Wife and I were searching for a restaurant to have dinner at, very glad we stumbled upon this gem. Staff are super friendly and attentive, food came out fast was well priced and most importantly tasted amazing. We had the Thai charcoal chicken, gree curry and Tom yum. The charcoal chicken with the sauce which comes with it was unreal!! I have given this restaurant 4 stars as my only gripe was the selection of starters on the menu, it was $10 for 4 spring rolls which I feel is a bit overpriced. There was a good selection of starters, I just feel they should be priced a little more cheap. All in all, a great experience and I would definitely go again.

My partner and I walked past this venue this evening and decided to give it a try since it was packed with people. We were seated very quickly, and our order was taken within 15 minutes after being seated. Then I thought I would check on the reviews on Google and found many of the reviews are about how bad the service is and how long you have to wait for the food, and there comes the waiting game. The venue is super busy for sure, and they had three waiters on the floor taking orders and delivering meals. We waited about 20 minutes to get our drinks and water. Then another 40 minutes passed until the first dish finally arrived which is a beef salad. Each dish was spaced out a bit too long. 10 minutes to their close time, a table of three came and were seated next to us. Their food arrived within 15 minutes. So I guess that you can get your food quicker if you go just before they close. The dishes we got were great and tasty! However, there are a few competitors in this area. Ying Thai just across street, Garden Thai just down the road, and Red Basil just on the other side of Vic Park, all serve great Thai food with better services. I don’t think I will be going back to visit again but it’s a good experience of the Thai food.

Located at a very Busy street making it hard to find parking. Despite that, This place is a gem. It’s clean, spacious and lively. Great for groups or family gathering, singles or couples. They serve a very good selection of TASTY Asian and Thai food priced reasonably well. Their service is fast.

Great experience. My favorites tonight we're the pork skewers and the mussel pancakes (so crispy!) All of the food was amazingly clean and fresh, including the often overlooked side salads. Dipping sauces were generously portioned, each dish tasted unique, sticky rice was perfectly cooked and service was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back and try more stuff. It's a shame the prices are a little high for what I'd expect of Asian food.

Although parking there is difficult during dinner time. That's Vic Park on the weekend. But the food was worth it.

It was a pleasant setting with a fresh cut rose on each table. Water served in authentic looking Thai cups. Meal plated on large leaf added to the local cuisine look. They were obliging to cook a variation dish to cater for vegetarian request, presenting a lovely and colourful chilli and basil stir fry with tofu. Dessert with the special sticky rice and mango was delicious.

Had a really good lunch here today, friendly staff, extensive menu with some more varied options compared to the usual Aussie Thai offerings. Must go back for a dinner and try the bbq pork collar. I had the stewed beef noodle soup and it was superb. My wife ordered a yum talay type thing, requested medium but it was hellish hot, the staff replaced it without hesitation or complaint with milder version which was so much appreciated. Thanks again to the staff, we'll be back with a group for a big dinner party soon!

We were walking past this joint and thought why not try this place. We visited the restaurant on boxing day and the place was packed with customers. Service was a little bit slow but totally understandable because it was so busy. We ordered pad thai and green curry, they are both really great and tasted superb, however, the grill pork ball was not so good, it doesn’t look anything like how it is in the picture where it should be nicely grilled, but what we got is just skewerd pork ball that looks like it only grilled for 1 minute, not so much flavor to the pork ball as well. Over all, we still enjoy the food :)

The spicy beef noodle soup had lovely flavours & did remind me of bangkok street soup. Although pictures showed meatballs, there was none and only a few slices of beef. The whole roast chook was nice texture, juicy however flavours were bland. The sauce tasted like sweet chilli out of a bottle mixed with tamarind sauce. Had the sauce been more authentic, it would have given more punch. Service was also slow. With 3 ppl on the floor but only 1 able to take orders. Hence we waited awhile before our order could be taken. Management should look at changing that & hiring staff that can clear plates & take orders.

The food was great. The satay chicken kebab sticks were so soft and tender and the satay sauce they came with was amazingly good, we also ordered the squid sticks and they were very well marinated and were perfectly cooked and not chewy, main meal was pad Thai with chicken, didn't expect tofu in it as well although I didn't mind it at all and was tasty i just didn't expect the texture when I thought it was chicken (there is a tofu and vegetables option) We also had a new male waiter who was extremely friendly and was honest that he was newly employed and made sure our order was correct and double checked and also checked on us part way through meal and to take any further orders if need. Unfortunately we had the same issue as Kenny Dao with bad service last night. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30pm and took 1 hour for them to bring water to our table. It was clear the staff were very disorganised and struggling, so we didn't stress too much. We ended up with our meals at 8pm and it was worth the wait. Hopefully management can look at ways to improve the ordering and table service, the system they have at the moment is quite chaotic and inefficient. We have eaten at Bangkok Street Thai Grill House a few times and never been disappointed with the meals, so even with the service issues we'd be happy to dine here again.

I was a little nervous when I arrived at the restaurant and we were the only group there. I was expecting it to be buzzing with other diners but it was like dead! We made our orders and the server was friendly and attentive. I felt comforted when the food arrived and we each had a spoonful of the crispy fish salad. It was delicious! It takes me back to Bangkok. Good place to catch up with friend. The restaurant has a good vibe and is the set up is very Thai street theme. Being a night spot customers started rolling at after 7pm.

This has to be one of the best Thai restaurant in Perth! I went in today with a few friends and we are really satisfied. The food that was given to us tasted amazing! well presented, product qualities are really fresh! The price is affordable, the drink menu is also satisfied with plenty to choose from for a child’s drink to alcoholic beverages. The restaurant are cleaned and tidy but the toilet just need to be cleaned up. lastly the customer service and the hospitality are wonderful, lovely kind staff, We felt welcome and will definitely go back!

Ate here for the first time. Upside the ambiance is perfect and feels like a marketplace. They got our order wrong so we waited and waited and waited. The place was full to the brim and everyone was waiting. Need more staff and chefs. If you bring your own wine be prepared for the $8 corkage per bottle. Curry was authentic straight from Bangkok! Ribs for $20 expected a bit more. Tables were sticky to the touch. Staff friendly but run off their feet. They have only been open a week so will wait and try again to see if improved

An unexpectedly cute place. I've walked past so many times but never actually went in. This was such a great place, they had a nice band playing cover songs, a good number of tables, I liked the as decor even though it didn't match at all (lots of wood, then industrial metal, with wagon wheels, with street food) but so quirky it worked. Food was really nice and pretty quick. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The cute little Japanese waitress ended up doing a karaoke song, and very well! Would recommend.

We waited for 45 minutes and have to ask them a few time before they start making it. They were no recognition of the mistake or any apologies.

as this was my first visit to the above mentioned restaurant the anticipation for me was a bit overwhelming for i have a voracious appetite.first of all i took photos of the outside with particular attention to the THAI sign explaining the history of thai etc.for the disabled a ramp directly outside the restaurant with outdoor seating. limited parking with disability bay included.then the chilli squid arrived see pictures and captions. lovely picture of simmering squid in a delicious sauce of garlic chilly (mild) and other delicious ingredients.this is my favourite dish along with the others see pics.service was reasonable quick it was lunchtime so not too busy. I look forward to visting again in two weeks to do it all over again.in conclusion a fairly new restaurant situated right in the heart of VIC PARK and will attract a following of which i have no doubt prices were very reasonable for the three of us cheers
