Amazing hot chips I dare to say. The batter the fish is coated in shook me to the core. My life has been different since I ate here. I can comfortably say that this place ROCKS. Amazing staff and Manager all I can say is you go girl!!!!

My favourite fish and chip place to go! Love the history of this cafe and the chips and fish are always good. I don't know what the other people are talking about! Year later I think and now things have changed, I noticed that the chips were now dry and more "solid" as they should be soft like they did a year ago, the fish is still always good but the batter needs to be more crispy as I picked it up and the fish broke into peices as the batter is very light. Overall something has changed and I hope they can get their standards higher as they use to do

Easter Friday and the place was busy with a capital B ! But the food was excellent. Everything was in the order. Best chips in Perth. Have starting coming here because oysters are on the menu. Thanks guys for your excellence on the craziest busy night.

Picked up a Fisherman's Basket last night & I was really happy with experience. Service was quick & efficient, food was ready on time and the calamari was really good, some of the better calamari from a fish & chips shop that I've had. A good experience.

Ordered some hot dogs, burgers, fish and chips online but they had some issues with supply. They offered replacement food and extras at no extra cost. Best value for money in the area in terms of quality and quantity. They've been steadily improving their customer service and I can finally raise the rating to 5 to show the improvement.

I am a regular customer of Chippy's Fish Cafe and I think the young staff are very helpful and pleasant. I have just brought home fish and chips for my boys and the thing I love about Chippy's is the fact they give you heaps of fish. That means my cats get a treat as well. I am very happy with Chippy's and will continue to go there. I have had no problems with the service or food.

Best fish and chips in Perth. 12.50 got me a bacon and egg burger with 3 slices of bacon fresh tomatoes and lettuce, she even cooked the onion for me as i dont like raw onion! Now thats service!! Nz hot dog was good sized Chips were nice and crispy Definitely coming back here

I've been a regular customer for years, and have never had a problem with my food or customer service from the young staff. I do however, have a problem with how the bigger lady treats the younger staff, and her customer service. Her unprofessional yelling, and belittling of staff is unacceptable. Not to mention the various occasions of her sat on her ass while her staff are left to mans the shop. The immaturity of someone in their late 30's/early40's is disgusting! I had a slight complication with an order, and asked one of the young girls for her, in which she had to check with the "manager" to verify, and was completely shocked when she then told the young girl she had no time for my query. It was almost unimportant to her and the young girl was then left to make a decision, which I'm sure she got a bollocking for later. Her unnecessary yelling from one end of the shop to another, leaves you paused whilst ordering as you can't think over her intruding voice. I would suggest she undergo some training, but I don't think she'd benefit seeing as she can never be wrong. I would love to see Chippy's undergo some positive development, as it will forever be one of my favourite places, despite the detemental flaws.
