C. H.We visited on a Saturday night and the restaurant was fully booked but they still managed to squeeze us in. The food was delicious and generous: we had salmon with mash and well cooked veggies, and chicken Parma. Super friendly staff and a real country/rural laid back atmosphere with a roaring fire. To top it off they had a great fun covers band playing 80s hits with plenty of people dancing. We stayed the night - the rooms were recently renovated to modern standards with a stylish bathroom. The bed and linen was good. Room was on the small side but perfect for a night.
G. M.Clean tidy and covid safe. The hotel has been restored very well. The staff are friendly and polite eager to help and inquire if everything is okay. The food was very well prepared and a lot of it. It is only a small pub with accommodation as well. Renovations will soon be required if the word gets around. There were a few customers arrived after us it is starting to become popular.

S. P.Good pub fare! We popped in on a busy Saturday night and despite being booked out were able to get a outside table. Ordered the portahouse and a beer and it was perfectly cooked!
K. L.Booked for dinner with friends after hearing it had changed hands. Food was really lovely but surved by a girl who clearly hates her job and made us feel like an inconvenience. There was 6 of us and the dinning rom area was spread in a few section and we were placed right near the bar area. The noise was so bad we could not even hold a conversation ., it was so bad l couldnt hear what my friend sitting next to me was saying. Because of this we will not be returning as we go out with friends to be social not have to yell at each other while eatting. Very disappointed as the food was great and very reasonably priced.

p. b.Four of us had a sensational Saturday lunch. 3 briskets were huge and delicious and my risotto perfection.

M. S.Great meals, very tasty. Compliments to the chef. Friendly bar staff too. Bit of customer feedback regarding attention to detail: Your windows, mirrors and lights need cleaning. Freshwater in the vase for your flowers and fireplace mantle needs a dust. Would have been nice if the heating was on to take the chill off the dining room. Understand you're under new management and I’m sure you will get there with all your exciting improvements planned.

R. W.Nothing better than stopping in at a truly traditional Australian pub. The locals were all friendly and the bartenders always there when you need them.
We got there late so they reopened the kitchen for us. We got a huge bowl of fat chips that tasted great.
We had a laugh with the guys who were in the middle of a pool competition.
The pictures on the wall laid out the history of the building and the area.
Parking was easy. Access was easy and I'm sure a wheelchair would have no problems.

A. C.We surprised the staff on a Monday night with a biiiig group of people coming for dinner. The food, understandably, took a while to come out so the chef gave us complimentary garlic bread. The food was AMAZING - perfectly cooked and so much of it. The best parma I've had in forever. When the cook learned that we had vegans in our group she went above and beyond, cooking them not just a bowl of chips but loading it with deep fried veggies, pumpkin, zucchini, and home made relishes. The service across the board was amazing, generous and welcoming. Thank you for accommodating all of us, and for going out of your way to make sure we had food we enjoyed and a good time.

They still had fairly good service but wait times were long and I feel sorry for the poor man trying to serve everyone on his own. The food was lovely but due to the understaffing the wait time was a little long and the menu a little restricted.

B. G.The Robin Hood Inn is always first on the list of destinations to have a beer. On the most recent visit, the place was absolutely pumping, had to book in advance to secure our spot. Hard to find a park, but we got lucky. Good cold beer, friendly staff and relaxed setting.
