We went as a big group and from the second we walked in we were greeted with big smiles and a warm welcome. Professional and friendly service. Our orders arrived pretty fast too despite being a big group and some other diners were there before us. The staff were very accommodating with our queries and requests (allergy concerns, etc). Big servings and each dish was so well presented and tastes as good as it looks (if not more)! Already have some favourites like the pork spare ribs - *winner*, caesar salad with chicken, sweet potato fries and all the delicious milkshakes and desserts we had! The place was so clean and very well presented. The ambience was lovely and inviting. Conveniently located inside Mirrabooka shopping centre but there is also another entrance from the other side. I highly recommend this amazing place and looking forward to eating here again next time..soon!

The resto is situated outside the Mirrabooka Shopping Centre (it also has entrance opposite KMart which is open on mall hours). It has a pretty spacious area. They offer variety of food like burgers, hotdogs, grilled chicken, loaded chips, milkshakes etc. The prices are reasonable and the servings are quite decent. Their dessert drinks/milkshakes are pretty amazing by its looks and really taste awesome. The food we ordered were all yummy! The service is quite impressive, I must say. We didn't even wait long for our food to be served. Staff are wonderful and helpful as well. The toilet is inside the shopping centre. There is a nearby ATM machine. They accept cash and EFTPOS. For any leftover food that you want to takeaway, you can ask them for food boxes. Overall experience- great!

Awesome place to be checked out with a mate on your bucket-list! Love the modernist design with these spacious booth sittings. The vibe of staffs and their services make these burgers taste twice times better than it already is. The meal was affordable and filling, and the shakes... OMG! it's a must try for some little naughty sugar rush!

I've been here 3 times already, absolutely love the place. The burgers taste good, ribs are amazing and the shakes are delicious! The wait time for meals to come out is probably a touch too long, but it had been super busy when we have gone so thats probably contributed to it. The best pork ribs my family and I have had. The potato fries are uniquely seasoned, though not straying too far--tasting great. One of the few restaurants where I'm excited to eat their salad--delicious dressing, fits perfectly with the ribs and chips (my favourite combo). Have gone here with my family many times, always a treat; welcoming and lovely staff, and consistently scrumptious food.

So I went to flame and ordered a burger and milkshake. The place looked really nice and the menu was full of great and exciting food . I didn’t have to wait that long as my food was ready in 5-10 minutes and had lovely service from a kind and polite worker named Ashton. Food was 10/10 and would definitely recommend eating there. As a matter of fact I’m going there agaain sometime this week

Food was great. One of the best bang for your buck buffalo wings around Perth. Tried the mango smoothie as well and despite the weird combo the flavours just went well with each other. Both were very tasty. I was most impressed with the loaded fries that did NOT get to that super soggy state as most do. Really excellent. Service is polite and fast as well. Great young core with awesome attitudes. Definitely give the place a go!!!

The burgers are good but I think $22 for a burger on its own is a bit much. They are big though, mine had so much inside it that there's no way I could get my mouth around it and I are it with a knife and fork.

Awesome place, great food! Went with the family, we each got the Slider Plate, was about $19.70 each (excluding the aioli, 75c add on) comes with your choice of 2 sides. Perfect serving size and the staff are super friendly. Definitely recommend.

There I was, out in the streets of Mirabooka. Searching for a place that could satisfy my craving for a yummy burger. As I was about to embark on another trip of guilt and walk in to KFC for a cheeky zinger stacker box, I stumbled upon this place called Flame400. I was greeted with a nice, yet humbling smile. The menu was very flexible and offered some of the most scrumptious looking burger I have ever seen. The down under burger was served in front of me. I cannot believe what I am witnessing — beauty. As much as I want to jump off my seat after taking the first bite, I had to contain myself and resorted to yelling “burgir!” The most pleasant experience of my day was packed into this burger. Could not recommend this place enough, best burger place in Perth hands down.

Pretty disappointed in myself for not trying this burger joint sooner! Definitely an underrated place! Gave this place a try for lunch today, with rain and stormy weather predicted we decided to try it out as we were going to run other errands in the shops. Ordered the bubblegum thickshake and it gave me the burst of colour to brighten up and miserable rainy day! Ordered the 3 slider and 2 sides (sweet potato fries and onion rings) and struggled to finish these, the servings are HUGE! Can't wait to come back to try more items on the menu!

Had an awesome meal from this restaurant with the assistance of Uber eats I ordered a Mejico Parma which was definitely a whirlwind of flavours having chilli Blackpepper beans and allsorts of other things in it including beef meat definitely can order it again my Sides were coleslaw and hash brown Awesome value for money

Really good food. Well priced too. This could well end up being my go-to burger joint. My only gripe was the online ordering fail. Not interested in paying the grossly inflated menulog/ubereats prices, especially not when I'm picking it up. The "ritual" platform sucked and sat for 15 minutes waiting to be approved before it timed out. Lastly the phone number is disconnected so I had to drive down and order in person to get takeaway.

The biggest plus for me is the high quality of the beef. Whether it's the burgers or the minced beef in the loaded fries it is so good. This truly makes this place stand out. Of course everything else is great too. Next I'm looking forward to trying their ribs!

Very large meal size for price, food served hot and relatively quick. Good choice of buns and juicy filling and lots to choose from on the menu. Downsides are the water was warm and tasted it was from a garden hose, also the shop and sign are quite hard to spot from outside the shopping centre but both are easy fixes.

Went to Flame 400 Mirrabooka for the 1st time and food and service was the best I have had from any restaurant. All the staff were lovely and smiling, very helpful and alway made sure we had everything we needed. Food was absolutely amazing so much flavour and delicious!
