I will be nice as they are a small pub in an even smaller town. But $13.90 for a pint of 3.5% Beer is asking too much. Especially when it isn't even local beer, they should be selling Lucky Bay Brewery beers, but they don't. It's all Asahi owned beers here. Food was average, burgers were OK, buns not great and collapsed very quickly, I haven't had to eat a burger with a knife and fork for a very long time, but I had to here, There were flies absolutely everywhere outside too, And the worst part was they had no Internet access, so they couldn't access Eftopos, so it was either pay cash, or they photocopy your credit card... Could be an amazing pub, just needs some minor improvements.

Awesome country tavern, well worth a stop in for a meal! Nice fresh large meals, friendly service and cold beers. They also have a shop for any bits you have forgotten. We also got some takeaway coffee and homemade cake for the road. The beer garden is lovely to sit in on a nice day or the indoors is cozy with a real country feel.

What a delightful and unexpected find in a relatively isolated environment. Beautiful property of jarrah and stone with a welcoming ambience. The service in general store so good we decided to return for lunch. Again restaurant staff would put their city colleagues to shame. The food excellent and such an enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Absolutely amazed with this place very friendly staff beautiful food and great atmosphere! Gorgeous beer garden and the inside with a wood fire was beautiful for the day we arrived! It’s open form 8am till late and it’s great can get coffee and cake also! But the beer and lunch was definitely worth it!

We had the best hamburger in the state. It was just like the old days with fresh flavour and the staff were great. The bar and restaurant are built for relaxion. Recommend everyone visiting Esperance make the trip for a tasty feed.

Great place! Nice staff! Pub owned by the family that build it. Wish there were more selections of tap beer and the burgers weren't that great as other reviews says. Amenities are older but very clean. Overall great stop and would do it again.

A total Oasis in the desert. This little gem is a road stop must. The menu is simple, but you will not taste fresher food for a few good miles. Tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Lovely beer garden and a good array of drinks on hand. Really worth the while if you're either staying in Esperence and heading out West, or simply driving past. Cannot recommend this little gem enough!!

Great little spot...must visit. Had the best fish burger with fresh local fish. The beer was icey cold and the staff were friendly. A great lunch stop if you visit nearby Whartons Bay.

Beautiful old Tavern with Cafe and General Store. Originally built in 1991 and still run by original family. Lovely beer garden. Would definitely recommend for a meal or drink. Also have free camping close by at the local sports ground. Double bonus 😆

Dropped into the Condy Tav after visiting Cape Le Grande and the awesome Wharton Bays, which were amazing. Although only there for a couple of drinks, we ended up staying for ages having a chat and a good laugh with Hannah, one of the granddaughters of the original owners. She told us about the history of the pub and local area as well as having some really funny family stories. Definitely would recommend the drive out there, comments from other people who were there said the food was amazing. We woud definitely go back again and enjoy the awesome atmosphere, cold beers, friendly staff and next time a meal. Scott & Vicki
