We have been to This store few times and it never disappoints us . Food and services is amazing. Very friendly staff. Soup and fried rice served today was so delicious, can’t wait to be back so we can try other things on menu. Highly recommend this place .

Great takeaway experience form Roll'd. The food came quickly via ordering from their website. The food had good flavour, my favourite being the spring rolls & the baos! The pho soup was super hot & cooked the beef nicely when it was mixed in. I really like how there are a wide variety of dipping sauces for the rolls.

Very satisfied with contactless delivery, got a text when it was gettimg ready and driver came on time, gave me a call to confirm the right address and left order at my door. Ordered 12 spring rolls for 2 people, more than enough, still have 5 leftover for lunch tomorrow. They were big and lots of ingredients all come with sauce too, next time I'll try some of the other things on the menu :)

Surprisingly good Vietnamese for shopping centre food. The storefront itself looks quite small, although it's actually not too crowded inside. The decor is also quite nice. Service isn't bad here, just normal and the food is pretty good. If you're feeling like Vietnamese food and your at Fountain Gate, definitely give it a try.

The staff are very friendly but I think on Friday night they may have been understaffed. When I got home I saw that I hadn't received the sauces to go with my meal. While I was waiting for my order, many people came in to order but left because it took too long for staff to take their order. Maybe it just was tricky night, but if you can improve the efficiency, you'll get 5 stars.

Used to be my favourite place but getting disappointed most of the time I go there now. I always order the pho but the last two times I went there, my pho was lukewarm when it came at the table and I like it hot. There is a sign in the kitchen that says "pho need to be piping hot before leaving the kitchen, feel the bowl". Obviously it wasn't checked. The second time when I went there was two weeks ago and I ordered mixed chicken and beef pho. When my order came and unfortunately, after I have already started eating I realised there was no chicken just beef. I was still ok with this as mistakes happens until I started eating the beef and realised that it was rear... I actually got a wrong order and I almost puke in my bowl as I can't eat rear beef. (No offence to those who like rear beef). I called one of the waitress and told her about it. She proposed to cook it a bit more when infact she should have changed the order to the right one. Unfortunately, even though she put it in the microwave, the beef was still rear when she brought it back and blood was running through the soup. (Picture below) As such, I didn't even touch it and walked out. I felt like I wasted my money on that day and the pleasure of enjoying what used to be my comfort food was spoilt. For sure I won't go there any sooner.

Good for a quick fix of Vietnamese food. Not the same as Springvale taste but ok for times where we feel like Vietnamese and not as accessible in our area. The ice lemon and peach tea is good. The set menu is ok value.

The service was fast and friendly. The pho soup with chicken was flavourless and dull. It had noodle, bean sprouts and a few shallots. That's it. No coriander, no chilli, no onion. The soup was so watered down that it literally tasted like water. The rice paper roll with poached chicken was not much better. Flavourless. I shouldn't have been surprised though because while I was waiting I watched a girl making more. She was just throwing the ingredients onto the rice paper and it was hit or miss if they landed. Some had plenty of one thing and none of another. Basically not good.. it's a shame because I've had the food before and it was really good. Maybe I just chose a bad day.

A lovely staff-member called Manfred was so polite and gifted me the greatest service I could have asked for. He was very patient and understanding considering I took such a long time to order, and when I was stuck he suggested a delicious Vietnamese roll. If I was this young man's manager I would most certainly reward him for his exemplary service and social skills. Manfred made my day and I will certainly return to this restaurant for a another scrumptious meal.

Great customer service however they can't seem to get the mushroom and tofu pho right at this particular store! They always leave out the onion and the Enoki mushrooms and over do the bean shoots. And the broth is different every time, always varies in strength. Rice paper rolls are fine. Will keep coming back for those.
