Went here for lunch and both times they were absolutely fantastic. The lunch set is such great value for money and decent portions. You get a main dish and a drink for 15 dollars and you can add a drink for extra $. The food is authentic and flavourful. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are rather big. The service is quick, reliable and friendly. The staff are thai and the chef is thai too so the food is delicious 😋 I'd go back again and again. Highly recommend 👌

A perfect place for dinner located at Hillarys Boardwalk at Hillarys Boat Harbour, this amazingly decorated restaurant is very accommodating, with well-cooked, well-presented and delicious food and the best part is they have an excellent customer service. Firstly rarely do I give 5 stars but I really couldn’t fault this restaurant. There were 6 of us for dinner so we tried about 70% of the menu excluding the desserts and the food was amazingly fresh and tasty. The pork was my fav and the green papaya salad delish. Can’t wait to return

Great experience of fine dining. We had ours on a Wed night which was relatively quiet. Service was prompt & good. Waiter & waitresses are all very nice & always have a smile on their faces. Food are all very tasty. We had the beef & soft shell crabs for entree. Pork hock & Red curry duck with lychee for mains. Finished with Mango glutinous rice & ice cream. All above average for food quality. If I need to be picky (for the sake of it), most of the food served are with sauces which are way too salty. Tasty but too salty for my palate. Also the serving size of each is slightly on the smaller side but hey... it's fine dining. Lol Overall I still rate them a 5 star cos nothing is perfect in my dictionary & they are close to it.

Amazing Experience! We came here for a last minute celebration of our 7 year anniversary. It was SO perfect. Food, service, atmosphere were all perfect! I honestly can not fault a single thing! Must Try > Pineapple Prawn Curry. Amazing fresh prawns. Incredible flavour. So more-ish! > Green Curry. Made traditionally and so full of flavour and beautifully cooked chicken and eggplants. Delightful. > The dusky style cocktails. SO yummy! And strong haha! Plus everything else pictured. Love the mango sticky rice it’s one of my absolute Thai faves, I was so excited to see it on the menu. Plus it was served to perfection. Thank you so much team for allowing us to have such a wonderful celebration!

The only thing I'd criticise is that it's a little obscure to find, and a bit creepy, being the far west end of James Street......but once inside, both the decor and ambience were impeccable. The wait staff, ninja quiet. And the food was magnificent. Even the green curry we ordered asking for it to be less sweet than previously (which had an overbearing effect on the other flavours) has now got my double up-thumbs. In fact, there were 7 others on my table who all agreed. The second (normal) green curry was overly sugared! Now I know I can order a less sweet version means it doubles my chances of returning.

We bought a Groupon voucher for this restaurant. We decided to go check it out on Friday night. The restaurant is located at the end of James st and close to Fitzgerald st. The service is really good. We ordered for entrè the soft shell crab with watermelon and tiger prawns. As for mains, we had the duck curry and also the beef massaman curry it both came with a serving of rice. The dessert was really good, we had the mango with sticky rice. I will return again to try their other dishes.

Took the family last weekend for dinner after booking online. Arrived on time for our booking only to be told that I had booked for the following Friday after getting my date wrong! The restaurant was fully booked but the friendly staff went out of their way to put a table together for our family of four. So glad they did as the food was delicious and one of the best Thai meals I've had. Slightly on the pricey side but well worth it. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience. The decor was tasteful and modern, providing a high class atmosphere without feeling pretentious or tacky. The staff were also excellent. All who served us were attentive, friendly and highly professional. The food was superb. We started with the Galloping Horses Canape' which was a spiced minced duck mix served on pineapple and mandarin pieces. These were spot on, the flavours were well balanced and the level of spice was hot but not at all over powering. My only issue with this dish was the price. At $14 for four canapés these were expensive for what they were. For entree we had the curry puffs and fish cakes. Both of these were excellent but i would certainly recommend the curry puffs. The pastry was crisp and flaky and barely held in the delicious filling. For mains we had the twice cooked pork belly, Massaman curry and a Pad Thai. The pork belly was magnificent. So much so that it should be used as an example for every other restaurant in Perth of how to cook pork belly correctly! The meat was tender and moist while the crackling was firm and crispy. This was perfectly complemented by the delicious thai green mango salad. The massaman was also delicious, the beef was beautifully tender and fell apart on the fork, the sauce was perfectly balanced and not at all greasy. The Pad Thai came out a little late but was none the less tasty and again well balanced. Without a doubt the chefs here are very skilled at what they do. I look forward to coming back with friends to try the duck curry. *Edit* Came back for the first time since they moved to Hillary's... still as good as I remember. Don't ever change.

It's one of the cheapest cafe/restaurant options on the Sorrento Quay boardwalk and it's always excellent service and amazing food. The food here is delicious, one of the best Thai tasting restaurants. However the service was a bit disappointing. Initially we were stood waiting at the front desk to be attended to, for a good few minutes (the restaurant wasn’t busy and we had booked). They then forgot to ask for our drinks order. After the starter, I had put my dirty cutlery on the plate to be taken away but the waiter took them off and put them back on the table for my main! The only complaint food wise was that it would have been nice to have the option of noodles as a side with the main course and not just rice

Bought a groupon for a birthday celebration and overall it was well presented authentic thai food in a nice setting. They added a nice touch giving us a private semi-enclosed area. What was rather unfortunate is they were terribly under-staffed for a crowd that big - I believe there were only 2 staff on hand for over 30 people in the entire restaurant. They struggled through the night, even their kitchen. Our entrees and mains came out at different timings, with the last dish almost 45 minutes later after the first. I would eat here again definitely, but maybe not in a big group.

Had a very enjoyable dinner on Monday night with a friend. Ordered salt and pepper squid, chicken pad thai and tamarind baramundi. Waitress was very well knowledgeable about their menu, answered my question regarding if tamarind will be tasted strongly in both pad thai and fish. They actually matched very well with each other. Squid is a bit plain. Pad thai is well seasoned and not over cooked. Fish is fresh and well balanced with its bliss point. Want to go back to try more ! :p

We were really excited to eat in this restaurant for the third time, but they said that we are quiet today and the kitchen is closed and all equipments are cleaned although we just arrived inside the restaurant exactly at 8:30Pm. By the way it shows that they normally close at 10Pm which I think the kitchen should be closed around 9:00Pm-9:30Pm. However, to be honest Their food is just FIVE stars and so delicious. Elegant but simple inside with friendly and attent and professional wait stuff, nice selection of beer, cocktails and wine and spirits. Probably the best Thai restaurant in Perth, something to put in to try list. Menu is well made and contains the basics of Thai foods. Soft shell crab was one of the best ever tried in Perth, crispy with a good balance in spicy and with watermelon and mint salad to fresh all up. Hot and sour soup is another mind blowing, with generous pieces of lemongrass and ginger mixed with mushrooms and tiger prawns. Pork belly was a triumph of flavors and crispiness with green mango and Thai herbs salad. As special of night we tried the lamb cutlets with chillies herbs and palm sugar. Plates are very well presented and dessert are delicious too.

Crab was great and the prawn was par for the course. Service though minimalist was attentive to allergy issues. We the tried the duck, Barramundi,the fried prawn and pork belly. Loved the pork; was very flavourful. The prawn was okay- tad too salty. Hated the Barramundi- sweet and over seasoned. The duck was nice. The spicy red curry with lichee and the duck with lovely umami was delightful. The mango with sticky rice and coconut icecream was rather let down by the under flavoured mango.
