fair bit futher away down one of the side streets, if you're not lucky enough to get a park on the same street near by.

This could of been so easily a 5* review but I knocked off a half star for four different issues. The layout is poor. As you enter the building you got the queue to order. This was jammed packed, and those people who are trying to l leave also trying to squeeze past and those waiting for takeouts etc. Just a bad design. The thick shakes were off, mainly due to the girl making them having a back log, she blamed the machine for being too slow. Sitting on a table for two there was no where to put your coat on a cold and rainy night. So you have to sit on it or had it on your knee. My burger needed resting for a minute or two. The bottom bun was soaked with grease, it disintegrated and the grease was dripping into my plate. On a positive note, the food and service was good, especially liked the onion strings (not rings as advertised).

My partner and I ordered the beef ribs and they came out so quickly which hey that’s great but not when they are cold on the inside. Surly you are checking the temps of the meat in the middle before serving? One way to wreck a meal so fast. And I would of taken them back but why should I. Instead you should make sure they are hot all the way thru before they get to the table. I would of gave two stars but I just won’t be back.
