Love a sushi train. Quite a yum experience. Not a heap of items on the train that I wanted. Ordered from the kitchen mostly on the tablet in front of me. Wasn’t too tricky and I got my food quickly. Would have been nice to seem more rolls on the train. The staff were friendly and the wait wasn’t too long.

Quite small range of sushi but good enough for what you can find in Melbourne. I think they reduce the range after COVID19. From usual range $3.9 you can usually find in any sushi shops to $7.9 sashimi served on ice, not in a take away box or plate, love this place for that alone. The taste of salmon boat and aburi prawn nigiri so good it lingers after I left the shop. Spent $27 for 5 places of sushi (I ordered mostly higher priced plates) and very happy with the quality of raw fish. Definitely recommend this sushi train much better than sushi hub.

It's pretty good, they have a decent amount of sushi to pick from and staff are very accommodating to your needs, the drinks select is also very solid. I would come here again If I felt the urge for certain Japanese food.

The best place for sushi 🍣 I went to the QV and Melbourne central. Melbourne central sushi jiro is smaller than Qv. And various of foods at MC. I don’t normally eat deep fried chicken at sushi Jiro. I tried chicken today, and It’s good!!! Feel like that’s Korean style chicken . And friendly staffs , fresh ingredients! I really recommend this sushi train restaurant 🍣🍣

I love a Sushi train, so many different things to choose from. Very fresh asortment of seafood with interestingly tasty toppings. My vegetarian friend also found plenty of variety tasty morsels. With helpful service & cold beer, not just cool beer.

Tempted here by the high rating, this sushi train has some stiff competition and my ratings reflect this. While the food is good and the ambience is casual and low-key, other competitors are more creative in their combination of ingredients to create more intriguing offerings. New sushi train in also the newly renovated eating area in Melbourne Central. Place is small but very nice ambience with the glass ceiling and projector along the wall. Selection is pretty extensive and they all are greatly executed. Not your authentic Japanese sushi experience but still better than most sushi train. Portion a little on the smaller side, perfect for quick bites or snacking in between meals. Food - 8 Service - 9 Vibe - 9 Price - $$$

There are plenty of sushi choices on the menu here, some are absolutely amazing, some average, and I probably wouldn't recommend the deserts, but overall, competitively priced, clear respect for the food, and definitely worth visiting again. Ambiance was casual chic, and can quite easily be casual romantic. Highlights for me: salmon sashimi, agedashi tofu, teriyaki fish shoulder & jellyfish salad.

I'm so happy I found this place! My boyfriend and I loved it, ordered sushi from the menu and everything was so fresh! Staffs were very nice and obviously very mild mannered as we saw them handling two ladies who were being very racist and rude. We will be coming back very often!

Good variety of sushi and it all seemed pretty fresh, it tasted fine to me. The price might be a bit more expensive than the normal store I go to. The ordered sushi seemed to take a long time to arrive,I ordered a lot of things and then forgot about it until it arrived.

The place is very open, so can be quite chilly in winter. Food-wise, they are presented nicely but flavour is a bit... boring. Mostly mayo and this sweet sauce. I ordered kani koroke from the ipad, but it wasn't freshly fried. The rest of the hot food order (agedashi tofu, salmon on skewers) were fresh.

What a surprise. Accidentally found this new sushi train by getting off the wrong lift. Fantastic service and the sushi is delicious!! Ordered the smoked duck twice (mustard / miso) and the truffle wagyu yakiniku twice. Will definitely come again. Great new addition to Melb Central.

This is by far my favorite sushi place, where there is ample of seating area and so many variants of sushi to choose/pick from the awesome sushi train. Not only just sushi, there are so many great desserts, hot dishes and soft drinks revolving around the sushi train. The concept is really superb, we get what we want easily without any wait and also the sushi here are so fantastic, fresh and delicious. Quick staff service to clear out the used plates and great prices, very value for money and affordable. Also don't forget to leave a review on Zomato to score a free dessert

Love a good sushi train place and this one isn't too bad, in all honesty. It's got variety, prices are pretty reasonable - $3.90 or $4.90 or $5.90 or $7.90 per plate depending on what type of sushi you like. Chawanmushi is yummy although I'd like a bigger serve. Only thing is, they seem short staffed every time we visit. There aren't many seats as well so it wouldn't fit larger groups of people. Kid friendly place if your kid can sit on high stools without a backrest.

If you've never been to a sushi train before, this is a great experience. The sushi was decent but not anything amazing. However, given the price point it is well worth it. Anybody looking to come here should also consider the hot food, the takoyaki that came out piping hot was simply delectable and everything else looked delicious as well. Try not to eat too much of the same thing though as they offer a large selection of sushi that is well worth trying.

I’ve been here for a few times but I already love it ! There are so many options to choose from!! Especially seared salmon was so tasty. It melted in my mouth!! It’s definitely value for money. Also, the thing made me satisfied is that the hot dishes are also $3.9 including karaage, calamari, stuff like that. Although it’s a small portion, I absolutely like it because you can enjoy a lots of dishes ! Will be back in the future.

The selections were all to a very high standard. At only $3.90 per plate , what more could you ask for? The choices were also plenty, and the cawan mushi is one of the smoothest so far with plenty of ingredients inside. Great service, prompt and clean environment. The overhead heaters were also a plus on this cold winters night in a semi outdoor dining precinct. Will be back!

A nice budget sushi place I often go to when on a tight schedule. The aburi I would highly recommend, however the sashimi itself could be fresher (it was a bit chewy for me). Would recommend.
