My partner and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary here and we had an amazing time! Loved that we picked early hours to get a more quiet environment. The cocktails were boozey, creative and matched our outfits perfectly (yet unintentionally knowing). Our share platter was jaw-dropping and mouth watering, couldn’t fault anything and so happy we got to take home our leftovers. So happy with the service there, felt comfortable and definitely will return to taste try my cocktails Thank you guys so much 🙏🙏

Took my wife and grandson here for lunch, Order our meals, my wife's and my meal came out as we sat for a few minutes and grandsons had not arrived, I got staff to check and was told it would be 5 minutes in my head that is the time it would take to cook a cheese burger and chips, when questioned they had missed it on the order. On the positive I had chicken salad that was very nice, my wifes burger and chips was also on point. As was the cheese burger.

This is my go to places to catch up with friends. Love the clean, quick service. Staff are friendly. I like how spacious it is. Food is great. Only annoying things is toilet upstairs.

Really great service, the staff are always friendly. Menu changes most times I go so it's different which I enjoy - you don't always order the same thing. First time having breakfast here and it was very fresh and delicious.

Service and speed were on the poorer side! Some servers were really nice while others appeared confused or annoyed. Food took an hour to arrive; given we were a larger group it was understandable (for a max 45 minute wait) but I feel an hour was a bit slack! We also noticed other tables ordered and received food after us which made us question if our large order was being pushed back in the queue! Overall- okay dependant on the staff :)

Been coming here for years and there were times where it definitely wasn't that great and some months where it was amazing. Switch Wartergardens have found its feet again and the chef's are amazing in creating enjoyable food at a affordable price. There are some few side dishes which I think are abit overpriced but main meals are great and well priced

If I could rate this place higher I would! After travelling the world for many years and experiencing some amazing restaurants I would have to say I am pretty impressed with Switch. From the atmosphere, Olivia at the front reception and all the chefs I just could not fault this place. The meals are sent out quick, fresh and may I mention the best house Sauvignon Blanc I have ever had. The waffles on the menu are perfect for kids and I had the slow cooked pork shoulder Soft Tacos with a glass of Ta Ku Wine. Will be making this my regular dining out spot for sure. Highly recommended.

It's always a mixed bag when we come to switch. Sometimes it will take 30 minutes to get any table service and other times it will be too.much pressure. It's good that the food is half decent though. Nothing to write a detailed review about though. If you want a quick bite to eat and want something a little better than the local fast food restaurant, head to switch.

Went there for coffee and cake. I had apple crumble with a scoop of ice cream. My partner had the gluten free carrot cake with ice cream. Coffee and cakes were very nice and so was the friendly service. Only criticism was it took 30 minutes to get our order.

Its a comfortable open restaurant in a good location. The wait staff were energetic and friendly and service was good. The food however was ordinary, perhaps the chef's were a little off on this visit, I don't know.

Hit & miss. My girlfriends and I were regulars here for years. We loved the food, the desserts we knew the team really well, it was a great place. Really relaxed atmosphere, great memories. Then after COVID hit, my girlfriends and I got together here after a year and we did not recognise one person. All of our old school team were gone. So disappointed. The service is not the same and the food is .. meh. Probs won’t come back here as often as we used it.

Further to my 1 star review, my phone wouldn't allow me to hit the 5 star rating at the time. My husband and I went for breakfast first time and found the service, ambience and the food were of high quality and standard. I told the MANAGER at Watergardens Switch, I felt attacked with the need to order while waiting for cocktails. I will approch staff if I need anything more. He said I was being rude. I appoligied for the misuderstanding and he left and came back and told me to leave or he is going to call security. Is this acually a restruants or is it a egnorant joke? Am I staff or the customer? Customer first attitude this place is missing. Dont offer service that you can't deliver. In then went to the sports globe next door nd the service was amazing and hey where 3× more busy! I now understand why people choose service over food. Bad night turn to a good one 🤔🤦‍♀️

Nice spot for brunch. With dairy allergy being so common these days, their menu needs to provide at least a couple of good dairy-free alternatives. They don't even have basic sausages, only cheese-filled kransky.
